Description of Work: Cook's installed a Sentricon termite control system all around our house. We had used another provider with Sentricon to eliminate a termite colony for our house, and we switched to Cook's for our long-term termite maintenance contract. | |The Cook's representative was punctual, communicative, and answered all our questions very well. Their services were also priced competitively -- we found some providers that charged less, but they also had less comprehensive damage warranties.

Description of Work: Very professional. Explained everything up front, and every time they come back. They always provide the personal cell phone of the guy assigned to my house, and I call him directly when there's any sudden issue. He's usually been out within 24 hours of when I call. The initial startup fee is steep, but seems to be typical of the competition.

Description of Work: My cat had contracted fleas and by the time I realized it, they were all over. Eric, my Cook's rep came out almost immediately and the company worked w/me to get him there quickly! He spent hours and meticulously sprayed all areas of the house. This was effective right away and I was thrilled. He promised a 2nd treatment which I wanted and recently completed that. I haven't seen a flea since!

+ -1 moreI have called other companies and this company is the cheapest. They take of the pest control. They also do a termite inspection upon request. This is scheduled annually.
Description of Work: They come to do an outside treatment to control pests. When we are home, I open my garage to have him spray for mice control. This is done once a month.

+ -1 moreWe've never had any problems using this company. They've never had to come back in between appointments to re-spray. They are very thorough. The man that comes is friendly and knowledgeable about what he does.

+ -1 moreCooks Pest Control is very professional. They address a problem quickly, fit it and clean up their mess. If we call them for a specific problem, they come that same day. If termites cause damage after Cooks has been here, they pay for all the damage.
Description of Work: Cooks Pest Control exterminates termites at our house every 90 days. We pay them $63 per regular visit. They also come on an on-call basis if we have a specific problem.
