I like that I was emailed a picture of the tech who come out. I was able to explain my home situation and tech under stood. And offered a couple of choices I had to pick from. Made fixing the problem easier a lot easier@

They went above and beyond to fix my AC in the worst of hot weather. Follow up, customer service, weâ re awesome. They are now my go to for ac.

The sales process was not the best. One person said one thing another something else etc. But.. I was very satisfied with overall result. Every company has to have 100 % mark up from what you can buy to cover their costs and make a profit. Bottom line is I own multiple properties and will call them again

My service tech who came out was professional. The company's rates I thought were pretty high. Was expensive for a 30 minute service call. But tech doesn't set the rates so it's not his fault. He was very nice, professional and on time.

Our compressor fail they worked me in there schedule the same day with promptness, the technician was very knowledgeable about the situation, the office assisted me with getting reimbursement from my insurance, I have a new unit with a maintenance program they offer thank you Aire Ser Outstanding job.

They offered a fair price, they did not pressure me to but more than I signed up for, they came when scheduled. Def would use them again

They were absolutely fantastic. These two wonderful, young gentlemen came from MT. Juliet and helped me so fast, they were just incredible. They knew what was wrong, got the part ordered and picked up and installed, all within a couple of hours and I was back to being in a cool home. I can't thank them enough. I will definitely call them again if ever needed and will spread the word about what fantastic work they do!
