They were very prompt and professional with both the estimate and the work. I never actually met anyone personally; I called and asked for an estimate, they stopped by the house during the day and looked at the problems, then left me an estimate (which I agreed to). They then performed the work and I was able to treat the estimate as an invoice. I would have liked to have met with them at some point, but this way was very convenient, as I did not have to miss any work. The two smaller trees that were trimmed were not trimmed back very far, so I called to check as to whether that had even been done. The owner apologized and came out himself to trim them back additionally to my liking (the trimmers had just been initially conservative in there trimming). Overall very responsive, great work, and a good value. I will be using them again.

The project went wonderfully. He gave me an estimate and they were dead on with the estimate. He came out when they said that he would. They were able to finish the work in about eight hours. They took the time to clean up after themselves. They were very pleasant people. They even offered a ten percent discount for my mother.

Jeff came right away and gave me a quote, was back in 2 business days to do the work...after I let him know I had chosen his company. They did a great job. Trees were not butchered, still beautiful large trees, GREAT price for the work. I was very pleased with this company and will use them again.

We had several estimates done. Full Circle was the middle bid, price-wise. Before we agreed on a contract, Full Circle provided (at my request) copies of his liability insurance, which is excellent, and his Workmans's Comp insurance. Not all tree companies carry Workman's Comp, but tree removal is considered logging and can be dangerous. Full Circle takes care of its workers. They came on a Thursday and removed the pear tree. They came the following Wednesday to take down the oak. I stayed home from work to watch. Jeff, the owner, is amazing to watch. He took down the oak the "traditional" way. First he climbed up and set ropes. He cut the top limbs and dropped them to the ground where his crew members cut them up. He's very careful to drop the limbs so they don't damage nearby trees. While he is in the tree he has a safety harness and wears a hard hat. All members wear hard hats and hearing protection. Also face shields while cutting up the felled wood. After all the major limbs were down, he used a giant chainsaw to cut a wedge at the bottom of the trunk, then attached a rope to a powered come-along on his shredder and set tension. Then he cut at the back side of the trunk near the wedge cutout and pulled the trunk down in a controlled fall, so as not to hit anything on the way down. Jeff is professional and polite. When I said I wanted the wood for firewood, he knocked the price down because he didn't have to pay the disposal costs. Otherwise, he would have shredded everything and taken it away. His crew men are also polite. I was very impressed and will hire him again if any other trees need work. Jeff also spent time answering questions about the health of several large trees in my yard, and offered suggestions on tending them. Jeff has a degree in Horticulture, but treework is not learned in a classroom. He has the touch.

After I called him (based on Angie's List reports) Jeff came out within a day or so and gave an estimate on the work. My neighbor, who was splitting the bill with me, agreed we should engage Full Circle Tree to do the job. Jeff scheduled the work as promised within the next two weeks. He and his helper arrived on time and completed the work within about three to four hours. They were professional and courteous. We were going to have Jeff landscape and replant the beds where shrubbery had been located, but my neighbor and I decided to do that ourselves. I highly recommend Jeff. He is a knowledgeable arborist, and I will definitely call on him again! In fact, I plan to have him do some work at my house this fall.

The work was done PERFECTLY. They were very nice, knowledgeable and professional, the job was completed within a few days of my first call, and they cleaned up everything beautifully after they were done. The beauty of these trees was preserved, and since I chose Jeff and Full Circle to do the job, I have confidence that these trees will remain healthy and beautiful for years to come.

I had a redbud tree fall into a neighbor's yard, and I needed to have it removed as quickly as possible. Mr. Bergman came out the Saturday I called and left his estimate. I also asked that 2 other trees also be removed, but was told that they only needed pruning to return to health. I was worked into Full Circle's schedule quickly. On site, I requested additional work, which was willingly completed. A certified arborist, Mr. Bergman also noticed an azalea infestation, for which he suggested remedies which I can complete. I appreciated the efforts this company showed, from taking weekend time to provide their estimate, to their professionalism in completing my project. Full Circle willingly shared their knowledge, and offered great service at an economical price. I heartily recommend Full Circle, and will use them again for another planned task next year.

Full Circle is very professional! We use them all the time and we wouldn't use anyone else. They come by do the work and leave. They clean up after themselves. I would definitely recommend them!
