Garage door opened and closed more smoothly. The door work get hung up and stop frequently. He corrected that issue.

It was a sham. The gentleman came and he was here on time. I thought, he just got here so it will take him at least 10-15 minutes to do what he has to do. By the time I sat down, I give it 30 seconds, he was knocking on the door and he was finished. He said that the garage door looked good. It may need the plastic rollers replaced. He greased it and everything looked fine. I'm not a very knowledgeable man but you'll know if your door has not been taken care of. It's a brand new door for three years. We just bought the home. I figured it needs tightening up so it would fit more. He didn't do that. He claims he oiled each ring, I just it with my finger. He said he can come back and do it but it will cost several hundred dollars. He did not have the time to do anything. There's no way in that little few seconds that he have oiled all the wheels and made adjustments to whatever. He was a very kind and a very pleasant young man. I'll get someone else but I will not get him again. He didn't have a ladder. He wasn't tall enough to do the ones at the top from standing up. We let him talk, do his little pitch, tell us what was wrong with it and how it needed new rollers and how it needed adjusting so that it will close.

It went ok, I just think I was expecting more than what the deal included.

Ryan showed up on time, explained everything in detail and completed all tasks in less than 30 minutes. Garage doors like new now.

All went great and in the end, I will save far more than the cost over many years!!

Very well. Ryan was polite, professional, prompt and gave us good information about our system and what to expect in the future. It also is working more smoothly now. An excellent experience overall, and we will definitely call on him again when we need repair or replacement for our garage door.

Never contacted by company to schedule service. Only contact was when I purchased the Big Deal. Did check for message both on e-mail account and Angie's List.

I had an additional problem with my door and he fixed it. I am very happy with the work he did. I will use him again.

I have 2 doors and I stated on the form when I purchased the coupon that I had "1 piece doors on the garage". I did this because I had contacted another company to service my doors several months ago, and they said they would not service 1 piece doors. Being new to Angie's list I did not see that Garage Pros had made an effort to contact me through Angie's list so I was not correct about being contacted by the company. After I sent a message to Angie's List about not being contacted, I finally heard from Garage Pros about 4-5 days later. We set an appointment, for 11/12 between 12 - 2. At 2:15, I texted the company, and at 3:10, I got the response that I was scheduled for the next day. I know that I would not have scheduled for the 13th because I had other plans which later fell through because of the weather, so because I would be at home the next day, that was fine. Garage Pros arrived in the appointment time range, and the first thing I was told was that there was very little that can be done to 1 piece doors. About 15 minutes later, the job was done, and I paid 1/2 price for the 2nd door because there was so little to do! Garage Pros was nice, prompt (once we got on the same page) and quick. But I do fell that I got very little for the money spent. Had I been in Garage Pros' place, I would never have charged for the 2nd door. He came out great for the amount of work he did.

The service and quality of work was outstanding. I really was favorably impressed.

Service was easy to schedule and they were pretty much available immediately. Very friendly, professional, and courteous. Our garage door runs so much more smoothly and quietly now. We will definitely use them again in the future.

Service was great: Ryan called 30 minutes prior to arrival, just as promised, and arrived on time and ready to go. His work was quick and thorough (those 2 characteristics do not always go together!) and I will definitely call on them again.

At 4;30 pm I called again and he never answered his cell phone. Called several times and always went to voice message. Never did return my call nor did he ever show up. Just because the name Pro is in your business name does not mean you run your business like one.

The representative from Garage Pros was very friendly on the phone when I called to make my appt. The person making the call was very prompt, even calling first to inform me he was on his way. Once here, the work was done quickly and efficiently. Overall a very good experience.

He came to our home without any tools to do the work. We had issues with the work and after serveral phone calls he finally came back out. One problem was that he only provided us with one opener for a two car garage. We told him that we were unhappy with him and his respose was be glad that I came back out. We were not happy with his work.
