We only recommend replacements when a unit should not or can not be repaired. Family-owned and operated and several generations later, we have been providing our customers with dependable service throughout Nashville and the surrounding areas. Description of Work: Very poor experience.. They did not call me to schedule I had to call them and inform them that I had purchased a deal. Once their tech showed up for the appointment I was told that this deal did not cover our entire HVAC system only part of it and I would have to pay additional $$$ to have it all inspected.

This customer purchased a (1) unit A/C tune up. When our technician arrived at the location, the customer informed him that he had (3) A/C units he wanted checked out. The customer also stated that one of the A/C units was not operational. The technician explained to the customer that he had only purchased the (1) unit A/C tune up deal. The technician also informed the customer that he had purchased a system tune up, not a diagnostic service. The technician explained that the online deal clearly states that additional systems are an extra charge. The customer was given the option to receive the (1) unit tune up that he had already paid for. The customer demanded that we service all of the HVAC units for his house for the (1) unit price or he would smear our good name on Angie's List. This customer was extremely rude and abusive to our technician.

Description of Work: Got a tune up and was told my unit needed to be replaced - it was 13 years old. They gave me a price that seemed high so I called CES and bought a unit from them for $600 less.
