I called Southern Elite to come out and take a look at my HVAC unit and within 45 minutes Matt had come out, assessed and fixed the issue, and I was able to go on about my day. He was quick, efficient, and courteous. I’ll definitely be utilizing their services in the future for maintenance and would highly recommend them to anyone looking. Thanks Matt!

My A/C quit cooling today. I called Southern Elite HVAC, LLC. They came same day and repaired my unit and I am so happy with the professional service they provided. They were up front about fees. They found the problem and explained the repair and were able to fix it on the spot. They were professional, kind and well mannered. I'm very impressed with their service and plan on using them in the future.

Southern Elite HVAC and its owner Matt are truly fantastic and a real life saver. I’ve worked with Matt for 2 years now, first as part of a large renovation and now as my go-to HVAC contractor. First, Matt came over in late December 2022 when the temperature was 0 degrees because both of our units shut-off due to dust from the team refinishing our floors. He came out less than 30 minutes after calling and got them up and running. Secondly, he determined that we didn’t have enough air-flow on our returns because Maynard Man miscalculated the returns and said we could cover them up as they were old vents not being used. They were actually returns. Fast-forward to New Year’s Day, and our furnace was off-line due to a clogged line. I called Matt to get on his schedule for the week, but he came over on New Year’s Day about an hour later and stayed here until the unit was cleared and back running just fine. While he was fixing that, he noticed several things in our basement that needed to be fixed up by our plumber; and that ended up saving us a lot of money in future repairs. Lastly, this past Sunday, our AC unit went out suddenly. I called Matt Sunday morning, let him know what happened and he walked me through everything I could do here at home to clear the drain pan and get it back on-line, even as he was already scheduled to do annual maintenance on Tuesday. After a few minutes of doing what he said, I cleared the clog and got the AC unit back up and running. Matt is extremely knowledgeable, passionate about his work and an overall great guy to work with. I recommend him to all of my friends and so far, none of them have anything but great things to say about him. You will too. We’re already scheduled for our fall maintenance and looking forward to working with Southern Elite again

Matt was amazing. I called in the morning on a Friday and he came out that afternoon. Unfortunately my unit was too far gone to save. He found a unit that was available and good for my square footage and was able to get it Monday and installed before the weather turned cold that night. He was very professional and reliable. I feel like he was straight forward and honest. I would recommend this company to anyone who asked.

Squeezed me in at end end day at last minute look over. Gave a hour window he'd be here and was prompt and arrived within the first half of the hour window. Clean, professional, definitely would rehire.

He was able to get out to see us the same day we called and was able to fix our problem the same day which was awesome! He walked us through what was going on and what he needed to do to fix it. He was very open about pricing and cost to do what he needed to do before he ever did any work. He is very well educated in his work and he knows what he is doing! If we ever have any issues in the future we will definitely be reaching out to them!

Matt and his Team at Southern Elite HVAC did a fantastic job instilling our split u it for upstairs. This is the second unit we’ve had(first being for downstairs) his team put in as well as semi annual servicing. He was fast, profecient, expert in knowledge, and genuinely thorough from tear out to install. Would hire for the rest of the time we are in middle Tn.

Completed a massive double unit complete removal and reinstall with new units in one day, very friendly, very solid work, and very respectful to property.

Matt has done preventive maintenance on our system but also did an emergency call when our ductwork filled up with water upstairs and was leaking downstairs. It was a mess but Matt was there right away and got everything cleaned up and resolved the same day. He does not try to upsell and suggest things you don’t need. He operates with honesty and integrity. We appreciate him and highly recommend him.

Matt did a fantastic job! Our upstairs unit went out in the middle of a heatwave and he was able to get to us quickly. His pricing was good and his work was great. We hired him again after the rest of our HVAC went put. Again, Matt was quick to respond and get a new unit installed. Very professional. Would recommend to anyone needing repairs or replacements.

We had an issue with our system in recently purchased home. Southern Elite was our first call. Second ring they answered promptly and was scheduling to be to our house in the same day. When he arrived he didn’t try to upsell us on something we didn’t need. He was honest and straight forward. Had us up and running very quickly. Matthew was his name.
