Did a good job , only problem was that I had asked him to provide a quote for additional insulation in the attic and he never got back to me. I got tired of waiting so I hired another company to do the additional work.

Called Mr. Bassett and he told me he would come over the next day to look at my deck and give me an estimate for the cost of a power wash and water proofing. They were having a special at the cost of $199.00 and I was ready to Go! When the next day rolled by and I never heard from Jason I called and left a message. No response. Just disappointed is all.

Setting an appointment with them is very difficult and they don’t keep their appointments. They have no problem blowing you off.

Said they were going to come out without checking to see if I was even going to be home to show where the work was to be done. During this phone call that I made, I advised IO wasn't going to be home, they dropped it and haven't heard from the for a month. Would never even consider using them again and I understand this is a pattern with several customers. Stay away is my advice.

Not so good. After the deck was pressure washed by his crew, it was weeks before he scheculed his crew to stain the deck as promised. After all of this time, the deck needed to be pressure washed again due to mold, mildew, bird droppings and staining from flower pots. His crew was very professional and I would definitely use them again. Jason, the owner sent me a text message indicating he would put a lean on my home if I didn't pay for the pressure washing, gutter cleaning and cost of stain. I never refused to pay for anything when the job was complete, however it was not. He said he would come over and do the job himself if I would remove negative remarks on Angie's List. He came on a Monday with his son, or so he advised. After the stain dried, I was able to review his work. It was horrible. There is stain all over my vinyl siding and he stained right over existing mildew, flower pot stains, bird droppings, etc. The job will have to be entirely re-done including pressure washing, removing the old stain and applying new. I am very disappointed and would like reimbursement for pressure washing and staining. I am able to provide photo's if requested.

They were on time, professional and did exactly what they said they would do.

I bought the $199 deck power washing and sealing package from Angie's List. The provider emailed me on March 31 and said his team would be cleaning decks this week and seal later. They never showed up so I emailed him back on April9 for a schedule but he never replied. I requested a refund for this deal. Poor customer service, all he had to do was let me know when they could come.

No one ever showed up or bothered to call. Don't waste your time.

I called twice for service, the provider never came out or called to let me know they would not be able to come out. The person answering the phone was very rude. I will never use this company.

The workers showed up on time finished the work, but I wanted an estimate on replacing gutters on the rest of the house. The driver spoke very little English so it was not happening.

The two young men who came out worked extremely hard and did extraordinary work. They were determined to get everything correct before they left. They did more work and did it better than I had anticipated. Since I obtained this service at a discounted price through an Angie's List special, I thought they might try to charge extra for certain things to make up for the lower price, but they did not. They did more than I had expected for the discounted price. The only reason they did not get an "A" in all categories was because it was approximately a month from the time we purchased the Angie's List special, until they actually arrived. However, during those days our area experienced ice, snow, and lots of rain, so there were very limited days when it would be safe to work on the gutters. So the delay seems justified. We are extremely happy with the work the two polite, friendly young men did, and we would recommend their gutter service to anyone. They did a great job! Thank you Angie's List!

It did not go. They never made an appointment

Right after I purchased the deal I received a message they would come out to my house to give me a final quote. After two weeks I have not heard back from them and sent a meesage. They never responded to the message and now I have had to find another contractor to do the work. Not a big deal but wasted a few weeks and time getting a refund and finding someone else to do the work. Probably shouldn't advertise these deals if they don't intend to honor them.

They were fine. They were nice guys. I didn't quite like the color that I got. They were pretty fast coming out.

They did wonderful work and were very nice and professional guys!

Originally, I purchased a deal for 99 for gutter cleaning. However, because there were gutter guards, the price was going to be more expensive (that is typical from what I have seen). They noticed that the gutter guards that were installed were warped and not working well. I was very happy with the gutter guards that they installed and the quality of their work.

Went fine - showed up onsite - did the job and left. No mess & No drama

I called ahead of time to tell them I had cleaned the gutter guards and cleaned them myself. All I needed was for them to put the gutter guards back up. They came out for the service while I was not home. They ended up putting up brand new gutter guards and charged me an additional $547 for the new guards. I called them to tell them I was not made aware they would be replacing the guards and I did not feel like I needed new guards. I at least wanted them to make some wood repairs and clean the roof off but they did not finish the work. I did think their pricing was fair. I would like for them to at least make an effort to clean the roof off and replace damaged wood.

Everything went well.

Josiah and his brothers are all well spoken, polite and prompt. They came as scheduled for an estimate and then completed the work on time and as promised. They were able to guard old open gutters, which no one had had a solution for in the past. Good experience.

Thought the contractor could have done a more detailed job. Ended up being a waste of money.

The roof looks beautiful and it was done in a professional timely manner. Jason, owner of J4, personally came out to check on the progress each day of the job and even did some of the work when one of his workers couldn't make the job. I highly recommend him and his company. This is now my third job with his company and he will be my go to contractor from now on.

The gentlemen arrived on time then discussed the process with me before starting. They were very efficient and timely in their work. My deck looked like new when they were finished. Loved my result. I still look at it and can't believe how great it still looks! I would definitely use them again!

They did a wonderful job. The boss came out with two workers and they were very prompt. I was very pleased with the job overall. I received a few different bids and compared to others, their price was not the cheapest, nor was it the most expensive, but I was happy with what I paid and the result of the work.
