Description of Work: New windows put in our house. Sales rep Andrew Bedinghaus was very professional as well as window installers who were very polite and cleaned up all the mess. I would definitely recommend Mr Roof for new windows. |

Description of Work: They had good customer service and kept me informed of where they were on projects.

Description of Work: I used mr roof from Fairfield Ohio. They were to tear off and replace the roof, remove 2 chimneys, reline a box gutter, replace 2 sheets of plywood and rehang or replace bad gutters and downs. A complete job. This was supposed to take 1 day and there was a three week lead time from the signing of the contract. They called within that window and told me a crew would be here between 8 and 10 am the next day. 1 man showed up at 8 and 3 more at noon. The project manager showed up at 4pm. They tore off half the roof and the two chimneys and threw everything to the ground. They didn't cover anything including my air conditioner. They didn't chute anything to a trailer and bricks and mortar bounced all the way to the highway some they dug out of the box gutter and I'm still picking up pieces from my yard. They drove some nails back into the same holes for the gutters and the down that was reattached fell back off. We are at odds about the box gutter and I have contacted a lawyer because of it. There are other issues but I haven't given them an opportunity to address them. I feel they tried to maximize their profits by using a very small crew of the cheapest labor they could find and I'm not at all satisfied with the work they did or the way they handled my job.

Description of Work: I joined Angie's List when I noticed water stains on the ceiling in 3 areas of the house, as I wanted to see what the ratings for Mr. Roof was before calling. Although a co-worker of mine was strongly against them, based on their past experience, I decided to go with Mr. Roof after reading the ratings on Angie's List. My only worry would be that I'd be told I needed a new roof, when I strongly felt I didn't. But I'm not the expert. I arrived home after work the day in which I scheduled my appointment for Mr. Roof to come out, and they were already there waiting on me! Mr. Ken Howell introduced him self to me and was very pleasant. He asked me to explain what was happening and then I took him inside to show him where the water stains were. He proceeded to go outside and explain to another young man who was with him, who I suspect was in training, what they were going to do next. After they inspected my roof, they found that the 2 out of the 3 of my roof vent boots, were weather damaged (cracked). He did mention that the 3rd one was beginning to crack as well and if I wanted to go ahead and replace it too while he was there, he'd knock off $10. I agreed to go ahead and have all 3 replaced. He went on to show and explain to me how he was going to repair the boots, which normally would require removing and replacing the surrounding shingles, which can be sometimes difficult to match up. He showed me a plastic boot, made from high impact UV protected ABS plastic, that he would slide down over the existing boot and securely locks place, and will not deteriorate over time, like rubber would. Needless to say, I was MORE than pleased with the service. There's no doubt that I will be calling Mr. Roof again.

Description of Work: I was not home at the time they came to replace my roof. I did not know they were coming. The shingles do not lay flat. They seriously damaged the Gutter Gardian. They accept no responsibility what so ever. I have ontacted the Better Business Bureau in Nashville TN and they are looking into the matter In addirion I had to call Mr. Roof several times before they would reapond.

Description of Work: tearing off the existing roof shingles and tar paper, repairing any 4x8 plywood with rot or moisture damage with new boards, and lay new tar paper and 30 year architectural shingles
