Description of Work: Kitchen remodel, tankless water heater, change gas lines. Came to do a pretty large job on very short notice, very high quality work.

Description of Work: Purchased a HVAC unit to replace an existing and aging unit. Sales person was polite and professional and provided multiple price quotes on various brands at my request. The installation team arrived on schedule and finished promptly. They cleaned up after themselves and wore coverings over shoes when entering our home. We also had Roscoe Brown service a second unit at our home and that was a positive experience as well. We will continue to do business with Roscoe Brown

Description of Work: After a bad thunderstorm, my tankless water heater didn't work. James came out that afternoon. I have an older off-brand that he wasn't familiar with and it didn't have a place to plug in the error board to say what was wrong. He messed around inside, pressing a few buttons and checking the fuse and nothing at all happened when I turned on the water. He called a supervisor for help and tried calling a store that might sell this brand. No luck. He suggested that I might try another plumbing co. that might be familiar with and carry parts for this brand. He also said there was no flush valve installed and it would probably have problems at some point, since all water heaters need to be flushed once a year. Just as he was putting the cover back on and preparing to leave, offering not to charge me the service fee since he hadn't been able to fix it, he saw a light. I went in the house turned on the hot water, the gas in the tank started up and I had hot water. Who knows what was wrong or what he did that fixed it, all I know is that I had hot water again. I happily paid the $69 service call fee. I will be having a new water softener installed in the near future and will most likely also install a new water heater, though not the tankless style. I will be calling Roscoe Brown, Inc. to do that job.

Description of Work: Ran hot and cold water line and natural gas line to an outdoor kitchen. I felt the price was slightly higher but their responsiveness and lead time to get the work done sold me. Will use these guys again.

Description of Work: Roscoe Brown Plumbing replaced my hot water heater. They were able to work me in the same day I called. After about two hours the job had been completed satisfactorily. The plumber was polite and courteous. The dispatcher could not have been more helpful.

Description of Work: Bradley plumbing came out previously in June 2012. Their technician, Jeremy, wasn't sure what was causing the problem. We were not getting any pressure through our hot water line. This happened off and on. The pressure in the cold water line was fine and the water heater was heating the water just fine. But something was keeping the water from coming out of the water heater. Jeremy said he suspected a stopper that worked like an anti-reflux valve was sticking. He tapped it with his hammer, he said, and it was working again. I do not think he charged us for that visit. Over the past year, however, the problem has continued intermittently. I called Bradley Plumbing the first week of April and the problem stopped again almost as quickly as I had scheduled the appointment -- so I cancelled that appointment. When the problem occurred again and did not stop again last week, I scheduled another appointment. This time, Tony came out and seemed to understand the problem more clearly. He disconnected the cold water input line to our RUUD gas heater, pulled out the floating stopper/anti-reflux valve that was sticking, and soldered the pipes back. He said the piece he removed was a part that was not essential to the water heater working properly. "Using a hammer the first time," he said, "wasn't the right way to fix this," so he did not charge us anything. He completed all the work within a 20-minute call. Everything has worked fine since he fixed it.

Description of Work: i called them at about 8:30 this morning and they were out to replace my garbage disposal at 2:00 work took about 15 minutes and was done wonderfully. anyone else that I have had in the past would have taken hours. They had it on the truck and put it in. No fuss no muss and I did not have to screw with it. Amen Great job

Description of Work: Had a leaky toilet, nothing that could not wait so I called on Thursday and scheduled for Monday. They came, fixed, did what needed to be done (basicall rebilt the toilet, which had been improperly installed when I purchased house!) and got it done quickly, efficiently, nicely.....what more can you ask?!!!

Description of Work: Replace broken water shutoff valve

Description of Work: Our heat-pump blew a capacitor. RB got the parts for us, they were under warranty and RB took care of that and we just paid for labor. All in all, no big deal and a job well done.
