His price is within line of all the others that are around here. I have been using them for 2 years. He does a good job and is honest.

I wanted to replace the old wall heaters in a 1950ish house with a new central heat/ac unit. This meant new duct work, wiring and vents. I feared the costs would be astronomical. But was pleasantly surprised with Kuhn A/C estimate. After I definitely decided I wanted to proceed with the work, everything was scheduled and completed within a week. The new unit works great. Ed Kuhn and crew did a fantastic, professional job! I couldn't be more pleased.

It was easy to contact this service provider and schedule service. I'm a new customer and explained that I needed to find another service provider, since my previous heating and air conditioning service provider retired after our spring air conditioning preventive maintenance/inspection. Mr. Kuhn answered the phone himself the morning I called and set up the service for the following Monday and arrived right on time. He was very personable and took his time looking at both my upstairs furnace, which is tucked away somewhat inconveniently in an attic crawl space, and my downstairs furnace, which is more easily accessible. He explained to me that checking the furnaces is easier and less time consuming than it is for air conditioning units, thus he charged less for the two units. In addition, he gave me a new customer discount, and I was very surprised by how reasonable the service would have been even without the discount. I was impressed by his friendly and professional demeanor and willingness to explain what he did. I made him aware that since I was looking for a new service provider I would be definitely be contacting him again in the spring to check the two air conditioners. I feel completely at ease in calling him again. My sense is that he is not only completely reliable but also very kind and honest, and I wouldn't feel in the least hesitant to refer him to others who require heating and air conditioning repairs or maintenance.

I ended the call.. and went on about scheduling with other providers... Mama always said it never hurts to ask... a simple no would have sufficed

We are overseeing our son's house while he is in the Marine Corps basic training and the A/C quit working. Terry came out "on time" and did an awesome job. The unit is a bit old, but now runs like new!! Thanks Ed Kuhn A/C !!

Called Ed around 2:00. Picked up call and let me know he'd try to swing by same day later in the afternoon to address a non-working AC unit. Called me at 3:00 and confirmed a same day appointment at 4:15. Arrived right on the money. Listed to me, examined (in detail) the unit with issues. Diagnosed the issue right away and worked to fixing It (needed freon and to unfreeze). While waiting to unfreeze Ed sprayed out both outsides unit so he would "have something to do while waiting for the unit to unfreeze". After he was done he even coiled the hose neatly and turned off the water. Ed is a true professional. One of those guys who you like from the first instant. I also appreciated how he took time to explain what he was doing. High marks all around. Thanks, Ed!

They did good work. They were easy to work with. They did the work when they said they would and everything went as planned.

Contacted Ed Kuhn, who has performed maintenance in the past. He responded within less than 24 hours. He came out, added freon to the low-freon system and all was well. I enjoy working with Ed very much on all HVAC issues. He will be the first person we turn to when a new system is needed.

Mr. Kuhn is extremely honest and was the only company out of the three who didn't recommend a new furnace to go with our new A/C, saving us thousands of dollars. His crew was on time, neat, and very friendly.

I have used Ed the past several years to maintain my units. I find Ed very thorough, honest and friendly.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine but I don't know if I would call and have them return. There were no additional costs. They were timely.

He is very pleasant, if he can help you over the phone he will try to walk you through it. We have always been very happy with him and we plan on continuing using him.

It went very well. He arrived quickly and did what he needed to do. He was also very polite.

Our house was taking a VERY long time to heat and sometimes wouldn't heat past 60 degrees. I called late morning and he said he could be there by 1pm. He was on time and very professional. I explained our current problem and also showed him a little about our system throughout the house. After taking a look at our unit, he found the problem for why our home was not heating properly. He did find a second thing wrong about the installation of the exhaust vent, which I am usually suspicious of when repair people keep finding things to replace, but it did explain a different concern that we have had for a number of years. We knew something wasn't right and had someone come try to diagnose previously, but that person couldn't figure out the problem and it didn't affect heating/cooling so we didn't prioritize getting it fixed. He had to leave to get the part to fix the exhaust vent, but returned promptly. He was done with everything by 4pm.

Mr. Kuhn was very prompt and polite in calling me back on probably his busiest day of the year to let me know that he couldn't come today, but could tomorrow. He could easily have just not returned the call or called at the end of the day, but he made a point to call immediately.

It didn't go at all. Whoever I spoke to made it pretty apparent he neither wanted to speak with me or for that matter do business with me, When I said I would like to have somebody come and look at our furnace; before I could even finish, he said 'it will be Thursday or Friday'. ( with a 'I don't have time for you' tone) When I said ok, I could live with that since it wasnt an emergency; he then wanted my phone number so he could call me when he had an opening. So I am supposed wait by the phone and then be available for him whenever he gets around to it? I was willing to work with the guy but his attitude left me cold and hardly convinced he would ever call. I politely ended the call and came straight here to tell my tale. I know they have high marks on Angie's list. And maybe they just had someone manning the phones who shouldn't be, but I won't be calling them again.

The service guy met me at my condo on a holiday weekend within an hour of me calling. He had it fixed within an hour of getting there. I was impressed with their service, cost and professionalism and would definitely use them again.

Mr. Kuhn was on time and conducted the maintenance on the heat and air unit. He was very polite. I would recommend him to anyone.

Mr. Kuhn showed up right on time as scheduled. He serviced and checked our central units...two on the outside and one in the crawl space. He said that one of the A/C units was low on Freon & must have a leak. He suggested we wait to make this repair because we will not be using the unit again till next spring/summer and it should still under manufactory warranty. This was the first time to use Mr. Kuhn. Will use him again because he seemed honest & professional.

I called them one day and they came out the next to perform the service installing a new Rheem Heating/Air Conditioning unit. They were prompt and professional and I would use them again. I would recommend them to others.

I found this provider condescending and a bit brusque and he failed to help us. When he found out we had a ten year warranty on repairs with the ac manufacturer, he refused to work on it. He brusquely walked out and said it was not worth the trouble, leaving us in a miserably hot house. He should have told us this before he came over. I got the feeling he wanted to make as much money as he could off of us. Terrible customer service and an unpleasant personality.

Mr. Kuhn not only come out quickly but having used him in the past know he is not only honest but would tell me exactly the problem and not try to make it worse or well me something I do not need. I also like the fact he is an independent owner and not controlled by some corporate operation. It is nice to do business with a hometown person.

They came out pretty prompt. I didn't really notice any difference, I just wanted my system to be cleaned. I asked him what he was doing, he talked me through it and it was just a tune-up. I didn't notice any improvement in my machine.

I had the company out to perform the check-up and cleaning. The service went fine, we had a great experience with this company.

We were very pleased with Kuhn Air Conditioning. We had three estimates from three different companies. Chose Kuhn Air Conditioning because of price, knowledge of the system we needed and the fact that the owner is the person we were dealing with throughout the process.
