Matt has done preventive maintenance on our system but also did an emergency call when our ductwork filled up with water upstairs and was leaking downstairs. It was a mess but Matt was there right away and got everything cleaned up and resolved the same day. He does not try to upsell and suggest things you don’t need. He operates with honesty and integrity. We appreciate him and highly recommend him.

Geothermal HVAC systems are great and extremely efficient and reliable. But when you need service, it’s tough to find efficient and reliable contractors. After several bad experiences and, I’m sure, many wasted dollars, I got ahold of Matt at Southern Elite. He’s now my go to for regular service and repairs. He shows up promptly and I don’t worry that the work won’t be done right. He discusses options but never comes out with a list of stuff I need when all he was there for was a seasonal tune up.

We had an issue with our system in recently purchased home. Southern Elite was our first call. Second ring they answered promptly and was scheduling to be to our house in the same day. When he arrived he didn’t try to upsell us on something we didn’t need. He was honest and straight forward. Had us up and running very quickly. Matthew was his name. Consider me almost an expert… I got over 9 quotes and opinions on getting a new HVAC unit and Matt was the only one I was confident in. It’s so difficult learning and researching something you have know experience or knowledge of. People trying to tell you what’s best and what’s not good, nothing felt right until Matt broke everything down. Pricing was transparent, he came out timely, his work is beautiful (never thought I’d say a unit is “pretty” but somehow it is). To top it off it’s a family owned business and his mom came out to help! Love shopping small and supporting local businesses. If you’re looking multiple places please let me spare you, this is the company you want!

GREAT SERVICE!! Matt was very knowledgeable and very helpful. Our AC unit went out and we were getting chilly and worried because it was Sunday! But Southern Elite came through! I highly recommend it. You get quality service and the personal touch.

I was sure that we had something get into our duct work and die but I couldn’t find anyone who would come out until the following Monday.
