There were some communication issues in the beginning, but service was eventually performed to my complete satisfaction. I was so pleased that I plan to use them again for other roofing/repair needs.

I couldn't have asked for better service. A few nights later we had a large storm with high winds one section came loose and Jason came the next day and fixed it. Quality work quality person.

It went well. I wasn't home at the time of service, but noticed the mess from my gutters along with the gutter cap. The only complaint I have is they didn't attempt to clean up at all. Overall satisfied, though. Update: After this review, I received an invoice from JFour for $770. It stated that my gutters were 6" and there was 204' of gutter guards installed. I asked who authorized this extra work to be done. I was told that a message was sent to me stating the cost for extra feet of gutter guards, etc and to email with questions. I did not respond giving an ok to complete the extra work and I suppose the fact that I didn't respond was considered their "authorization" to complete the extra work. They never called me and the only response I got was "Did you not want guards installed on the entire house?" My understanding of the deal was 50' of gutter guards installed for $99. They did offer some other "compromise" for $420, which I reluctantly accepted. I'm in business also and I know if my company completed work without it being authorized, we would not get paid for that work. This is not a good way to conduct business. Beware of the work that may or may not be done. I'm not questioning the quality of the work, just the way I was invoiced for completed work without prior authorization!!!!!

We had asked for a stain via email through Angies List but did not get it. After they finished and we realized it was not stained we got an oh well, next time kind of response. A few months later, it looks like it was never done and the wood has become creaky when you walk on it.

They did an inspection – we didn't need a repair. They ended up fixing one gutter for me. The service was great.

This company was recommended by friends so we set up an appointment to have Jason (the owner) come out and give us an estimate of the costs. He quoted us $1500. which was agreed on. Work was started on August 16th. However, after the threat of rain, they stopped and left saying they would return early the next week. They returned on the 21st and finished the project. The deck looks okay, but the railings and siding coverage are very thin. When I pointed out my concerns to Josiah ( the project supervisor) he touched up some of the very thin areas. Those areas, we feel, need another coat of paint or stain. Then, we were presented with the bill which turned out to be $1500. plus $192.50 (tax). When questioned about the tax, Josiah informed us that they always add tax to the quote. I wasn't aware that labor was taxed, but even if it is, the tax would be based on a bill of $1900+!!! Jason has not returned any of our calls to address our concerns. Josiah did promise to come back sometime during the week of Sept. 1st to "make us happy". A firm date was finally set for Saturday, the 6th of Sept.. Josiah called the afternoon of the 6th and indicated it was raining where he was ( I didn't ask where he was; consequently, he wouldn't be able to come to our house. I realize showers can be scattered, but it was clear and dry where we live. Again, Josiah promised they would come back on the first good day. We have had a pleasant week...it is Thursday and we have yet to hear from him . Also, have yet to receive an explanation for the additional $192.50 Larry and Tela Heitz

I tried to get a hold of them within the first month and we played phone tag back and forth. Then we moved and so I did not reach out for 2 months. I then realized the deal was only good for another week and I contacted them to schedule it and he informed me he was busy but not to worry about the deadline as they would schedule the service beyond the deadline since we had been playing phone tag with each other. We did schedule the appointment finally for 3 PM and he did not arrive until 8 PM. As the work I am needing done is on the roof this was too late as it was nearly dark out. So I have been trying to get the service rescheduled for the past few weeks now and again am having trouble getting them to come back out. Everytime I talk to them they keep saying they're too busy and can only get to me late in the day, which will not work as they need to look at the roof. I offerred to split the 8 hours into 2 days and have yet to hear back from them about scheduling the service. They are nice guys but the follow through and lack of communication has been very frustrating.

