They were excellent. I would definitely use them again. They were extremely quick to respond. They were very reasonable. We had people in the past who have cut trees and they were a lot more expensive. Although there was no damage to our house because of the tree that fell in our house, it had to be removed quickly. Even though the weather wasn’t right, they came and got it off right away. We really liked them.

I happened to be out of town and they called to let me know when they were coming out. They came the day they said they would, they did exactly what they said they would do, and it was all done and cleaned up by the time I got home. I would recommend them to others.

They did a great job of getting into a tight back yard, removing the trees without damaging other landscape, grinding all the stumps including a couple that were already there, and cleaning up the area when they were finished. While it took awhile for them to get to the job, because they were backed up with work (seems to happen when you provide great service); they were very fast, knocking the job out in a day and a half. All of that and they were cheaper than the two other estimates I got on the job.

Thank you Angie's List!!! I had gotten 3 other estimates & did not feel comfortable with any of them. I saw the ad for Angie's List and went online to hunt. I found this Co. & after seeing the wonderful credentials and reports I called for an estimate. The peace of mind that this site gave me was invaluable in making my choice. Jeff & his 2 helpers arrived at the appointed time 8:30 am. They cut down 2 tall poplar trees on back fenceline, one tree was half dead and the other leaning toward the back neighbor's property. It was a difficult area to get to due to other trees & vegetation. However they caused absolutely no damage to my yard in doing the job. They also cut down a dead purple leaf plum tree and a Honeysuckle bush that needed removing. They also removed a very large brush pile and and a pile of logs (left from a tree that was cut down 2 yrs. ago (not by Full Circle Tree Service). They went about their job swiftly & professionally. They were very polite. They were completely done in about 2 hours. I was very pleased with the results. Jeff was also able to reduce the initial estimate by $50.

We had several large tree branches down during the thunderstorms that took down many trees in East Nashville at the end of May. Some of the large branches broke off completely and some just splintered slightly and fell precariously into the trees next to them, looking as though they would break off at any moment. Some had fallen on power lines that looked about to snap, and in other places branches had actually broken the power lines and we had loose power lines in our yard. We called Full Circle Tree and Shrub, and although he had fifteen other jobs lined up, because of the power line situation he said he could be over in an hour to assess our situation. He made it to our house as promised, despite the many trees down that were impeding travel through East Nashville as a whole. He ended up bumping us up in line due to the power lines, which apparently conferred us "emergency" status, and did the work that afternoon. He did a great job, was very careful around the power lines, and took away all the tree branches that he cut down. We were very thankful for his professional and prompt service, and would definitely use Full Circle Tree and Shrub again in the future.

Work was done as per our agreement and was performed in a timely , and efficient manner. The entire crew was pleasant, knowledgeable, and quick to answer questions while at the same time displaying a definite air of professionalism. I am very comfortable in recommending Full Circle Tree & Shrub to anyone looking for an honest, dependable tree service.

After several non-starts with other, I called Jeff at Full Circle to remove a storm-damaged tree and stump. His team showed up to estimate and scheduled a general time-frame for the work to be completed. I did not have an expressed requirement for a date the work was to be performed...Jeff's team scheduled it around some very busy storm activity. The stump was ground on a subsequent day. You can't really tell a tree was ever there except for the lack of sod where the stump had been ground (I had no requirement for sod replacement and did not request it). I have since recommended this tree service to my friends (who all seem to have wind-toppled trees lately).

Another company had quoted $1200 for the same job. The man was very nice. I enjoyed the process. He provided great service, and he was a very nice person. I wasn't at all intimidated. Being a lady by yourself, you can sometimes feel intimidated, but not with this man.

Jeff did a great job, showed up on time, was very careful with the tree removal, as there were electric and cable wires to avoid. He and his crew were finished in a couple of hours and did a fantastic job. His quote was far less than the other service I received a quote from. I plan to use him again and I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

Our Bradford Pear was 1/3 to 1/2 brought down in a windstorm. After talking to other tree service companies and reading Angie's list, I called Full Circle. The owner, Jeff, answered the phone. I was able to send him pictures of the damage via e-mail. He responded once he saw the condition of the tree, when his business day was done, but much sooner than I expected. His response was quick, clean, polite and exact. He was out within 3 days to remove the tree and grind the stump. I felt confident leaving to run errands, and upon my return, the job was done (tree stump ground the next day.) The owner, Jeff Bergman, was on site, was cordial, his employees efficient.

