Leaders did a great job on a local move for me in the Nashville area. They were prompt and professional. The total price was less than I was quoted because I had moved some items myself. They were great about adjusting the price. I have a couple of custom built pieces that are difficult to move. They moved the items quickly and safely. No damage to anything. I would absolutely use them again.

After seeing recent moving horror stories on news programs, I was very worried about selecting the right company to move me from Tennessee to Florida. I called several with many questions. Leaders was one of only 2 that could, and happily did, answer all my questions. I even called the parent company in Ohio, as the Nashville branch is new and I was not familiar with Leaders, and was immediately connected with the person I asked for. He also spent plenty of time answering questions for me. The Nashville branch manager, Shane, quickly responded when I called to set up an appointment for an estimate. He came within a couple of days, arrived on time, was very professional, and did a very thorough walk-through of my home, attic, yard, shed, and even a storage unit I was renting nearby. Shane worked diligently with me to help keep the cost of my move within budget. When Leaders estimate beat the other company by $3,000, my choice was clear. I did my own packing and Leaders had three movers load on a Monday, two of which drove on Tuesday and unloaded on Wednesday at my new home. There were a few hiccups as there usually are with any big move, but Shane made sure we made it happen, and my movers were also dedicated to the job and, for once, nothing "went missing" as often happens when moving. All in all, Leaders proved to be a "straight-up" company, Shane couldn't have been any more helpful, and I moved from Tennessee to Florida in three days without any of my belongings stolen. Oh, and all under budget!!

This company was best moving experience I've had and with 22 years m military I've moved often. I had several emails from Shane. My estimate was accurate. It was probably the lowest price of all the places i checked. On moving day they were running late and they called. When they got here they went right to work. No wasted time. Very courteous. I hope I never have to move again but if I do I'll definitely use leaders.

I was very pleased with them. They were very professional and timely. The price they quoted me was the exact priced I paid. Jason was very helpful over the phone.

The two young men were wonderful. Both were very polite and personable. I highly recommend this moving company and would use them again.

It went excellent. From the time I called Leader's until the move was done we could not have been more satisfied. The customer service was courteous. prompt and accurate when I scheduled the move. The two movers that came, Jacob and Brandon were extremely courteous, friendly, professional, careful with our things and a pleasure to work with. Moving is a all the way round is a stressful process but Leaders and Brandon and Jacob made the actual move easy and actually fun. We recommend Leaders and Brandon and Jacob highly. If we were to move again we'd totally use them.

The move went great. My husband and I used Leaders in a move from our old home in Aug 2013. They did a great job being very careful with our furniture and boxes that we knew we were going to use them again when we bought our new house. We asked for the same guys again this time but the only one still there was Xavier. So our team this time was Xavier, Jacob, and Branson. They were all great to work with and again our furniture and boxes were treated with care. I will be recommending them to anyone who needs movers.

We didn't get a confirmation call until the saturday before our monday move to tell us whether morning or afternoon was available. the day of the move no one showed up in the time frame given and we were never called. i had to call the office myself and the main office answered (not in my state). they gave me local number to call. i did, no one answered and it bounced back to main office. she then gave me manager's number. no one answered, i left a message and they called my boyfriend back. he was told their first move ran late and they were in an area 30 minutes away finishing up. Instead of them getting their within 45 minutes or so, they were another 1.5 hours for a total of 2 hours late--the move didn't even start until 3 pm!! While they did a good job of wrapping furniture (there wasn't much to move) it was more problems when they got to the house. 2 of the crew watched the driver back up the driveway and gave signals (i have a steep drive with a stone wall.) Apparently no one thought to look up even though virtually all of nashville has above ground utilities. at the highest point of the driveway the top of the truck grazed the cable/phone line and instead of stopping he kept going, snapping the lines from the pole. In addition, it loosened the electrical and the lights started flickering occasionally in the house. After that fiasco, they unloaded the truck. At one point, one of the very young and very small movers who seemed to have a hard time getting a good grasp on furniture (no gloves, straps, etc.) actually rested part of a piece of furniture on his head! we had to tell them more than once not to scoot things across my refinished wood floors and at no time did they ever put anything down to protect the floors. I have moved several times over the years and used a variety of moving companies. This was done very unprofessionally (don't smoke in people's yards/driveways!) and treat their house with more respect. The whole horrible experience only took about 2.5 hours including transit time. Secondly, they were 2 hours late and never called us to tell us--i had to place multiple phone calls. And then, 2 guys don't notice overhead wires and my cable, phone, and internet i use to work from home is completely taken out for several days. Really? the price should have been substantially less than the final bill of approx $330--that's ridiculous. When we called to complain, they told us if we needed to pay to have electrical or cable repaired, to send them the bill. Given the lateness (I took time off from work for a move that started at 3!) and the horrible inconvenience of being without phone, internet, cable for several days and being unable to work from home (plus worrying about electrical issues), they should have significantly discounted this move which they have yet to offer, mention, etc.

