Feb 11 purchased Gutter cleaning and guard. Today is Mar 27. Numerous calls to Arrow Roofing to no avail. Numerous contact with Angie's List also with no avail.

I bought a deal for gutter cleaning over 6 weeks ago but they never contacted me. Even though I contacted them and made an appointment, but they did not show. I called to reschedule again and again they did not show. I have given up on them.

Brad called before coming to our home and was punctual and professional. He is a perfectionist who will work long and arduous hours to complete the job in a satisfactory manner for the client. I highly recommend Brad and Arrow Roofing for your "handyman" jobs. I will certainly seek him for any additional work we may have. He is a true professional! Home Depot is fortunate to have contractor like Brad for their installation needs. GREAT JOB BRAD!!

It didn't go very well. It was very difficult to get them to come out and actually do the work that we had ordered. It was not a good experience. The work that they did was only like a day. It wasn't a very long job. When we purchased the big deal, it took a really long time for them to come out and actually do the work. I wouldn't recommend them. They did a good job on the work. They said multiple times they would come to do the work and then they wouldn't show up.

I am surprised to see any positive reviews for this company. I hired them to install solar panels on my newly built house in the summer of '15. As of November '16 they are still not functioning properly and Jason Bassett, the owner, will not return my calls/emails/texts. This is likely my fault due to paying him the full amount owed prior to completion of the job. Once he got my money I was no longer a concern for him. My mistake for thinking this was a respectable company and Jason was a respectable owner who fulfilled his contractual obligations. I would not recommend them to anyone. If you look at Google maps that is my house. Those panels don't even work! I'm surprised at the nerve.

The job went perfectly, Jason and his team of installers took great care to install the windows without making any mess or leaving behind broken glass. All my old windows were hauled away and the new ones are fantastic. I highly recommend Jason.

Whatever I pay for the service on Angie’s List there is always additional charges. What I found out I is when they come out I’m having to pay more or they do less than I need to have done.

Terrible because the guys were hard to get a hold of and when I did get them on the phone ONCE in 7 months they said they couldn't come out for a month.

After the initial visit, they have never responded to my multiple emails and voice mails. I reported them to the BBB because it was beyond 30 days and I couldn't receive a refund from Angie's List. However, after talking with an Angie's List customer service representative who knew what she was doing, I was able to transfer the $99.00 to another service company. Sort of like store credit instead of a full refund. It was better than nothing. Before you purchase any services from this company, please read the Better Business Bureau complaints first.

My wife is very particular, perhaps more so than normal. The owner Jason met with her many times to choose a new roofing color and design. He met with her all over this small town to view roofs he'd installed and other designs. Perhaps I am old fashioned but buying American-made was important to me. Jason only uses Owens-Corning made right here in Tennessee. According my research the other major brand is a Chinese-made product. Maybe that's why the big box hardware stores carry it. On the morning promised for the installation, his crew arrived at 6:15AM like a swarm of ants; it was simply amazing to watch them work. By 5:30PM they left, leaving us a new roof with all trash picked up. My wife promised our granddaughter a quarter for each nail she found. But despite a nine year olds best efforts, she found nada. In short, Arrow Roofing was prompt, professional, and pleasant.

My main contact was Jason, he was professional and courteous when I did get him on the phone. The price and the work performed appear to be very good quality. The one knock I have is Jason is not very responsive. It took them almost 3 weeks before the crew finally come out and did the work. Jason told me they would be out a couple days after I ordered and no one showed, that happened again the second week. Finally the 3rd week, they showed up and did the work. The delays could have been due to rainy days and bad weather, but Jason would go unresponsive for days, which made me nervous about whether the work was going to get done. I would recommend this deal to someone who wants good work done and is less concerned with the timing of when it gets done.

I first lleft a message for this provided on 12-11-15 that I had a leak around my chimney. But he never did respond to that message. I finally did contact him by phone, and he did apparently come over and look at my issue and gave me a quote at some time prior to Christmas. Then the excuse to delay service was due to Christmas coming. The following week it was due to New Year Coming. Finally, he called last Tuesday morning (1/19/16) to say that someone would be there that day. No one showed up. When no one showed up the rest of the week, I left a message asking them to let me know what was going on. Jason called me back this Tuesday to say he was sorry that the previous appointment did not show up but there was a family emergency for one of the crew. I responded that it would have been nice to be informed about that and that it was only polite. He said that someone would be here Wednesday or Thursday. I akded to be kept informed about the status. No one showed up Wednesday or Thursday. I got a call from Jason Thursday afternoon that someone would definitely be here Friday morning first thing.. It is now 12:30 PM on Friday afternoon, with another no show. I give up. I contacted Arrow Roofing and Solar to take me off their list.

Went ok till I tried to ask a question! They dont speak a bit of English.

I gave them three dates in December for when I would like they service. They left a message at 9:30pm the night before the first date, and said they would be out to give me an estimate. I didn't see that message until later on in the day. I don't know if they came out of to give us estimate. I messaged them on Angie's List but they never replied. I called them, and told them that I needed to talk with someone about this deal, and he said he would have someone call me in a couple hours. They never called back. 2 or 3 days later, I called again and got their answering machine. I left a message and they never called me back. I can reach part of the gutters at the front of the house using a step stool, and I saw that no work had been done. The only protection on the gutters was the mesh screen that I attached. I have requested a refund from Angie's List for this deal.

Scheduled appointment with Jason and he didn't call or show up.I called him and he was on a job and said he didn't realize what time it was until I called him.He was north of the city and I live south so he wasn't even close and should have had the courtesy to call me.

Once started the work was done professionally and quickly.

I bought this service on 7/27/15. I have been initiating all of the contact. to get the service scheduled. Only once have I been able to reach him by phone, and he had a host of excuses. I will give him 2 more week to respond before I request my money be refunded.

He used a sprayer seal. He missed spots on the handrail, post,and spindals. He was very nice but just didn't do good work.

I spoke with Jason on the phone on 8-6. He said he would come by "late afternoon" on 8-7 to look at the job and give an estimate. I stayed at home most of the afternoon when I could have done other things. He never showed up and he never called.

Good, but sealer only lasted about a year, would of paid extra fro better quality. I just re-sealed again a year later.

They did a good job. They pressure washed the deck and then sealed it after it was dry.

It was great. I was very pleased. They just finished. The $399 was exactly what I paid them. I got a quote from another company that was $1800. The guys were really pleasant. I asked while they were here if they could address the gutter issue for me. They did that quickly and charged me very reasonable price for that. They were just very professional and really nice to work with. They had a lot of orders based on the Angie's List deal so they had to wait for the parts to come in but they kept me a price. It just went fine. It was great.

Project went Horrible. I regret buying the deal through them. Communication was poor. FOUR TIMES this company told me they would show up to stain but never came, no email or call to let me know or reschedule. Very unresponsive. I practically had to beg them to come out. When they finally showed up to stain, they stained by siding as well. Now I have to scrub off their mess. It looks absolutely horrible. Don't use this company. You are better off doing the work yourself, or for the quality of service I received, hire a 12 year old neighbor kid to do it.

Weather in no way cooperated. The only thing I found could have been better was informing me of day and approximate time. Received a call saying they would be here in about 35 minutes. Fortunately, I was at home both times. Weather didn't help and all else was most satisfactory. Not sure if the last contact date is correct but it is close.
