Description of Work: I had Chas remove ceramic floor tile from two of my bathrooms. It was hard dirty work but he completed both bathrooms in one day. He removed the toilets, and pedestal sink, then after I installed the flooring (to save $$) he came back and reinstalled the toilet and a new vanity and top. We ran into issues with one toilet that required a plumber on site for a couple hours...but that was not his fault...just what happens during remodeling.

Description of Work: I had Chas remove my existing porch posts, railings and spindles and put in two bigger treated porch columns. Even though he had already worked all day he came by in the evening and completed the job efficiently. The porch looks great!
