We have been with them for a longtime and they are great.

They are excellent. They are wonderful people to work with. Prompt all the time. Everything is great with them, no complaints at all. The guy who comes out is the nicest person in the world!

I have a very good relationship with them. They've done pest control service and termite control service for me. They have always been punctual and honest. They are a pretty good company to do business for us. They have two different services, $35 a month for pest control, $200 a year for termite control and $50 for every three months for termite control.

We had used another major company for several years and it appeared that whatever they were using was not doing the job for us. We had used Cooks at our home in Nashville and were having a great experience with them there......so we decided to give Cook's a chance here. From the first treatment until today we no longer have a problem with spiders (my big issue) or any other kinds of pest in or around our home. For me I will continue to use Cook's on a regular basis to keep the critters around my home under control. They treat our home monthly and are always on time, and the best part is everything they do is done from the exterior of the home. If we have a problem inside all we have to do is call and they come right away.

I am very impressed with them. I just started with them, and they'll be coming on a monthly basis. I like their professionalism and thoroughness. The first time they came out, they were here for over two hours. The guy was very knowledgeable, and he's been in the business for 25 plus years. I would absolutely continue to use them, because I got a contract with them.

Called, made appointment, Brandon arrived on time, did a thorough look-see inside and outside, confirmed the carpenter ant problem and then proceeded to treat it and told me what to do to prevent it going forward. He also did a thorough search for all other pests and found spiders and a wasps' nest. He resolved all these issues. He returns monthly. I like that it is the same person every month. It helps to develop a relationship. I also signed up for termite prevention service.

Sent request through email from Angie's List to be contacted by phone for quote to treat home for termites. Received the following email instead of the rquested phone call. and quot;Your information has been forwarded to our Customer Care Center where it will be assigned to a representative for follow-up. If your comment or request requires, a manager or technician will contact you as soon as possible.and quot; and quot;Your satisfaction is very important to us, so if you have not heard from us by the end of the next business day, please call 800-239-9898 to let us know!and quot; Unless they mis-dialed, no attempt was made to contact me by phone.

They are giving me a special price because I have been using them for 45 years. They are very concerned about my welfare. I had allergies with all the stuffs that they have, so they worked with it. They have been really, really good. They seemed to be caring about my property. If there is something wrong, they will let me know. I would continue to use them as long as they really care, and they respond to my problem immediately.

The service was fine, nothing was extra good or bad. It was adequate.

They are absolutely the best. We've used other companies and this company is just wonderful. When we first moved in we had a problem with wasps. They sent a guy out with a firesuit on. We went up on a very tall ladder and got rid of all the wasps in 100 degree weather. The wasps never come back. We can call and they will come out in 10min.

I'm satisfied with them. They have a monthly service for $37 where they spray for insects. For financial reasons, I had to discontinue that. I may resume that again. They're there when they're supposed to be there.

We are happy with the service. They do what's expected, and we don't have any problems with them at all.

If I have any problems, I call and make an appointment. He calls right back. He put traps that my animals can't get into. He comes right away and takes care of your problems.

The service has went very well. They are very good about calling and letting you know they are coming. They let you know when they are there. We have been with them for years.

I have used them for years so I must be pretty happy with them. They show up when they are suppose to and they do their job.

I've been using them since 1971 and I have been extremely pleased with them. I like the people, they seem to be well trained and knowledgeable. They're also very polite and professional. When they see a problem they tell me about it, but they don't push their services on me. They also use first class products and have very strong customer service. In the past they also did a vent service for me under the house and for the crawl space. I had a mildew problem and they cut the holes for the vents bigger so I would get more air flow. They are always very reasonably priced and they follow up on the work they do. They even call to check on the service and see if they can come out to make sure everything is working properly. When I have a problem they come out immediately, and they will also do interior service if i need it.

They were excellent. They came in and did the job. They gave me correcting options and got notes in place.

Their price is fine as long as they do a good job and treat what I have. Their service technicians are great. They're very courteous. When I call them, they call me back. They respond and they do the things that I ask for. They're a very respectful company. Their pricing is good. I will continue to use them in the future.

They were great. If I am here at the time of their service, they will ask me if I need anything else. They are very good. We don't have problems with spiderwebs like our neighbors do.

They come on schedule and do a very good job, and my house is pretty much pest free. I would use them again in the future.
