We had to wait for a week to an earliest time slot, and 10 minutes before the scheduled service, they called and cancelled the service saying that they had emergency service. We waited another week for next available slot, and they didn't even bother to call, so I had to call them whether they're coming or not. They told me wait for 3-4 hrs till any technician available. I just didn't appreciate the waiting game for an hour and a half hour service even though a job was done smoothly. Jamie explained that all flooded houses had be serviced and lack of technician, but I wish they gave prompt courteous calls to customer rather than making us waiting.

Bradley responded immediately when I called and had a technician, Shane, out early the next day to look at the job and give me an estimate. I called when we had purchased the fixtures and he was out promptly to do the work inside the walls. Then we had someone come and re-tile the area and Shane returned the day after the tile work was completed to connect and set the faucets, etc. We also had him replace the drain so that everything matched with the new brushed nickel finish. The home is about 35 years old and now it looks more current. We are very pleased with the service we received and Shane was professional, polite, qualified and respectful of our property. He cleaned the area of all debris when he finished as well.

I e-mailed the company from the Angie's list Sat and received a response by e-mail on Sunday wanting to know if Monday would work for me. The plumber was on time and we discussed what I wanted and he went to work. I left and when work was completed the plumber called and explained everything. When I arrived home, everything was done to my satisfaction and my house was left cleaned. Thank you so much.

The plumber was very professional, punctual and easy to talk to. He had the problem corrected in 30 minutes and offered advice on how to avoid the problem in the future. Very happy to find an honest business to depend on.

They responded the same day we called. In addition to making the repairs we discussed how to avoid the problem in the future. We have a pump that helps maintain high pressure in the house. it needs to be better insulated. We were very satisfied!!! Great people!

I am in the middle of a DIY kitchen remodel and came to a stop with the plumbing. I contacted Bradley Plumbing based upon the ratings received on angieslist. I was not disappointed. Our technician, Carl, was prompt, courteous, and thorough. I would certainly use Bradley plumbing in the future.

Bradley's came through for me again. Had no hot water and they came within a couple hours and took care of it. Asked me questions on the phone so they'd have an idea of what it might be. Repaired the faulty part, then checked other components and stuck around a bit, just to be sure everything was working great.

I found the company on Angie's list and called them. Within 2 hours they responded and determined the faucet would be better off replaced than repaired. Based on my previous research, i had determined that a repair might not work and the parts weren't readily available so it would take some time as well if repaired. The plumber told me my options and we elected to replace the faucet and he also completed anothr minor repair while replcing the faucet. Overall, I was very pleased with the professionalism and the end result. Price seemed a little high but the piece of mind we have that it was done correctly and no more leaks was worth it. i would definitely use them again and the service time was excellent.

Representative out to my home within 30 minutes of call. Gave estimates on 3 comparable and appropriate units and actually STRONGLY recommended the least expensive of the 3, based upon quality of unit and OUTSTANDING manufactures warranty. Installers arrived at precisely the exact scheduled time along with the sales rep who initiated the process. Technicians were professional and courteous and didn't mind me observing them work. Although more work was actually required than originally quoted, the price paid was still the price quoted. Work was completed neatly and efficiently within 4 hours time, including the time it took one of the technicians to explain the details of the newer unit to me and to explain and program my new digital thermostat. Very, very satisfied with entire experience with this company. Will-and have already-recommend Roscoe Brown, Inc to friends and neighbors.

It was a good experience overall. The plumber was mostly prompt, courteous and worked efficiently. The overall results were very good and the price was reasonable.

The plumber came soon after being called to repair the toilet. He came back the next morning to repair the sink fixtures (he had to get the parts for the sink). We were very pleased with his work and his professionalism. We also appreciated his promptness. He was courteous, friendly, efficient, and worked quickly.

They came out and made some adjustments to it now its fine. I have used them for seven years because they are so honest. When I bought my home I had a water leak that was causing a huge water bill. Another company wanted to tear up the lawn and all the landscaping and run up thousands of dollars in work. The came out discovered a loose connection and easily solved the problem.

I am very happy with the work that was done and they came on time which is important to me. They also cleaned up everything and didn't track anything through the house. We have not had any problems with the unit since it has been installed.

Overall the job went very well. Bradley responded to our phone call and tried to setup an appointment for the same day. Unfortunately we could not be home to meet them that day, but they did come out the following day promptly. They came inside, listened to the leak and then went right out to the crawlspace and located the leak. The actual repair did not take long (around 1 hour) and the cost was less than expected. This is the second time we have used Bradley for our plumbing needs and I would call them again.

Every time they returned my calls promptly, arranged the installation time around our schedules, call before coming (usually John Goodman), arrive at the appointed time, do the work correctly the first time, answer all our questions, clean up after themselves, friendly, just all around the best.
