Bradley has been the best of our contractors for this project. The bar is very very low however. They showed up on time for the quote, which was very helpful since I had to do this on lunch break. I decided to go with them due to this, and they seemed confident and knowledgeable. I called them when it was time to do their part and they were a bit delayed in getting out to get started. I can only assume that the rain we got in May was backing them up. When they came out to do the job, they started off good. Shortly into the project they told my mother (watching the work while I was out of town) that it would be X dollars extra because it was further than they thought. It was a bit back and forth on this point as they knew the distance because they measured it themselves. I guess they agreed on some extra charge, but at the end of the day it was settled for the original quoted amount, which is how it should be. Overall very happy with the work they did. I would feel confident in using them again and have already recommended them to others.

They were prompt. They did a good job. They were straight forward.

They arrived on schedule, and had all the tools to do the job. The old hydrant was set in a thick slab of concrete, which they had to remove. They removed the old unit, and installed a new one. While they were on-site, we had them fix some other minor plumbing problem.

They did an excellent job. They are professional and pretty knowledgeable. I would recommend them. I would use them in the future.

Overall, it went well. Two of the technicians were very knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful (three technicians came out)--I appreciate them telling me about the leaky toilet. I think they did a good job (the vent works fine), and I am always pleased when anyone who does work at my house is knowledgeable as well as friendly, professional, and courteous. Even slight rudeness from someone working on my house makes me uncomfortable and not want to use the company again; in this case the excellent behavior of two of the technicians went a long way, so I would consider using this company in the future.

I called around 1 pm on Wed the 19th. They were out the same day within 2 hours. Very responsive. Mr. Jeffery Hess showed up as our Comfort Advisor. He was very courteous and explained everything in detail, about the HVAC unit we would need for the square footage we have. He also explained the difference in the HVAC units and pricing. He then crawled under the house and took pictures and showed us step by step what they planned to do and offered many options with out pressure. He also offered us different financing options that were available to us. He was very thorough and offered to have the HVAC technicians to come out the next day . We decided to have them install the HVAC unit Friday. And just as Mr. Hess stated , the HVAC technicians were right on time, promptly at 9 am Friday morning. Mr. Hess contacted me before the Technicians arrived and also contacted me when they left. It took them 5-6 hours to install the HVAC unit and remove and replace all the flex pipe duct work. They did a terrific job! Very courteous, punctual and honest. I would do business with them again without hesitation. I would definitely refer them. Thanks guys!!!

He was very prompt, nice, knew what I wanted (even though I didn't know all the technical lingo), did the job neatly and in a timely fashion.

He was on time, took his time to do an excellent job. I showed him 4 issues I was having that I thought needed fixing and he informed me that 2 of the 4, were just fine and did not need to be fixed....honesty...how rare is that these days!!! Sum it up...he was on time, called to let me know he was almost here, didn't fix what didn't need fixing and did an excellent job on what did. Also, one of my issues was from so long ago that he said he didn't think it was possible to get a part off, without causing more damage that would have cost me more money but said he would try to get it off without breaking it, (it was stuck), well he was very careful and got it done, saved me about $125.00. HIGHLY recommend these guys and will never use another plumber!

My old HVAC unit had survived long beyond its expected lifespan and had developed problems so bad that the option was an expensive repair to a past-its-life-expectancy unit or to buy a new one. I had used Roscoe Brown for my yearly HVAC check ups, so was familiar with their work already. Jeff Hess from Roscoe Brown confirmed the tech's findings about the health of the old unit and outlined options for new systems. He really knew his stuff. I learned a lot about HVAC and was able to pick a system that fit the heating/cooling job and my budget. The unit was installed on the day after I inked the deal. The installers were professional, courteous, efficient, and cared about what they were doing. Hated to have to get a new unit, but dealing with Roscoe Brown Co was a positive experience start to finish.

Showed up on time and went right to work. Looked at the unit and decided what was needed for the repair. Came back to me and discussed what they would need to do and the cost. I gave my ok and they completed the job. Easy, peasy!! Nice to work with.

This is the first time I've used Roscoe Brown. An excellent experience. The price was extremely reasonable and the service was swift considering that it was the day of the "big freeze" when they were swamped with calls. Many thanks to Craig Collins, the tech who not only performed the service, but loaned us two of his own large water jugs when it appeared than we would be having to turn off our water. It was very kind of him. I've used other HVAC companies in Rutherford County but will call Roscoe Brown from here on.

