They know my dogs, which is nice. Most of the time it is the same guy that works this area. They don't come in the house unless it's a problem. We have had no problems inside of underneath the house since we've worked with them. It is worth the cost, which is very reasonable.

They were wonderful when it came to our termite problem. They came in and checked the entire house. They placed us now under a warranty so if there is any issues in the future they would pay for all of it. They were the only company that did not just want to spray the house with poison, they were able to work out a different method to remove them. It was a three year process but they did take care of everything.

It is neither a local firm nor a big chain. They charge me per visit. The normal visit is $35 and for termite control it is $62. I tell them about other insects that I would like to be sprayed for and they sometimes fail to do that.

Cooks came to set up Termite Service and I decided to get their pest control at the same time. They explained about their Ant bait systems, which they put all over the yard and were supposed to keep them from being inside the house. I had only lived in the house for a couple of years and never really had a problem with pests, but thought it was best to get the service to prevent future problems. It was winter when they put the equipment in, and they came and sprayed every month around the outside of the house. When spring hit, I became totally infested with spiders and ants. The ants were everywhere - even in my bedroom. I called cooks and it took 3 calls and a week and a half to get a call back. When I finally talked to a pest control expert, he said that sometimes when they spray the perimeter, it pushes the pests inside. Had they told me that from the start, I never would have agreed to the service. What kind of pest control actually GIVES you pest infestation? COOKS PEST CONTROL DOES. Don't use them.

Sales person was great. he told us that brown recluse spiders live for 5-10 years haha. Sales person also did not prepare us for what we needed to do to prepare for them and the fogging so the bug guys had to leave and come back another day. On the other hand, when the lead pest guy came back they were very prepared and got the job done quickly. They seriously know their bugs. We signed up for a monthly treatment and our bug guy calls each month to let us know when he's coming by so we can let him in the back fence.

The representative was professional, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The representative said he saw termites but none of the other four inspectors saw them. This doesn't mean they weren't present but I always wonder. I think Cook's would have done a good job but the cost was a little high and I preferred the termite spray treatment to the baiting.

It's Christian based business. They are very prompt and on the very first day of every month I can depend on them having been here and left something on my door. If I need something I can call them and have them do indoor service otherwise they go right ahead and do outdoor service. I think they charge 35 or 40 dollars a month which I think is good.

I discovered termites while working in my yard. I called two pest control places for free estimates. Cooks came out to do the free inspection within the hour of when I first called. They did a thorough inspection of our house and crawl space. Cooks had a slightly higher first year fee, but then lower yearly fee for subsequent years. Since we know we have termites and figure we will want the system for a few years, they had a better deal. They installed the system within days of us signing the contract with them. The one bad part of the experience is that the installers apparently didn't seem to consider at all how the termite traps looked in the yard in choosing where to put them. I'm also not sure why they put 3 in one place all bunched together. It may have been necessary to do that and we definitely want to get rid of the termites, but they should have explained why and at least tried to make it a little more discreet. Now anyone who walks up to our house can see we have termite traps. In another location they put them more behind a shrub, so being a little more discreet appears to be possible.

Set up an appointment with them. No call, No showed. So I called them. He said he got busy and we rescheduled to later in the day when my wife would be home. Then he stood her up. Really bad as we both took time off from work to get stood up.

They were very prompt with their appointment follow-up. I was very impressed with how they represented themselves as a company. I concluded that their bait/trap system is better than a barrier system.

I was very happy to see that I didn't need the services of Cook's after all. They were very professional and gave me a full evaluation. They determined there was no infestation and did this free of charge. If and when I might need to use someone like this in the future, they will be the first people I call.

This company is very professional and really does a good job of getting the spray where it is supposed to go and not on anything that it shouldn t. They are prompt and come when they say they are going to. I like the price and will continue to use them.

They come monthly and schedule each month's appointment a month in advance. They also follow-up with a call as the time nears. I don't think they ever get all of the insects because we still get them in the house. Their price is a little high.

Since I had the Sentricon system installed, I have had no trouble with termites whatsoever. This company is a blessing and I am very glad I had found them to keep my home protected. If you have a problem with termites, I would advise you to call them and get them out to see if you can get this as it works really well. The men that will come are professional and will guide you through each step of the process. The price to install it was around fifteen hundred dollars and the monitoring fee is eighty dollars a month.

Jeremy Bradley was very professional and thorough. Our technician Jeff is also very friendly. The only reason I will rate them a little lower on quality is that they have not yet solved an ant problem, and they have been here 3 times.

Cook's did a great job. For the initial meeting, they explained the system and its installation/monitoring clearly without hype. The inspection of the house was thorough. The subsequent visit for installation went without a hitch, and all of the monitoring stations were installed without a hitch, including three that required drilling. The monitoring visits have happened on time, and they leave a detailed note describing the work done. They're pricey relative to other companies, but worth the extra money.

Cooks Pest Control has a very friendly, cooperative and helpful staff. Overall, they are an excellent company to do business with.

I haven't had much problems with this company. The reputation of this company is great. They are very fair on what they do for services. They charge a little bit more because of gas prices though.