Jeff was great from start to finish. I had a hard time finding someone who wanted to come by and just remove trimmings but Jeff was more than willing. Great price and his crew was very good. It looks like the trimmings were never on the curb to begin with.

They got to my home earlier then they thought they would, which was fine since it allowed me to not be late for work. When I came home there was no indication that they had even been there....expect for the lack of tree in my backyard. Very cordial, very professional and 30% less then other quotes I received.

jeff showed up a little early and started work immediately on the japanese maple. his crew showed up at the appointment time of 8:15 and immeditately started on the smaller of the two bradford pears to be removed. jeff trimmed the hemlock and thinned out the sugar maple while his crew finished with the bradford pear. it took him and his crew to get the larger bradford pear down because of its proximity to the house and utility wires. they did an excellent job. they were very fast and extremely efficient. my original estimate was for $620 (which was $380 less than the other estimate i got) and on the day of service, because i paid cash, jeff gave me an $80 discount. they were completely finished with the job by 10:30, including stump grinding, brush removal, raking, and blowing down the driveway. i strongly recommend full circle tree and shrub. i will definitely use them again. A+ service. Value pricing. Very knowledgeable as to tree diseases and how to eradicate them or keep them at bay. Pruning is all be hand and very high quality.

I used Jeff and Full Circle for a smaller project in May, and called again in June when a large hackberry fell down in our backyard. He removed the tree about three days from when I called him, and cleaned up the debris. It did not look like a tree had ever fallen! Jeff is courteous and responsive on the phone. He remembered my house from the previous project.

I called Jeff for an estimate to prune a large honey locust tree that covers are patio. The tree provides complete shade on our patio which is great for the summer. I had roofers coming the next day and some of the tree limbs were touching the roof. I wanted to remove these limbs not only for the roofers, but I didn't want them hanging on my new roof too. Jeff gave me a time he could be at my home and he also called just prior to his arrival. He arrived exactly when he said he would. After looking at the tree, he said he would take care of the overhanging limbs. He also said he would prune other limbs and remove some of the dead wood while preserving the integrity of the tree. At this point, he asked if I would like for him to do it that day instead of waiting....that's exactly what I was hoping for! He cleaned the tree up so well that it looked totally different than before. It looked awesome. Jeff's knowledge of trees allows him to remove only what's necessary while preserving what makes a tree beautiful. I will not hesitate to call Jeff upon my next need for tree service..

Jeff was timely, informative and did exactly what I asked him to do. He took care of the immediate issue and I will have him come back to do the recommended work on the sugar maple. He is a professional. I trusted his assessment of the situation and will trust his judgement in future for tree service on my property.

I was very happy with the overall experience. Great work at a lower price than my other quotes. Jeff responded quickly to my request for an estimate and did the work on the schedule we agreed on. When I got home on the day he did the work, I noticed a few branches were still there that I had hoped he would cut off. He immediately agreed to come back to take care of these and came by on a Saturday to do the work. The trees look great -- thinned out and trimmed back without looking like someone just started hacking away without a thought for the overall appearance and health of the trees. I'd definitely use Full Circle again and recommend them to friends.

Jeff returned my initial call very promptly, despite having a very busy schedule because of the recent flooding. He left an estimate for me that was 1/3 of what I'd been quoted by another service. It took a couple of weeks for him to fit me in, but he showed up bright and early and did a great job. We were concerned because the dead tree hung over our roof as well as over the power and phone lines, but everything went fine and the crew was finished within a few hours. Great job, great price.

Called in the morning, and they came by that afternoon to do an estimate. Estimate sounded good, and so they showed up at 7:30 am the next morning, sawed, cut, chopped up, and then used a big chipper to completely remove a medium sized tree that had fallen across my driveway. Very polite and punctual, excellent cleanup, all very professional, and i'm very pleased. Would use again! Thanks guys!

They removed the large tree with no damage to the property or surrounding trees. The trees touching the house were trimmed. All of the debris was removed. They did an excellent job and we were very pleased.

We needed the two trees taken out and the stumps ground. The area was difficult to work in due to the pool, a fence and a rock wall. The large tree was removed with absolutely no damage to anything surrounding it and all debris was taken away. We also had a smaller tree cut down, and that was taken out and all mess removed. This company was excellent, very prompt, provided insurance information, did a great job and at a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.
