Description of Work: I purchased the gutter package for $99.00 for 50 feet. I did mention that the gutters were 6" and that there was approx 75" and understood that a additional charge would be collected. The did not bring enough materials to complete the job or ladders to reach all of the gutters. They mentioned that they would return to complete the job and have not. Only completed the lower gutter.

Description of Work: Arrow responded to my initial request very quickly and stopped by within days. They provided an estimate to replace a window with a broken seal, and although I did not have the window replaced, they were very helpful professional, and I would use them in the future.

Description of Work: I hired them through Jason to side the trim on my house. The project started weeks later than promised and took weeks to complete. The only person doing the work was Jason's brother. When he was almost finished with my job, he sold roofs to both my neighbors and never came back to caulk and complete my job despite promising to complete it on three different occasions. The brother who actually did the work charged me several hundred dollars to finish the job charging me extra for work Jason had already included in his quote.

Description of Work: They didn't give me a quote before they started... my bad, i shouldn't have assumed, but I thought what I payed Angie's list was what it would cost, but it came out to much more. I wasn't prepared to pay and wouldn't have had them do the work had I known.

Description of Work: While Josiah was prompt, professional and courteous, I don't believe the quality of work was as if it he were cleaning his own home.

Description of Work: Arrow Roofing and Solar installed a 10' x 12' deck with additional steps and railings as we requested. They also installed approximately 60' of fencing with two gates, one for the car entry and one for people to exit in the rear. |Overall, I am very satisfied with the project, but I noticed that a few pieces of the lumber appear to be less than what I would consider 'grade A'. One of which is the at the bottom of the stairs anchoring the hand rails up to the deck and very visible. |The fence is very nicely stepped down for the slope of the yard and matches the design of the rear portion that was partially installed by another contractor and finished by my husband. |The lower rating on puctuality is due to their cancellation of the first appointment to start the job; there were no other issues after that.

Description of Work: I had railings going up my porch that were rotted and falling apart. Jason took them down and put up new railings. Looks great. He even worked in the rain that day.

Description of Work: I used the Angie's list coupon to have them come and waterproof and paint my Deck. They did a great job! I was very impressed with their service and asked for a quote on replacing my gutters. They were reasonably priced, very efficient and I was very pleased with the service they performed. Yes, I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing their services.