He was punctual and very nice. He inspected the house and came back with the results. He was very informative and went through the entire process to explain exactly what I needed.

Have used Roscoe Brown since we've lived here (about 5 years now). They have performed maintenance tune ups, have come for emergency calls and we have purchased a new HVAC unit from them. Have had no problems with them, they are prompt, courteous and efficient. Would not hesitate to use them anytime!

We've used them for a year. We just bought a house, they put a unit a year ago and we had some issues in the spring. I think they took care all of it but it's kind of frustrating at that time. They are the one who used by the home owners and they had to make some improvements to the house before we would sign. At this point, I am not sure if going to use them again in the future.

We had trouble trying to locate them that I had to call American Leak Detection to come and find where it was. Bradley came back and excavated it and replaced the broken fitting. I’m very happy with them given it was an outside job and we had to dodge around for some weather issues. They had to reschedule because of the weather. They were good at keeping in touch. I think they were a good value. They're topnotch.

He got it working but did not have one part to make it look good.

We originally called Roscoe Brown to get an estimate on two HVAC units and were surprised to find out they do plumbing as well. James came out on 10/8/13 to give an estimate for the extensive list of plumbing jobs we needed done. We found him to be very knowledgeable and he did the most comprehensive analysis of the situation of the three plumbers we had give estimates. He pointed out things that the others missed all together, such as the fact that the new washer and dryer hook-ups and the new shower were going to be installed in the in-law suite, which is a converted garage. Since the garage had been a concrete slab, the areas were not accessible via a crawl space, so the floor in the bathroom had to be completely torn up to do the work. We were also impressed with his recommendation on the whole-house water filtration system and changing to a hybrid water heater. We hired him immediately and he got to work the next day, and had everything finished within a few days. And the best part is, not only did he do excellent work, his price was $2500.00 less than the next closest estimate. We will definitely use James at Roscoe Brown for all our plumbing needs in the future!

Luckily my neighbor had referred me to them and the service guy that came out is not prompted. He is nice guy, and is easy to talk to. He really seems to care about making sure that the unit is working and if you have issues he would call back and obviously come if you needed to. In this particular issue he needed to add Freon and I did not have any other issues with it. Though it needs to be replaced, since it is an old unit he said that I could continue to use it if I continue to put a couple of pounds of Freon. He was not pushing me to get a new unit unlike other service people would probably do. It is expensive granted to have it serviced frequently but he would take care of it so that you are really not forced to buy a new unit. The last time he came out he initially said that he would not be able to come out since I think it was a Friday but when I requested him he came out the same day I called. That was nice.

I called the day before to report my problem. They were willing to come out that day, but I asked them to schedule for the following morning if they could. They scheduled me in for 7:00am, which was excellent for me. Rex called me at 7:00 to tell me he was on his way. He was there within 20 minutes of his phone call. He was courteous, and didn't mind answering my questions, not matter how ignorant they sounded. He checked all the electrical inputs to the water heater and test both the elements and the thermostats. He determined the top thermostat was out, but replaced both the top and lower thermostats since the lower thermostat was the same age as the top. During this time he didn't seem to mind my presence or my conversation. He also didn't try to soft sell me on replacing my water heater, even though he knew my heater was 6 years old, because I told him. I know was a simple job, but Rex handled it very professionally. Addendum: Two days later the new top thermostat literally melted in the water heater. The plastic temperature adjustment knob was a charred, glob of s*** and the plastic cover over the thermostat had melted too. I knew it wasn't anything related to what Rex had done, it was just a manufacturing defect in the thermostat. I called Bradley Saturday morning on Memorial Day weekend and he had a man out there to replace the defective thermostat within a couple of hours. You can't ask for a better response on a holiday weekend.

Went well - - very professional. Their price was in the middle of the quotes, but their professionalism in assessing our needs was what played in their favor. They came when stated and stayed until the work was completed.

They were able to schedule appointment within 24 hours of my call. Prompt and courteous. I never felt the tech was trying to upsell to larger job. Very trustworthy.

The faucet is no longer leaking and everything seems to be high quality as far as replacement materials and the repair itself. The job was done professionally and we would use this provider again. (Note: I did not get quotes from other sources, so I gave the cost a 'B' for "good", since I don't know how it compares to other service providers.)
