Description of Work: Refilled a unit with freon, but the representative assigned to my account told me he was supposed to sell certain services to me, but he didn't necessarily recommend the services. He also lounged about my living room while complaining about his personal life.

Description of Work: My a/c unit went out and I had a couple of vendors come out to give me a quote. Although they were more expensive, they were the better choice for me. I now have a 25 year warranty and they provided quality work and worked within the quoted time period. So appreciated their help!
