Description of Work: Pressure cleaned and resealed my deck on the the back of my house. They did a beautiful job.

Description of Work: Service has yet to be provided. The provider came to my home and told me the price for the service I purchased will be double and that I will owe him $100. Gutter Cleaning purchased deal for $99; provider quoted me $200. I was forced to select a rating to submit this review. It is not accurate as it is too early to rate this provider.

Description of Work: They built a deck for me last year & recently they came & did a power wash & seal on the deck.

Description of Work: I had signed up for this deal quite a while ago and was just waiting for them to contact me to set a time for the pressure washing and deck painting/sealing. But rather than set a time up with me, they simply showed up one day (when I happened to be home) without calling first, which really surprised me. Having not had enough (any) notice, all my deck furniture and other things were still in the way. They removed these things for me but I would have preferred to do that myself. After they left, I noticed that one of the strings of deck lights I had was completely spray-painted over by them and destroyed. They did the pressure wash first, then arrived a bit later that same day to do the painting/sealing once the deck was dry. Nothing was really explained to me other than once they got here they said they were very busy and they did get right to it. They asked me what color I wanted but there were just two choices and I didn't really get much of an idea what those choices were, even though I did ask. Luckily, the one I chose looks fine, but I wish I could have seen a sample of it. They seem to have done a pretty thorough job on it overall. I could have done without the loud music and cigarette smoking, to be perfectly honest, but perhaps I'm being a bit too nit-picky? I also would have liked to know when they planned to return to do the painting/sealing. I just found some of their customer service to be a bit lacking in professionalism, but they sure can't be faulted for the actual job they did (other than destroying my lights, which is not a huge deal but still was not great!) I'm hopeful that the deck will be protected for a while and I've gotten used to the color. Just not sure they'd be my first choice to perform the same service again.

Description of Work: After receiving an email acknowledging receipt of my purchase of a big deal for deck restoration which also inquired about the size of the deck, To which I immediately replied, I never heard back from the company again. Left email for them which did not receive a reply. Then phoned and left message, again no reply. Contacted Angie's List for assistance. Was told the company planned to come treat my deck that coming Saturday. Although that was not a date I had chosen when providing three dates of choice initially, I decided to go with it. No one showed up that Saturday, although we stayed home expecting them. Never heard from the company to cancel or reschedule. Requested and received a refund from Angie's List.

Description of Work: Cleaned deck and put on new stain and sealant. They did a wonderful job, they moved everything off and when finished, they put things back like they were. The owner, Jason, and his 2 workers appear to be very good people.

Description of Work: It took them over two and a half months to do the job. When I would call the owner was very short with me. Once the young boy came to do the work, he did not use any safety ropes. He would lean over the roof with nothing protecting him from falling off. Owner told me he did not need anything because he was experienced. He cleaned my gutters by blowing everything out and leaving. All the debris was left on my front porch and back deck. He left a mess. I called and owner said the young boy would be back to clean it away. So far he has not returned. |Will never use them again.

Description of Work: This company cannot communicate at all. 48 hours after buying the deal, I had received NO communication, no email, no phone calls, nothing, even though the dates I had chosen were the next 3 consecutive days. I called their number 3 times, finally got an answer, and was given many excuses why a deck clean and stain could not be started over the next week, all of which were weather related (it's clear but cold). There's no reason the deck cannot be at least pressure washed a day or two after it rains - it has to be clean and dry a couple days before it's sealed anyway. After that initial phone call, the company has never again replied to emails or phone calls, so I finally rented a pressure washer from Home Depot for $75 bucks and did it myself. Turned out great, I'll seal it the next time we get 55 degree plus weather for a couple days in a row. Clearly they would rather do something more lucrative than schedule an Angie's List deal when they're busy.

Description of Work: I purchase this Gutter cleaning from Angie's list then she's said to call them in two day to arranged for services I did contact him,(JFour Group inc)to sub the work to some one else give putting me off I called him he's never returned my call he's finally came clean the gutter the end of November, never call to tell me that he's coming to do the job. I wish I never to buy online with Angie's again, because I can't control who, what ever to show up do the job..

Description of Work: JFour Group Inc cleaned my gutters, and installed gutter guards. Service was delayed a day or so due to rain, but they contacted me early to let me know of the postponement. My husband didn't tell me the service had been completed, I just looked up at the roof over the weekend and saw CLEAN :). They did a very good job.
