Matt did a fantastic job! Our upstairs unit went out in the middle of a heatwave and he was able to get to us quickly. His pricing was good and his work was great. We hired him again after the rest of our HVAC went put. Again, Matt was quick to respond and get a new unit installed. Very professional. Would recommend to anyone needing repairs or replacements.

Geothermal HVAC systems are great and extremely efficient and reliable. But when you need service, it’s tough to find efficient and reliable contractors. After several bad experiences and, I’m sure, many wasted dollars, I got ahold of Matt at Southern Elite. He’s now my go to for regular service and repairs. He shows up promptly and I don’t worry that the work won’t be done right. He discusses options but never comes out with a list of stuff I need when all he was there for was a seasonal tune up.

Matt provides first class service with everything he does!! Reasonably priced for excellent service! If you call anyone else, you called the wrong guy I promise!

Consider me almost an expert… I got over 9 quotes and opinions on getting a new HVAC unit and Matt was the only one I was confident in. It’s so difficult learning and researching something you have know experience or knowledge of. People trying to tell you what’s best and what’s not good, nothing felt right until Matt broke everything down. Pricing was transparent, he came out timely, his work is beautiful (never thought I’d say a unit is “pretty” but somehow it is). To top it off it’s a family owned business and his mom came out to help! Love shopping small and supporting local businesses. If you’re looking multiple places please let me spare you, this is the company you want!

GREAT SERVICE!! Matt was very knowledgeable and very helpful. Our AC unit went out and we were getting chilly and worried because it was Sunday! But Southern Elite came through! I highly recommend it. You get quality service and the personal touch.

If you need any HVAC services let me recommend Southern Elite HVAC! I was sure that we had something get into our duct work and die but I couldn’t find anyone who would come out until the following Monday. Matt came out within a few hours (through snow and ice) and found the issue and fixed it! We will definitely use him for all our future services. So thankful to have found him.
