I thought everything went well. Daniel and his crews worked hard and as fast as possible. It took 4 days, but we were recarpeting the whole house with some large rooms and several stairs. I love my new carpet! The result is beautiful!

House is going on market. Needed garage carpeted ASAP. I made the mistake of using Empire on my other rooms. I never knew about Angie's List. The provided me with a higher quality carpet installed then just the cost of the carpet from one of the popular home improvement stores. They came when they said and did a great job for a great price.

I found Installer Direct on Angie's List and the reviews held true. Daniel and the team were very professional, punctual, and the price couldn't be beat. We were getting a number of items taken care of pointed out by a home inspector. Scott brought the showroom to our living room and let us pick from their carpet samples. We thought it would take a week, but they were able to get the carpet and pad and get it in the baby's room before the movers could start unpacking! When the movers did get there, their team of professionals worked around the movers making it as pleasant as moving in can be! The master bath drain leaked and they were able to fix that. By doing so, we had to rip out the shower. Daniel gave us several options and we ended up with a magazine-worthy room. We are extremely happy with the choices they gave us and the finished product. The designs are beautiful. Installer Direct is highly recommended!

They did a really good job. They were good, thorough, and did everything exactly on what they do. They did it better on what I had expected. They were reasonable. I am very pleased with them.

We contacted Installer Direct on Angie's list to get an estimate on laminate flooring (assuming that is what we needed with 2 dogs and kids). Daniel emailed me right away and set the appointment. When he arrived, we were immediately impressed. He showed us a few laminate options and an engineered, hand scraped hard wood option. Daniel gave us the positives and negatives of each and we ended up going with the hard woods because he was able to get us such a great price and explained the durability of the product. After talking it over, we contacted Daniel to let him know that we were ready and within one week, the wood was in and he and his crew were here to install. He stayed in constant contact with us. Not only did Installer Direct do a great job with the work, they were great to talk to, courteous and you could see the outstanding character of the entire team. They also fixed a couple of things in the house and on the sub-floor that were not originally part of the job without any additional charge. Our new floors are absolutely fantastic and they have made our home look brand new. We highly recommend Installer Direct and will definitely use them in the future. These guys are exactly who you want working in your home.

They did a great job for us. Their price is way better than any other store. They were prompt, polite and they worked fast. They were in and out and they didn't leave a mess. Everything was really great. Good job.

This was my 2nd time to use this company. The first time they installed 2 rooms of carpet that I already had in a rental property that I own.Everything arrived as scheduled and their crew was very professional and courteous. I will continue using them for my carpet needs.

They came by with some great samples and after talking with the wife and agreeing on a color and type they had it shipped and installed in less than a week. We had a deadline because we were going out of town and they did a great job of getting everything installed even with a few issues with the concrete. They were very courteous and respectful and will get all our business in the future!

It went excellent. They repaired ceiling damage from water leaks, holes in the walls, bathroom fixtures pulled out of wall, and even installed new appliances. They are outstanding and very thoughtful.

Scott was quick to respond to my voicemail right off the bat when I left a message to ask about getting a quote. They (Scott, Daniel and Jesse) came in and measured immediately at our request and brought sample boards from their supplier. We wanted to move fast on installing flooring and they were able to squeeze us in the following week. One of the best things about them was that they stayed in communication with us and let us know what was going on every step of the way. There were a few expected hiccups along the way and some not so expected but they were always able to handle it and make sure we were happy with the results. They really took care of us as customers and provided us with a good quality flooring at a fraction of the cost that commercial installers charge. A few side notes I want to include are extra things they did for us just to show other reviewers how personable they are: Scott tightened our front door lock without being asked and showed us that one of our bug traps had caught a brown recluse spider (we have small children) Daniel got a large stain up out of our kitchen tile that had been bugging us for years and was very good at helping us decide on color choices of flooring and whether or not to turn it (change the way the lines run) Jesse got the flooring glue off my shoe when I stepped in it accidentally. I would recommend them to my family and friends for sure.

They are very professional. The price is reasonable. I checked many companies but most of them didn't give me a quote of what I wanted. For example, they didn't like the idea putting old cabinet and counter back. Direct installer gave me the quote immediately after they checked the place and set the project three days after the quote. They finished everything in one day with four guys working from 10:00am to 6:00pm non-stop. They left with sturdy and clean kitchen floor. And the cabinet was like it never been disassembled. They also helped to protect me for further water damage by putting the vinyl floor underneath the cabinet. I am very happy with their work. They also have one year warranty for the project.

I felt that the price was reasonable. It was lower than another quote I got. I thought they were very professional. They were very punctual, they came out very quickly after I asked for it. They were helpful and I actually asked them another question unrelated to the bathroom and they were just very helpful.

I had a carpet quote from Lowe's that didn't seem quite right, so I looked around for other quotes. Daniel from Installer Direct came out to our new construction house the next day after my initial call to their company. I was wishy-washy on the type of carpet I wanted. I texted Daniel some pictures and he made a second trip with more samples to show me. I was impressed with his effort and we negotiated an agreeable price. The communication was great as to the ETA on our carpet and install date. They were very flexible when we had to push the install date back a week because we were behind on our schedule. Daniel came back and installed right along with the crew. Everyone was very polite and took care of our 'work in progress' home. I was worried about potential damage by other trades after Installer Direct was finished. Daniel offered to lay protective plastic over the carpet at no additional charge. I was so relieved. Thank you Daniel and your crew for a beautiful installation. Couldn't be happier.

Scott was quick to return my call, schedule an estimate and get the job done. He never tried to up sell us or convince us to have him do anything that wasn't necessary. They brought vinyl samples to our house and they had exactly what we wanted. We had looked all over town at Lowe's, Home Depot, etc and never saw anything we liked. This was almost too easy! I honestly started to worry that it was too good to be true, but nope, these guys are just good ol boys with talent and integrity. I highly recommend them and will definitely call them again for any flooring needs I have!!! Thanks again, guys!

The whole project went very well. They kept us informed during the whole process and showed up as promised. We are very pleased with the quality of work and they were very conscientious about their clean up. We would definitely hire them again for any future projects.

Scott was punctual, quick to response for all subject matters, finished his job on time. . His prices were compatible with Lowes. However, the carpet was much better quality than Lowes. All and all he did a good job and we were happy with the services. We will surely recommend him to our friends.

Samples were brought in for our leisurely selection. Installer Direct called to advise us that they had gotten tied up longer than expected on another job, but still made it to us on the day promised. Following the necesary prep work, our floor was installed quickly and beautifully.

Both carpet and vinyl flooring were installed professionally with no problems. Scott was on time, gave good advice on flooring to use, good price, good clean-up, Will use him again on any flooring job!
