It went well...he was on time, courteous, and gave advice on how to avoid have the same thing happen again

It was a great experience but pricey. If I had known how much it was going to cost, I probably would have just bought a new dishwasher with more features.

They did what they said they were going to do. They were punctual and worked around my schedule. They charged what they quoted me. Everything went just fine.

I was not very happy with the service. It appeared to me there were a number of contractors operating under the AAA.

Our washing machine quit agitating and spinning. I happened to have a good bit of laundry built up so I needed a repairman as quickly as possible. I called AAA and received friendly, competent, prompt service. The technician was dispatched the next morning, arrived when expected and had the unit fixed within half an hour. I was pleased that their travel fee to come take a look at the unit was $49.99, which is waived if you elect to have them do the work (a competitor I called charged $128 just to come out and diagnose the problem). I don't really know how their repair price would stack up against another company's as I didn't get a second opinion and, frankly, just wanted to get the thing fixed ASAP so I went ahead and had him do the work. Overall I was pleased with the service I received and would use them again.

My two and half year old Whirlpool Cabrio dryer began having long drying cycles. I decided to seek help quickly. I first called Sears and hung up after a lengthy hold, then called H.H. Gregg who put me in touch with A and E. I was scheduled for an appointment with a house call fee of $79 plus repair charges. I joined Angie's List and read reviews ( none about A and E). AAA had all good reviews so I called them and they proceeded to help me for free. I am impressed! I cancelled A and E and proceeded to clean my vent. I will still call the vent people.

They were VERY fast in getting out to me, Tommy was VERY professional, and VERY courteous. I also had a problem with my washer and Tommy said it would be better to get a new washer than to fix it. He recommended the brand to get(a Roper)and he told me they have the same parts as a very much higher brand, but much cheaper for the roper washer. He did not have to tell me that, and he could have gone ahead and fixed the washer to get their money, but he did not. I REALLY APPRECIATED THE HONESTY!!! I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who needs any appliance fixed!!!

They are wonderful. The man was fast and sharp. It was a little pricey, but I don't know what everything is costing these days. He was very nice. He put in a new ice maker for me. I couldn't tell you how much I like him. I will call him again if I need anything.

We had to have our control board replaced b/c the water wasn't working on our water dispenser. The ice maker would work, but no water. So Bobby came out and took a look and said that the control board was bad. He had to place an order for us, which took a day or so to order. He had it working for us in no time.

Bobby, the owner, came out as scheduled and checked out two refrigerators and one stove. The stove needed a new heating unit for the oven, which he replaced on the second call. One refrigerator needed minor repairs, which he also made on the second visit. The other refrigerator, as we suspected, will need to be replaced. Phone service was excellent with the service man coming out as promised.

The technician came out assessed the problem (we needed a new water tank for our dispenser and a different filter). He said he would order the part and be back to fix it. He called a week later and said that he couldn't get the part (they don't have an account with the manufacturer) and wouldn't be able to do the repair. They would still charge me a $50 trip fee. I was frustrated, but understood. We called another company out to look at the problem. They had the part we needed in their vain and was able to do the repair on the spot. The other company also said that we did have the right filter and was able to put it in for us (AAA was wrong about us needing a different type of filter). I explained that AAA was not able to get the water tank for us and the other company said that was ridiculous because anyone with an internet connection and a credit card can order this part off of their website. I called AAA to dispute the $50 charge for the visit (it is one thing if the part was unavailable, another thing if they just weren't willing to order it). They told me that they wouldn't do business with the other company; they only work with one supplier. I thought it would have been nice to know that before they came out. I could have told them exactly what kind of fridge I had. (The office manager then made some comment about how I was supporting communists by owning this fridge which has parts made in Korea) Needless to say, I was insulted and I feel ripped off to be charged $50 not because they weren't able to do the job, but because they refused to order the part. I will not do business with them again and would not recommend that anyone with any Kenmore appliance ever call this company. I thought I would be getting better service by going with a small local company, but I was dead wrong. The other company did the job quickly and correctly for a fair price.

