I have used Air Conditioning Service (the "Green Trucks") in both of my homes since 1978 and have always received great service. Their prices are fair and I've never been "up sold". Today, I needed work on my AC and Eddie was the service technician that took care of the problem – he continued the company's reputation of being "the best." I remain a very happy customer. Highly recommended!

Very well, they were prompt and professional. We will be using them again. The only problem was everyone else was scheduling with them, delaying my checkup. Since the system was doing well, I didnt mind.

It went well. Justin came out to the house, was respectful and quick. He provided, what appears to be, honest and "to the point" advice on our systems. We will be using the again in the future for service and repair needs.

I did not have a service completed.

The only thing that the “deal” covered was just for the service call, which costs $79 anyway. The company actually doesn’t do their own work, they subcontract their work out so you never know who is going to show up for the service.

We've used them for years and we like them. They are prompt and let you know their service window. They put their booties on when they come in the house. They hire good employees and I have no problem with them coming into my house.

Excellent! The cat had pee'd down in one of the ducts and they cleaned that out real good. They did a good job, it was pretty nasty. They did real good work. I would recommend them.

They are thorough and even though our heat pump is over 10years old, it's been in their care entire time, they aren't pushing us to get a new one as ours is still going strong.

It went well and it's the second time I've used them. They're good. They were very thorough and explained everything very well.

We would have used them but got a more competitive quote from a different vendor.

The workers who did the air duct cleaning and installed the vapor barrier were wonderful and did a great job. They were prompt, clean, and did quality work. Steven came out and pressured me into having the vapor barrier installed the next day. I was talking to Steven about having insullation put into the attic, and I was going to give him the job but because of the pressure tactics he was using, I decided to wait until the other jobs were complete. I told Steven I wanted a thicker material, and Steven said they would get some thicker material out here for me, but after the install was complete, the installer informed me that they installed a 4 barrier. I informed Steven that the Terminix guy told me I had a 6 barrier already in the crawl space, why would I want something thinner than what I already have. On top of that, Steven wanted me to pay $800 for the thinnest material available! I could have had a 4 put in for $500 by the Terminix guy! Steven was very mouthy with me on the phone and disrespectful. His tune magically changed when my husband called him! I put a stop payment on the check because I was paying for something I didn't get. He is supposedly mailing my check back to me. I am currently attempting to get in contact with the owner of the company to get this issue worked out. Steven said that they cannot have the vapor barrier removed due to costs and they are going to leave the material I don't want in place. Terminix is going to have to remove it and clean out the crawl space to replace it. Steven really makes me want to give this company an 'F', but at the same time, I remember the work and workers who were here. It would have been an 'A', except for Steven. The professionalism grade is for Steven.

We've been using them for one year. I feel like they're very honest and that they're just really on time and everybody does really great job! My realtor recommended them to me. I've always been satisfied with their services.

On May 30th, my partner called this company to make an appointment for our air conditioning which was not cooling the upstairs. We made an appointment for 10:00AM today, May 31st. Patrick (my partner) took the morning off work to be there for the appointment and at 10:20AM, he called to get a status update since the technician had not arrived. The operator had the technician call Patrick back and the technician proceeded to lie to him. The technician (Steven) told Patrick that he had called yesterday and spoke to a woman who confirmed he could come any time after 10:00AM through the end of the day. Patrick told the tech that he did not call because it's Patrick's number listed on the account. The tech continued to say he did call and speak to a woman to let her know that he would be later in the day. Patrick then told him there was no way that was possible because we are a gay couple and no woman lives in our house. At that point, Steven changed his story and admitted that he was simply double-booked and asked if he could come in the next hour. We decided that there was no need for Steven to come at all. If tardiness and mistruths are how this technician represents the company, we will be looking elsewhere.

The technician was knowledgeable, arrived on time, performed the required check and offered some advice for managing the A/C until the next check.

It was fine and I have no complaints at all.

I called the company at 615-834-1080 on 04-16-13 to advise system not cooling properly and request a dispatch. I was told they had a new tech that lives in Murfreesboro and they had just started servicing this area. She told me it would be late in the afternoon the next day before he could get here. I was called at 4:30PM the next day and advised it would be about an hour before he arrived. The tech called me 15 minutes before arrival. The tech was very professional. I was very pleased with the service and would not hesitate to call them again.

My furnace suddenly stopped working one afternoon and I was cold! When I called Air Conditioning Services Inc they were very helpful and were ready to come fix it that day. We scheduled an appointment the next day due to my schedule. They were prompt and even called me 15 min ahead of time to let me know the repair person was on the way. The furnace problem was relatively minor and was fixed quickly. What I really appreciated was the repairman saw that I was interested in learning about my heating systems in my new house and he showed me what was being repaired and educated me about the filter systems. He was polite and professional and concerned about cleanliness. I very much appreciate that since the repair was minor, he was honest about it, instead of trying to fool me into a larger unneeded expense. He politely let me know about the company and their services should I need them in the future.

Their price was very reasonable and their company had a good reputation. They were very responsive. They cleaned up after the work. The next day, another person came in to re-ensure the work was done right. I was impressed with their quick response and their reassurance.

Overall, it was a great experience. Quick service, professional employees all around, fair price, and they weren't pushy.

They were punctual, and they actually worked with me on the fee. I would use them again in the future.

He was very professional and did a thorough inspection. He was here when he said he would be and I was pleased with the service.

Wow. What amazing customer service. I have two small children and our air conditioning went out in the hottest week of the year. They were they only company I called that could accommodate us right away. They came and fixed the problem. Later in the day we thought it wasn't working again and they sent another technician back to check things out in the *same day!* They were friendly, knowledgable and so responsive. I'm super impressed and will be using them for any and all hvac service from here on out.

The service technician was on time which was very good. I remained in my condominium, a 2 story unit around 1,400 sq.ft., while he worked. When he finished, he said he "called me for 5 minutes!" and then decided he needed to whistle for me because he was in a hurry. When I was able to come downstaris he began to fuss at me for his behavior because, "his company only alotted so much time for a regular service call" and he was in a hurry. Are you serious? Whistle loudly for me as if I were a dog or farm animal? Sorry, that just doesn't work for me. He could have tried my cell phone, or he could have called his dispatcher to let her know his situation, but treating a paying customer in such a disrespectful manner is not only bad manners, it's harmful to your business. Too bad for everyone, really, because I was very interested in their duct cleaning service. I won't be calling this company again.

Everything was great. They were up-to-standard, did everything that they said they would, and we were pleased.
