As a top local real estate agent, I take special care in who I recommend to my clients for heating, cooling, and plumbing. I use Roscoe Brown for my own home. Spencer is who came to personally service my home for HVAC maintenance. He was polite, respectful, and friendly. He answered any questions I had, and while he shared recommendations for upgrades and additional services, he wasn't pushy at all. Hope we get Spencer every time maintenance rolls around!

They're the best. Their people just know what they're doing. I have, like, three units so they have to, like, clean three units.

I have used them for 20 years. I have just never found anybody. They are just who I go to. They are the best. I have had lots of different workers and I have no complaints. They are on time, they are responsive, the work gets done and it is exactly what they told me it would be. I am just very happy with them. I can not even tell that they have been here.

Plumber arrived on-time. Was courteous and professional. Quickly diagnosed the problems. Provided a quote prior to doing any work, then completed work expediently once I approved the work to proceed. I'm very happy with the experience and the results of the work.

I was worried about having the leak repaired. The bathroom is all tile and no access to the tub or pipes unless demolition was done (or so I thought). The repairman looked at the options from downstairs (go through the ceiling). Of course, I hadn't thought about that. After careful measurements, he determined he could get the job done by accessing from the ceiling in the laundry closet. The two foot section of pipe was split from end to end. Luckily, because of the angle of the pipe, all the water flowed to one end that happened to be above the door frame. There was no water damage to any ceiling (hallway or den, which is where the pipe originated). The drywall ceiling in the closet was cut (smaller section than I imagined would work after seeing the size of the pipe), work completed, then drywall fastened back. There is no visible damage. I could NOT be happier! Also, I had one toilet that was leaking between the tank and the toilet (gasket). Instead of just replacing the gasket, he rebuilt the toilet (he saw several issues that needed attention). He was FAST and efficient. Unlike other plumbing companies, Bradley Plumbing doesn't charge by the job (flat fee for rebuilding a toilet). They charge for parts and labor. Because he was so efficient, the labor was minimal. For ALL the work -- labor and parts, it was just over $300. It cost me almost that for another plumbing company to rebuilt ONE toilet -- forget the leak from the upstairs bathroom! I will ALWAYS call them for my plumbing needs going forward!!! (To Bradley Plumbing, this was Northfield Blvd condo, not address you'll see, Angie's list wouldn't let me add it for some reason. THANKS!)

Bradley Plumbing was awesome. We had a bad leak from the second floor. Bradley's located the problem immediately and charged a fair and honest price for a quick repair. We were expecting the worst with this plumbing problem. Fortunately we called Bradley Plumbing and got THE BEST service. Thanks!

AC stopped working in 90+ degree weather. Roscoe were able to send a tech out within a couple hours. Our tech, Mike, came out and killed it! (in a good way, of course) - Found the issue and fixed it. Didn't try to sell anything or push anything. He came in, was honest, fixed the problem and charged us a very reasonable price. I will use these guys from now on.

I called Bradley Plumbing in Murfreesboro, Tn. on Monday morning regarding my hot water heater that had quit working over the weekend. The problem was the Thermal Switch, I read the manual that came with the hot water heater and discovered the broken piece was called the Thermal Switch. The casing had disintegrated and that is what I told the rude man that answered the phone on Monday morning. He told me to call Whirlpool and order a new one. I told him that would take several days and I had already been without hot water for 3 days and I would prefer that they just come out and replace the Thermal switch. A plumber from Bradley came out, did not bring a Thermal Switch, looked at the hot water tank and told me the problem was the Thermal switch. He then told me he could not get that part and I would have to order it from Whirlpool, so we called and ordered the part. 2 days later after the part arrived, Bradley sent out another plumber and replaced the part and wanted to charge me for a service call for coming out Monday to tell me they could not fix the water heater as they could not get the part that I had already told them was the problem. I spoke with the extremely rude man that answers the phone at Bradley plumbing and he informed me that our conversation was taped and that I asked them to come to my home on Monday knowing they could not fix my hot water tank! Why on earth would I have had them come to my home Monday, and miss work to meet them if I had known that they could not have gotten the part needed to repair the tank? I could have ordered it myself if he would have just told me that they could not get the part. The man that answers the phone is extremely rude and argumentative and I refused to pay for the nonproductive trip on Monday. I did pay for the service call in which they fixed my tank. In my opinion Bradley plumbing tried to take advantage of me, a woman, and thought I could be intimidated and would pay for a service I did not receive. This is just bad business. We would never treat our clients at my place of business as I have been treated by Bradley plumbing. I don't care what they have recorded, I truly believed they could fix my tank or I would not have asked them to come to my home, I am not an idiot. I am very disappointed in this business and will never trade with them again.

They're very easy to work with. They are no hassle. There's no problem. They just come out when they are called. They email and invoice us and life is good. It works very well. We've been using them for probably 30 years. We never have any problems. We don't need to switch to a different sender.

Great!!!! Bradley's ALWAYS provides professional prompt repairs. I have used them on several occasions and have always been extremely pleased.

They come every six months for summer and winter. They are pretty much prompt when you schedule an appointment. They work around the schedule. They call before when they come to make sure that you're still here.

We had to make a different decision once the plumber arrived. The repair was not possible so he charged a service call and left. I think I would call them again if needed. The date for the service is most likely wrong. I can't remember the exact date.

When I called them to do the service my number was taken and they called me back within minutes. I told them it wasn't an emergency so they scheduled me at my leisure... Which was only two days away. The tech arrived promptly at the scheduled time and went over the job. The house had a gas range at one time years ago, but the line was gone. He discovered it was removed from teh kitchen and moved to fuel an outdoor grill and that a new line would have to be run to the kitchen area. He explained my options and costs associated with each. We went with a more expensive product so we could keep labor costs (time) down. He got the job done in no time flat and did a great job in keeping everything clean and looking good. He tested my range and re-lit my water heater while he was there. He tested every connection for leaks and was on his way. This is my second time this year using Bradley's and I can't say enough about them. Honest company doing quality work. That's getting hard to find these days!!!
