They seem to be honest and fair. They take good care of 2.40 to 2.41. I will continue to use them in the future.

I am very happy with them. They really worked with me on price and they worked fast in getting out here. They were nice and I felt that if I had a problem they would work with me. They were fantastic.

They came out quarterly for pest control and once a year for a termite inspection. My overall experience with them was good.

I am having an ongoing contract with them. They use all natural products which I like. I don't like to spray chemicals around my kids and animals. I use them every three months. If we have any other problems in between like ants, bugs or any bees, they do come back to reapply, and they charge for it and that is a good thing. I can't remember how much they charged me. Actually we have two houses that they do, and they charge $80 every three months. I am not sure about the other house; I think it is about $100. I have never had any trouble with them.

I have mice coming up from the crawl space, so I asked Honor Guard to go underneath and caulk around the water pipes vents etc underneath the kitchen. The guy went under the house and came back with the and quot;oh you got problemsand quot; story. Told me I had mice, snakes and brown recluse spiders in my dirt floor (vapor barrier covered) crawl space. Next thing he will be telling me that I have bears sh**ting in the woods. They wanted to encapsulate the crawls space for - I am guessing - many thousands of dollars. I asked for an estimate: no estimate forthcoming. BTW I called Orkin as I have a contract with them for termites/moisture/pests and got the same story, with no estimate. If I were going to do this type of work on my crawl space, a pest control company would be just about the last people I would have do this. Oh and this Orkin joker told me that because the economy was so bad, that my estimate would only be good til the first of the year ?!? I wonder if Orkin sells used cars on the side. This ain't my first rodeo. I spoke with an home-architect buddy of mine to be sure, and he recommended maximal airflow, not sealing the crawl. He said if I have water in the crawl, I need to look at changing drainage and downspouts to keep water from entering, not sump pumps and dehumidifiers to get it out. Bottom line - no one would seal the pipes/cracks no estimates just , in my humble opinion, an attempt to get a LOT of money out of me. This is just one man's opinion.

I have a contract with them and I continue to use them. I don't remember how much they charged me for their services but it's not that much. They are fine. They are very prompt and helpful. They take care of business when they're here. They are very professional. I really don't have any complaints about them. I will use their services again in the future if I need to.

They provide good value for the price. They always call a day ahead to make sure that it is okay for them to come out even though I am on a contract with them. I would rate them highly and would continue to use them in the future.

They are fabulous and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. They have been here a couple of times since I signed up and they are wonderful. I had called another company at first that couldn't do as much critter control as we needed and so they gave us a couple of names and then I went on Angie's List and found them. They are so nice and I love them. They take their shoes off since we don't allow shoes in the house. They are very respectful of keeping things clean. There were three different guys from the company and I have really enjoyed working with all of them. They will come within a week if we ever see anything.

They are very good. Once I had a flea problem, and they had an option to use an eco-friendly pest repellent. I didn't want to use it because I wanted to ensure that they were gone. I found another product and they used that instead.

I signed up for it about a year ago and it's a monthly contract. So, I have been working with them since. I paid about a year ago and I paid for it upfront. Their service has been great. They call every month before they come out to see if I have any problems or if they need to focus anywhere in specific. Then they will always come the next day to take care of what I ask them to. I had some moisture underneath my house. So, they worked on that and fixed that for me. They laid down new plastic underneath my house. They also put in brand new vents on the side of my house that automatically open and close. It helps with the moisture. That was the service that they offered. I paid for it and I really wanted it. It was good and that's one of the reasons why I went with them. So, that's something that I liked about them which was different from the rest of their competitors. I really like them.

We had some ants in our kitchen. The supermarket traps didn't do the trick and we needed to get a pro. The tech identified the source of the colony and placed baits outside that were effective in eliminating the problem quickly. Treated the perimeter of the outside of the house to prevent future bug problems. They were very sensitive to our concerns about pesticides (especially inside the house) for our family. They answered our questions and explained everything well. We agreed to a 1 yr contract for them to come out quarterly for preventative treatments and assessment and fixing any new pest issues. My impression is that they are professional in the quality of their work and reasonable in their pricing.

They were punctual and professional on both visits. I have still seen some wasps, but they are far less than I saw prior to their visit. I was satisfied with their personnel and services.

I am on an annual plan with them. We don't have any pests in the house so I guess that is working out. I will use them again.

Honorguard does their job well. They send a reminder of when an appointment is, they are rather punctual. They are dressed properly and look professional.

I have a contract with Homeguard Pest to come out every other month for year. I had a problem with ants, and if I still have a problem with ants, they come back free of charge. They are a good company, but I just hate spending the money.

Homeguard Pest is very reliable and professional. The final cost is always close to their estimates. The work is done to my satisfaction and I am pleased with them.

They are very professional in everything. They do excellent work. I haven't had any problems with any more bugs.