First contacted Arrow Roofing and Solar on 22 Aug to request an estimate on some roof damage and inquire about solar. I first asked if they serviced my area and they assured me they did. They initially set-up an appointment for Monday 25 August afternoon. At around 5, they called and said they were hung on a job and needed to reschedule for Wednesday 27 August. I wasn't upset because stuff happens when you are working construction and I agreed to the reschedule. Wednesday came and went without a call or visit. I called them on Thursday or Friday and asked if they were still coming and he assured me they would be there Saturday morning. Saturday I got a call around 10:30 saying another guy would be at my house around noon. I informed him I had plans and had to leave but a family member would meet him. He finally showed up after 1pm. He told the family member they would work something up and get back to me. Its 7 September and I'm still waiting on that estimate. If you don't want the work, have the professional courtesy to say so up front and don't waste my time. I wouldn't let this company on my property now if they gave me a new roof. How can you trust them to show up for the work if they won't follow up on the bid.

There were delays due to weather, which is understandable. However, communication was not great. Could never get a definite answer on when they were coming and cancelled last minute or just didn't show up. My deck had already been stained so had to pay more for stain that kinda matched my old stain. I went into deal knowing I would have to pay extra. However I didn't really like new color and wasn't even asked if I liked it or not before applied. They did a good job of protecting my siding however got stain on my aggregate driveway.

The deck looks great, they did a fine job. Our only issue is that our car, parked in the driveway, got sealer sprayed on it from the sprayig of the deck. . My wife's Infiniti now has a thin coat of bumpy sealer all over it.

I thought the deal was very much worth the money. They arrived on time, acted professionally, and I would use them again if I had the need.

Everything was fine. I paid another $250 ($450 in total) because my deck was a little bit larger. They came out when I needed them to and the individual I interacted with was very nice. I wasn't here when he came out for the job, but my Mom was here. The deck wasn't in bad shape. It really just needed a quick clean. I was most concerned with the protection getting applied. I could tell from the job that he did not pound down any of the nails which was included in the Big Deal description. I think if I had been there for the service, things would have gone better. I would like to have them come back out to re-apply some protection. He also left a board protector up against the house so I'd like him to remove that. Overall, I would hire him again.

That went very well. They did a good job with cleaning the deck as well as some deck furniture too. There was an additional charge, because I added the pressure washing to some other things. A couple employees came out and it took them about 2 hours.

Initial contact was quick. I was told two weeks until they would be able to install and they would contact me in one week to schedule. This was not a problem. A little over two weeks later I asked them to contact me to schedule the install since I had not been contacted. I received a reply that same day with the day they planned to install. The installation was quick and went well. The person doing the installation was professional. They were also knowledgeable and answered the few questions I asked.

Such prompt response to our purchase of a special offer that we had to put them off! Work performed in a timely manner with no problems.

The owner and assistant installed the fan in less than an hour. When he was on the ladder, he noticed that one of our gutters was not fit correctly. He was so kind to fix it for us free of charge!!! Really great guy and great work!! I am using him for another property and my next door neighbor is calling him this week for an attic fan, too. I highly recommend!!

Great. They arrived on time and did exactly what they were supposed to do in a timely manner.

They came to look at the project and there's going to be extra cost associated with it so we've decided to cancel the project for now. I have asked for a refund for the deal.

This was a great experience. We have a lot of gutters on our house, and don't have a ladder tall enough to reach them all. So when Arrow Roofing's "Big Deal" was offered on Angie's list for $99, to do gutter cleaning and to install $250 worth of gutter guards, we figured it would be worth it just to get the gutters cleaned. Jason was incredibly responsive and was patient on the phone in answering my many questions. Then he stopped by the house to give us a quote on the cost if we did guards on all the gutters, but never pressured us to do the additional linear feet not included with the deal. It took us several more weeks to call him back and actually schedule the service, but when we did, he just happened to be planning to be in our area of town the very next day, so had it completed the following afternoon! He was thoroughly professional, and cleaned up all the mess from the gutters, as well as the metal scrap from the gutter guards. It's now been about two months since the installation, and our gutters are working better than they ever have! We'd hire Jason again in a heartbeat.

Jason was excellent! He worked with me to schedule the service, and then called before coming. Completed the work within 2 days of the first contact. He stacked all of the trimmings so that I could easily haul it all away. I am preparing this house to sell, and I will use him for any required repairs as well as any work on my new home.

went well. when he got to house, I (of course) asked him to do a few minor deck repairs. He could & did. Appreciated his ability to more than a simple stain.