I wanted to take a second and let you know how wonderful the team that did my move on Saturday was. Heath, Matt & Chris were absolutely terrific!! They all came in and introduced themselves first thing. They were nothing but polite and courteous all day and even as it got late, they were upbeat and careful. I can not say enough positive things about these three guys. My bedroom furniture is old, solid wood and extremely heavy and one piece in particular, becoming a little fragile. The guys took care of it very well and they made sure the placed it where I wanted it so I would not have to try and relocate it later. It was a very hot and extremely humid day, 95+ degrees without the humidity, but the guys did not stop, they kept going until everything was done and where I directed them to put it. I would highly recommend this Team to anyone!! If I could give them a raise, I would because they definitely deserve it.

The move went great, they were very professional, on time and very flexible. They worked with us very well and they were patient while we figured out where to place our furniture. Nothing was damaged in the moving process.

Leaders was the cheapest and fastest option out of all available "known" moving companies. I also compared the price to doing it with PODS and Leaders was even cheaper than that. The only thing cheaper than Leaders was renting a 26-foot UHaul truck myself, packing it myself, and hitching my car to the back of it, an option I did not feel comfortable taking. Leaders was different than all other moving companies in that they asked me over the phone to go through my house and inventory what I'd be moving. Basically any non-boxed items and then as accurate of an estimate on boxes as possible. I did my diligence on this activity and they provided an all-inclusive price that would be honored as long as the inventory did not change between what I said and what actually was in my house once the movers arrived. I booked my appointment about 3-4 weeks in advance and was shocked at the price (low) and the time between picking up my stuff and delivering it to the final location (1 day!). All other moving companies required an on-site visit to assess my stuff themselves and all prices were based on weight. In addition, none of them could guarantee the delivery date, although all were fairly confident they could nail down a pick-up date and then it would take "4-10 business days" to arrive. The reason for this is the other companies would need to batch my move with another one or few other shipments onto a 53'+ big rig in order to meet their company cost points. For some reason, Leaders was completely the opposite where they brought a 26 foot truck with 2 guys, took < 4 hours to load everything up (4BR house with a good amount of stuff!), drove the 7 hours to the destination city that night, stayed overnight in a hotel, and then unloaded at 9:30am the very next day! I did find a few things odd about the process, although nothing that would prevent me from giving them an A rating or recommending them to friends/family or using them again. Back to the inventory - as I mentioned, I did spend a good amount of time ensuring that my inventory was accurate. However, when the guys arrived at no point during the packing or the unloading was anything tagged or checked off a list to ensure my estimated inventory matched actual inventory. I know it was close to correct, but on the call with the Customer Service at the beginning I was told if inventory differs up or down, the cost will rise or fall accordingly. This never actually occurred, which may have benefited me if I underestimated, but may have also cost me a few bucks if I overestimated (more likely). In any case, their total cost was $800-900 less than anyone else so it was not material enough to matter. The 2nd thing I found odd was that the morning of the move, I got a call from the driver asking if I thought my stuff would all fit on a 26-foot truck. This scared me as I had provided my inventory and assumed that they would be figuring that out based on that information. I was told the day of that they may need 2 trucks and didn't really get into the details of how that would impact the total cost or time to deliver, since they realized about 2 hours in that they could fit my stuff on 1 truck with some room to spare. Again, not a problem, just odd that I would be asked that and strange that I wouldn't be asked that until the day of the move. Overall, I was very impressed with Leaders. Fast, good value, nice people, stuck to their price and timeline commitments. I certainly recommend them if you have a move similar to mine in the future!

I made an appointment for the company to come out and provide a written estimate to move. The company never showed up.

The entire Leaders team did an excellent job. We received three estimates, but Leaders was the only company that followed up with us before being awarded the job. There was only one minor item damaged in the entire move. The team was curteous, punctual and took care of our move on both ends in a very professional manner. The final price was actually less than the original cost estimate because they trimmed off cost whenever they could. We were very satisfied and would recommend Leaders to anyone making a move.

They were exactly on time and worked very diligently. We weren't quiet as organized as we should have been and they were very patient with us. They were very polite. We would definitely hire them again.
