The tenant called them the first time, and I dealt with them about what to do, and they did it. I did not go to the site. When you do not call air conditioning companies every couple of years, that means they are good. I would grade them highly all the way through.

They service us a couple times a year. Their work is good, we haven't had any problems with them. They are really knowledgeable. If we have any questions about what's new, they know what the latest model is out there and what we need.

very pleased will call them again for tune ups and repairs.

Once they came out here it was a very quick job. I wasn't happy that it took them so long to come out because we have a service contract with them. They did fix the problem but it was after a couple of frustrated telephone calls. After our contract expires I will not use them again.

I was impressed that on a very busy hot day, the dispatcher said they would call me back within a two hour window and let me know when/if they could get to me. I hedged my bets with a call to another HVAC company, but they also were busy. This company called within two hours and said they could be here by noon (I had called t 8 AM) and he was. Professional demeanor, wore 'booties' in the house' and had the cable necessary in the truck. I would use them again even though, for what they did, price seemed high, but he was no nonsense, didn't try and push other services, did his thing and left. Perfect!

The experience was good. Everything was fine. They came in, they put it in, and they were done. They were punctual. They got it done quickly. They were knowledgeable and explained to me what they were doing. It was pricey. I haven't used it much since I have gotten it since it hasn't been hot, so I don't know about the quality. They are coming out today to service the unit.

Their estimate was for more than $3000. They came out fairly quickly and were here when they said they would be. I felt the estimate was a little high and they just wanted to sell me a new AC. I have since had my units repaired for lot less.

I have had them do work before. They were definitely responsive. I was pleased with their work.

He was great. He answered all of our questions and checked things that we didn't think he would check for us. He didn't rush through the job. He took his time with us and was patient. We were pleased and satisfied with him. The company met our expectations. They did what they said they would do for us. we haven't had them do any major things for us, but we have been really happy with them. We would recommend them to a family member or friend. The price was appropriate too.

Donelson installed a new HVAC unit at my home. They installed a unit that is too big for my space, so in the summer the house is too humid, and in the winter we get cold before the heat kicks in and blasts us. It's impossible to regulate the temperature comfortably. (I have learned this from the new HVAC company I use, which is fantastic). On top of that, they failed the city installation inspection 3 times before they passed. The inspector was NOT SUPRISED when I told him who had installed the unit. And then no one at Donelson would return my phone calls to discuss the problem. I was VERY DISAPPOINTED in my experience with Donelson.

We have two units and they check to make sure everything is running properly. I like them because they are punctual. They have a 24 hour service. Our heat went out on Christmas Eve in the middle of the night, and we had a newborn baby. They came out in the middle of the night to fix it. Their work is good. They have always told me the unit was fine, and never had a problem with their work. They are honest with what they are doing.

They are responsive,they don't try to push unneeded services or work on you, they are honest and reliable.

I called them at five to see if they could of come out and fixed the problem. But the called me back at eight and told me that they could come out and fix it on Sunday morning.

They showed up on time to do the work. They called both times before they came over and did the work. They cleaned up everything when they were done working.

The technicians call ahead of time. They are usually very punctual. Also the dispatchers do not over promise. They also were able to provide a technician within 3 hours of calling and that is only because I wanted them to come a little later. The trucks are clean. The technicians wear clean uniforms. They are clean shaving and very professional and listen to us gripe about the a/c system. If they go from outside to inside they wipe their feet. We had them come back a week after the original call because the unit was not working again. They had warned us previously that the unit was not doing well. The unit is leaking. They called a man to come and provide a quote to have the unit replaced. He drove 45 minutes to come to our home. The technician waited for the salesman to arrive and helped him with the details. We always have great service from them.

I get discounts if there needs to be any repairs done. It's a great service and they are very professional. They are a straight up company and I have never had any problems with them.

I have never had a problem with them or their service. They are very conscientious and even put covers on their shoes to keep from getting the floor dirty. They always do a good job for me.

This took four trips for them to figure out exactly what was wrong, but they came each time with no complaints and no charge. I thought this was very professional and just good business sense. We were very satisfied with them and would recommend them to other members.

It took 2 days to complete. There were 2 to 3 men there each day from 8-1. The first day they couldn't even get the machine working so they didn't get much done. They could have been finished in one day easily if they had been working hard. I was disappointed in the lack of professionalism and the slacking off. Also, we paid way way too much for the work that was done. They didn't even clean up after themselves.

The tech and the sales person were very professional. They responded quickly and on time. The price for fixing the A/C was high. Also, the tech misdiagnosed the problem. The cost for a new a/c was absurdly high. The sales person gave me no other options except for a cheap "contractor grade" unit that he said was no good. A second opinion resulted in a high quality unit for less than the "contractor grade" offered by Donalson. A third opinion correctly diagnosed the problem. The fix was inexpensive.

Donelson Air Conditioning did a great job. They were on time and got the job done. The leak stopped, and my air conditioner works like it's new. I will be using Donelson Air Conditioning again in the future.

Originally I thought Donelson Air Conditioning was pretty expensive, but I figured they would do good work then. I was wrong. We are still having the same problems as before. The people were nice, but the quality of work is horrible.

Donaldson Air Conditioning came and did the job correctly for a decent price. I would highly recommend them to family and friends. They cleaned up their mess when they left.
