Will Joyner (technician) with Aire Serv of Mt. Juliet was just beyond excellent and so knowledgeable. I also want to add that the communications with the office (Emily Smith) was equally beyond excellent. They were fantastic and transparent with communications. Really appreciated that they sent a photo via email and text of the technician before he arrived. Also want to add, that they were slammed with emergency calls on my original service appointment date and they needed to come the following day but like I mentioned they were very on top of communication letting me know what was going on. I also want to add if this happens to you, do not reschedule with another company! These guys are well worth the wait!

Very professional company from the first phone call. Emmie was outstanding with details of the service. We received a text when Will was on the way, with a picture. Great job!!

We had another company come to do the dryer vent but their price shot up very much from the original. I had asked what was included earlier. Air Serv had called again that morning and I explained that I would call if the other company did not work out. I dismissed the repairman from the first co. I called Air Serv. Their man came out. He explained everything he would do and it's cost. We chose him. He did his work showed us the results, gave . We are very pleased. The name of the repairman is Gabe. The name of the person on the phone is Emily. I think this is a good company, Aire Serv.

They were honest, open, and did their best effort to correct my issue. They took videos so I could look at what was going on and came up with a plan of action. Very, very pleased and will continue to be a customer.

Extremely polite and thorough. Very quick response! Dryer was overheating and the tech cleaned out vent pipe and gave us some new flex pipe in case there was lint in the attached piece. Prompt, courteous, thorough- what more could one ask? Very happy with this company. Would definitely hire again.

Will was a very nice guy. He came out and fix the problem with the heating unit. Worked quickly, he even showed a video of the old part that needed to be replaced. He gave us several options. He replaced the old part with a brand new one. He came out the same day we called. Worked to fix it in below freezing weather. Warm and happy we called them. Thank you. We recommend them. We did think the cost was a to high. But we don't know about how much parts cost for this.

Power bill was higher than normal the previous month so wanted to make sure everything was operating properly. Friendly professional service with reasonable rates.
