Jason arrived at the scheduled appointment time. He went up on the roof. He assessed the problem and made a recommendation to solve it. We agreed on what had to be done. He fixed the problem quickly and proceeded to inspect the roof for other potential problems. He discovered two roof vent gaskets that were about to fail. He took pictures of the gaskets and showed them to me. I agreed to his assessment and asked him to replace the gaskets. He had the gaskets on his truck and made the repairs. Jason was prompt, courteous, efficient, and very professional. I would highly recommend using Arrow Roofing and Solar if you have a roofing or gutter problem. Tom Samolis .

My master bathroom floor was water damaged from a poorly-seated toilet. I planned on doing the repair myself, but saw an Angie's deal for a carpenter for the day and decided that it was worth the price. After making the deal purchase, I scheduled a visit from Arrow Roofing and Solar to see the work to be done. I had planned on buying the materials myself, but Jason offered to pick them up when he returned to do the work, saving me a trip. I was going to do all of the demolition of the old floor so that I could spray all of the floor joists with a water/bleach solution to kill and prevent any mold growth 24 hours prior to putting the new subfloor down. The work was scheduled for Wednesday, and come Tuesday, I still hadn't pulled the old subfloor up, so I called and canceled the appointment. Jason Bassett was very accommodating, letting me know that he would reschedule me ASAP whenever I called back. Wednesday, I decided that I lacked the right tools to cut the old subfloor, and so I just cut enough to spray the immediately affected area. I called Jason to let him know as much, and he scheduled to come Saturday at 10 AM. Jason's brother was about on time, but waited for Jason to arrive at about 10:30 AM. I'm not originally from the Southeast, so my sense of punctuality is less relaxed than most locals. :) The good news is that I was getting two carpenters instead of one. We reviewed the work once again and they got right to work. They did an excellent job of tearing up and replacing the bathroom subfloor and placing a new underlayment layer - cleaning up the mess and reviewing the work with me which included a better subfloor layout than the original (The original subfloor was in multiple sections whereas the new subfloor is comprised of one large piece in the main traffic area, with smaller sections near the edges). They finished up the bathroom floor in less than 3 hours, so they turned their attention to my bay window seat top which is an unfinished project of mine. I already had a sheet of MDF in my garage which they cut and installed to my specifications (3 stationary pieces with a loose lid piece that I am going to hinge). When it came time for me to reimburse them for the subfloor materials, Jason showed me the receipt and I was able to pay with a credit card. The guys were friendly, professional, did excellent work and even cleaned up their mess (which seems to be rare for contractors these days :-( ).

I initially called for just a gutter cleaning but when the rep came out to look at the gutters he suggested to me that gutter guards would be a good option so I wouldn't have to do the gutter cleaning every year. He showed me the product he was suggesting and offered me a fair price to do the entire house. Very timely and professional contact and installation. Would highly recommend for any service they offer and will use them again if I need further work done on my home.

Jason and his crew did a fabulous job. The price was very reasonable and competitive and that included a free upgrade to a superior quality of shingle. The work was completed quickly. More importnatly, at least to my mind, is the service after the sale. Mine is a tricky roof and on two occasions, a shingle had slipped out of place. Jason took care of it both times, no muss, no fuss. I strongly reccomend these guys for roof repair or replacement.

The company representative was very responsive to my desires and needs and actually listened to what I wanted then gave me his advice on what he understood to be my needs and desired goals of the interior projects. He was very open to my input and took the time to understand what I wanted. The work was down in a very timely and professional manner with attention to detail and quality. He stated a price and I was relieved when he did the work for his stated price without coming up with additional fees as has happened to me before being a single woman when dealing with other contractors.