It went great! Our refrigerator stopped cooling the Thursday before Labor weekend. We called Friday and a technician, Tommy, came out to inspect the unit. He gave me a detailed explanation of what needed to be done, with a quote for the work, including tax (which was very helpful to help budget). He came the next day and changed the parts. It started cooling. However, 3 hours later it stopped cooling, so I called the office, which was closed. Regardless, Tommy called me right back as he recognized the number calling. He was off already, but came over 20 minutes later. The compressor was now out. This was covered by our warranty (which AAA doesn't do, and our warranty doesn't cover the other parts either). Tommy assisted me in figuring out what number to call, and what information I needed when calling the warranty - mind you, I am worthless figuring this stuff out! He said to call him early the following week, to update him what the warranty had said and, if need be, they would reimburse us part of the money. From then on, they checked in every single day with us until our compressor was replaced, giving me advice of what to make sure to ask the warranty technician to insure I got my warranty benefits in full. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I have a Thermador Oven that needed repair. This team of people were responsive to my inquiries, and actually took the time to diagnose preliminarily over the phone before burdening me with a house call fee. They were courteous, persistent in trying to figure out the problem, did research on part availability, due to the fact that the company that produced the item, had changed hands, prior to actually making an in home service call. I asked them to do this, so that I might not have to pay for a service call if parts were priced too high or unavailable. The oven being 10 years old and the main control panel was shot, lead them to a sight unseen estimate, at my request. They said once they looked at the item a more precise estimate could be provided. However, due to age of the item, and high expense of the control panel, I elected not to replace the item. The folks at this repair company handled my inquiry with great care. I would call on them again in the future.

Bobby (who is also the owner) came out to service our fridge, which was less than 5 years old. We had someone (a competitor) out to look at a similar problem two weeks earlier and it returned. Not confident with their diagnosis/repair, we found AAA on Angie's list. He immediately diagnosed the problem and told us he would have to order the part to fix it. They expected it to be in the next day. The next morning, I got a call from the office that the part was on back order until June 16th.. and that was after calling other repair places to see if they had it in stock, too. Needless to say, we kind of freaked out about this and my husband even did some Internet searching to see if he could find it (he couldn't--everywhere listed it as being on back order). Bobby had the fridge cooling with the help of a small desk fan behind the unit--not ideal, but all we could do, so we waited it out. The next day, they called to let me know they had finally tracked down a part at a repair place in Dallas, TX and came out and put it in. The fridge worked for two days--and then went back on the fritz. While this sounds like the bad ending of the story, it's really not. Bobby came back out on the next business day to look again. The compressor had given out by now (which had the fan/motor problem been discovered a few weeks earlier by the other company probably would NOT have happened). The cost to repair was more than we were willing to spend on this unit.

I liked the work this company did for me. They quickly fixed my refrigerator and they knew from the get go exactly what to do. They were extremely professional. Since I do most of the repairs in my home. I was a bit surprised at what they charged me. Overall they did a pretty good job. I have no complaints.

When I called AAA Appliance Repair they scheduled a technician to come out the next day. The woman I spoke with on the phone was very polite and accommodating. They couldnt be specific about the time he would come, but took my cell phone number in case I was away from the house. The technician arrived about 1:30. He did a very thorough job of explaining the problem and what it would cost to fix it, without pressuring me to decide either way. Based on his information I elected to purchase a new washer rather than repair the current one. He was very helpful in suggesting the most reliable type of new washer to purchase. Overall I was very satisfied with the service I received.

I called AAA in the AM and was assured someone would be there by 5 PM that afternoon. AAA kept their word and even called me 30 minutes prior to the their arrival. They were prompt, professional and fixed the problem quickly. Bobby, the owner actually made the service call. He has many years of experience and is extremely helpful! I would recommend AAA and use them again!

AAA Appliance Service discovered the light wasn't working and replaced the dryer vent so it would run more efficient. They gave me extra advice on how to save money on energy. Shared info that would help us in the future. I would recommend them to others.

Appliance Repair did a great job. They fixed my stove and got the job done. They were amazing at doing their job.

We have used AAA Appliance Service for three years and are very satisfied. They do great follow-up work including calling us to make sure everything is working fine. And if we need a new appliance, they will refer us to a dealer with the best price.
