Pretty well. There were a few things I did not like so downrated them. Understand that I really like the people I just found that he had cut the 1/4 round incorrectly and had changed the plans for the utility room without consulting me. I don't like her space planning at all. I'm better at it than she. there were so many things done that it is hard to rate because most were quite good. It is just that some were terrible and none were great.

It was one of the best remodeling experiences I have ever had! Very professional. Work was completed in very timely manner to our agreed upon specs. I will be hiring them again!

Chaz and Sheila were wonderful. Chaz is honest and doesn't take on a job that he cannot safely perform to a high quality. After reviewing my list of requests, Chaz and Sheila performed research to find the best options for my situation. Chaz could not do the garage header as it was a 2 man job, but he was so helpful providing other options. I completely appreciate Chaz for not taking a job he couldn't complete well. Chaz and Sheila were always responsive and punctual. Chaz hung 3 sets of new shutters for me, he removed an old squirrel baffle and installed a new replacement, and he repaired wood rot on an exterior door. Chaz and Sheila also gave me estimates on replacing my front porch columns and rails due to wood rot. I didn't have that job done at this time but will look at those options in the future. I love that Chaz prays with his clients before he starts work. Chaz and Sheila deliver high quality handyman work at a great price. I will definitely be calling on Chaz again.

Chaz and Sheila were great! Really easy to schedule and communicate with, Chaz was punctual and did great work! Tons of stuff - installing new door hardware, mounting a TV on the wall (and later replacing that TV while I was out of town - bless them!), swagging a light, installing new front and back porch lights, putting up shelves, the list goes on and on. They were so amazing (and the prices were reasonable!) and I’d highly recommend them to anyone.

Chaz's work is top quality. He came up with options and solutions for each challenge I put in front of him to fix. I have used Chaz over the past few years for a variety of work around our house, and he always delivers the best service and does quality work. I highly recommend Chaz for any work you need done around the house. Chaz and his wife Shelia are very trustworthy and are focused on making sure we were always happy with the work.

I'm not sure what I was more impressed by. The work itself which was stellar, or the lengths Chaz went to, to first of all, make sure the job was something he felt he could do and then to spend time up front reviewing the material to have everything organized before he started the project. Pleased doesn't begin to say how thankful I am to have found this team. Their work is excellent and their character even more so. .

Chaz was awesome. He met me at Home Depot to make sure that we had everything we needed. He went right to work when he got to the house. He came in under budget and met all our expectations. Chaz and Sheila are my go-to team for general household projects. They are pleasant, gracious and knowledgeable about all most everything. I will continue to schedule them to tend to repairs and upgrades I need at my home. It's been a blessing to learn of them and the myriad of services they offer. Mr. Spampinato did an incredible job. I have never seen my driveway so clean. I feel like telling everyone to take off their shoes before approaching my house. Mr. Spampinato also gave me a natural recipe to use to get rid of weeds. Also, my mail box looks great. I also had the pleasure of meeting Mrs. Spampinato who helped me with ideas in expanding my kitchen. They also told me to get my outside shudders done before getting new floors installed. The marvelous thing about that was the painting, and shudder repair, was not going to be done by Mr. Spampinato. They were willing to forgo that money so more needed work could be done on my house. That is honesty.

Specifically, I am not happy with most of the closet work. I am a better space planner myself. They ignored what I told them I wanted and did what they thought I should want. One of the strangest shelving installs I have ever seen. They also put very large rods in that do not fit some of my speciality hangers. He installed the quarter rounds incorrectly. The utility room is a mess. They changed their mind about what to do in the utility room and did not consult me about it. We could have purchased a different size cabinet had I known what they were going to do. shelving might have been a better choice. Having said that, they have to be the nicest people in Nashville and were very professional. I just felt that as time went on he was making decisions that I should have been consulted about. They were leaving town for several weeks so I hired someone else to finish the job. He charged less and worked faster.

Chaz showed up on time, briefly looked over the job, and informed us that he could do the job but that there was a risk the mirrors would not survive the taking down of the old countertops. He then went to work and finished the job in the projected time of five hours, with the mirrors remaining intact. His price was very reasonable and much lower than the quote we got from another contractor. We were very pleased with his workmanship, and we would hire him again.

They're handymen, so they do just about anything. He charges roughly $50.00 an hour. I would use them again, as a matter of fact, they are going to be here on Saturday. One person came out to complete this last service. This is not one of those things where someone comes out and does one thing. When we bring them in, we usually have them work for at least a day, maybe a couple of days. They left the area clean. There's nothing in particular that they do well, they do a variety of different things, whatever needs done around the house. We had them install an aluminum captain's staircase, we've had them hang paintings, we've had them put in book cases, just a whole variety of different things.

Chaz and Sheila did an absolutely fantastic job for us. Came in under budget, on time, and all done perfectly. We chose them by reading their reviews right here on Angies list and we made a good decision. We appreciate your hard work and dedication and look forward to working with you all again in the near future...

I first hired Multitask Handyman & Space Solutions about three years ago. Chaz and Shelia are professional, courteous, dedicated to doing top-quality work, and great to work with. Chaz is always good to point out things that will need to be done in the future, such as replacing out-of-date smoke detectors, and/or offering advice and/or alternative idea for space/storage solutions.

I've used Chaz and Sheila for a number of repairs in my home, and they never disappoint! Chaz, on time as always, arrived early in the morning, and removed the latticework from my deck. Earlier, he and I had gone to Home Depot to select wood to replace those panels that needed to be replaced. Over a period of two days, he replaced the wood, stained it...replaced the latticework with vinyl...and repaired a broken step. It's given my backyard, a very finished and attractive look! (This took place earlier this year...my apologies for taking so long to comment!)

Chaz and Sheila were very professional and knowledgeable about the work. They made a visit to see the scope of the work in order to schedule and quote the job accurately. We were not able to complete all of the jobs as quoted due to the unscheduled work in the attic for the live wires as well as installing the electrical portion of the opener installation. I was fortunate Chaz was here when that issue arose. The design and planning for the closet installations was top notch with no wasted materials or modifications needed. They jobs took 2 full days and Chaz will return to finish my list.

Wonderful doesn't nearly describe it! Chaz and Sheila arrived promptly. Chaz works very fast and is very particular about his work. They both are so very nice, and I feel extremely comfortable with them.

talk through the process and even suggested vinyl railing which saved alot of money. Very organized. Had complete check list when we met at Lowe's and Home Depot for purchasing supplies, Accepted help of our son for all 3 days which saved us over $300 in labor. Finally, and most importantly - suggested "Goof Off" which is now part of our staple items in the garage. we had alot of red over paint from our last deck on the siding and the goof off removed ALL the old paint.

They were on time and fixed the problem. Not only are they trustworthy, but they are two of the nicest, most friendly folks you will ever deal with. Will use when ever I can A+++
