Description of Work: They provided a tune-up on our three HVAC units. We have been using them for twenty years. We have been extremely pleased with their service. We have an annual maintenance agreement with them.

Description of Work: Diagnosed my ac problem, which is what I paid for. Recommended a new unit that was almost twice what I got from another company. They also require you to sign a contract on the spot. Didn't feel like that was right. Needed time to consider options. Glad we went with a different company.

Description of Work: Regular 6-month check-up. Everything checked out ok. We've always been very pleased with the service we get. Perhaps not the cheapest in town, but we like the peace of mind of knowing that they're available when we need them.

Description of Work: Tech arrive quickly and told us our unit needs replaced before cold weather due to a bad heat exchanger. Was told that the unit needed a freon charge of about a pound and that it would be $100.00 for a pound of freon. We elected to get a second opinion. |Unit priced for our home seemed overly priced. We will go with a cheaper alternative when we replace the unit. |

Description of Work: Any time I've used them I have been completely satisfied. They do quality work and come quickly when there is a problem.

Description of Work: At our annual inspection they suggested having the air ducts cleaned and repaired. We arranged this and two men came, worked in the crawl space all day and that was that. Later that month we had another company coming in to check on some plumbing and they reported that the insulation on the ducts was in bad shape. Someone for Service Experts came out to inspect and another two men came out to do the repair and the cleaning this time showing us pictures of the repairs. Needless to say the second cleaning was not billed for. Service Experts have been our company for some time and this is the first time we have had any problems. We suggest you receive some inspection after your work is done.

Description of Work: They came out and put in a new air conditioning unit.

Description of Work: Checked heater and AC unit to make sure it was winter ready. Also cleaned it out.

Description of Work: The $137.00 is for the annual contract that provides two service calls per year, spring and fall, to inspect and clean the system. They are very thorough!!
