Description of Work: They checked all the garage door working parts. Noted wear of bearings so I elected to have them replaced that day. It is 12 years old so not surprised to find need for replacement parts.

Description of Work: problem was found and repaired --the door still needed a little adjustment after the service but they were able to talk me through the adjustment over the phone--the tune up i bought was not applied to the repair so i guess i will use that in the future

Description of Work: I called on July 24th to set up a service call. The gentleman who answered the call scheduled a visit for the following day, Fri July 25th. He took my husband's cell phone number so he could call when he was on the way to our house. Except that he NEVER SHOWED. Never even called. I then waited to see if he would call the following Friday (just in case he mistakenly put us a week out), and still No Call and No Show. I would NOT recommend this company.
