Description of Work: I had my carpets cleaned, buying a special thru Angie's list. Initially I was REALLY frustrated, because they called once to change the appointment....which was fine. The day they were supposed to come, they called me 10 minutes before they were due here, and said he was sick and they needed to reschedule. Ok, it was scheduled for the following week. Free Scotchgard to compensate for the inconvenience. Next week, again shortly before the appointment time, the call saying he was sick! Wanted me to reschedule again. I said I was really not happy. They had my money on time, then almost a month earlier! |He finally came today, and cleaned my dining room, and traffic areas of the bedrooms and hall. He was very polite, apologized for the earlier issues, and did a great job!

Description of Work: A "Move Out" house cleaning. Two women spent 2 hours (the limit that I paid for) wiping trim and baseboards, cleaning kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and mopping. And an extra half hour cleaning the refrigerator inside. It looked good and smelled good. Floors were only damp-mopped, and a small mildew spot was left in the bathroom, but otherwise a nice job was done.
