Chaz is always a joy to work with and this job was no different. He works hard, got everything installed to my satisfaction and everything has been going great since his visit in August.

Chaz did a great job! He showed up on time, did the work very well, and even went the extra mile by cutting a special piece of wood to fit a large mailbox onto a standard-size post. Everything looks great.

Chaz and Sheila were INCREDIBLE. Both of them were so knowledgable, nice, prompt, and speedy. The job was completed far under the budget I had expected, and with perfect results. I wasn't sure the railing was going to be able to work on the front of my house because the feet had rusted, but Chaz was able to find a solution and my railing is extremely steady. I also had some very heavy, unusual items to hang which they were able to do in under 30 minutes. They were very responsive leading up the the project and on-time. I can't recommend them highly enough and continue to use their services. It's been difficult being a homeowner alone as a girl, especially with a fixer-upper like mine. I feel like most of the jobs I've hired people to do have come with a lot of inappropriate comments and a "creepy vibe." I don't often like having people in the home alone, especially men. Sheila and Chaz were a great team sensitive to that need for sure, I never felt uncomfortable or "weirded out" as I so often have with other people who have come to work on my home. They were great! The jobs were done quickly and at an amazing price.

I called the company and setup a time for them to come out and give us an estimate. Chaz and Sheila both were the nicest people on the phone and said that they would be able to come out after Church one Sunday. That actually worked out for us because we also go to Church. Chaz and Sheila showed up at the time they had scheduled and it was like my wife and I had known them for years. They came into our home and really impressed us with the suggestions they were making and the whole time they were trying to figure out how they could save us money. They wrote down everything and told us approximately how many hours it would take and said that they would have a quote for us soon. Sheila called that afternoon and gave us the quote and to let us know what materials we needed for the remodel. My wife and I agreed to have them proceed with the remodel and Chaz and Sheila setup a time to meet us at Home Depot after Church one Sunday. About a week before Chaz was supposed to start the work, Sheila called me and said that they had a client that just moved into a brand new house and did not like the new toilets that were there because the family was tall and wanted taller toilets in their home and asked if we would want to use those toilets instead of purchasing new ones that were going to cost a total of about $500. After we agreed that we would take the toilets, Sheila asked if we could come by her and Chaz' home to pickup the three toilets. We went to pick up the toilets at Chaz and Sheila's home and she welcomed us into their home and took us on a grand tour of their wonderful home. We met at the Home Depot in Antioch about a week before the remodel, which was convenient for us because our Church is nearby in Nashville. Chaz, Shelia, my wife, and myself picked out all of the materials and tools needed for the project and proceeded to checkout. At that time Chaz showed the cashier his Military ID and we received his Military discount which was close to $100. On the first day of the of the remodel, Chaz called to confirm he was coming and when he showed up outside our home he called again to let us know he was ready to come in. Chaz went over everything he was going to do and what time he would finish that day and the next day. Chaz proceeded to start the work and plugged in his radio to Christian music and also asked if we could pray over the remodel and we did. This is a very impressive company with exceptional work ethics, honesty, and Christian values. I had to run some errands while Chaz was working and was very comfortable with leaving him in our home.I feel like we have gained true, honest, Christian friends during this project and would refer Multitask Handyman & Space Solutions to all of my friends, family, and Angie's List patrons. One of the things that impressed us the most is if Chaz did not know how to do something, he would be very honest and say that he could not do it and explain why. You will not go wrong with this company. Our bathrooms look fantastic, from the floors up. We also have them coming back out in October to work on another project in our home. Forgot to mention that they presented my wife and I with a Thank You card. We will be sending Chaz and Sheila's client a big THANK YOU!! soon for donating the new toilets to us.

Chaz could not have been more professional. His work was impeccable. He showed up on time and worked very hard the entire day. I would recommend him to anyone. I would use him again for any job.

This is the third time we have used Multitask Handyman. Each time, the experience has been a pleasure. Sheila and Chaz are true professionals and are among the nicest people I have met. We could not have been more pleased with our experience. Chaz and Sheila were prompt, professional and caring from start to finish. When we met them to purchase the materials, Chaz was very particular about the quality of the lumber, individually inspecting every board to make sure it was properly cut and had no knots or warping. The job started on the day planned and was completed ahead of schedule, and both the final material and labor costs were below estimate. We also had a problem with our living room ceiling fan, on which the fan worked, but the lights did not. Chaz quickly found the problem and fixed it at no additional cost. We would definitely use them again. Thank you!

As expected, everything went perfect! Everything from setting up the appointment to completing the work, it was done with the highest level of professionalism and courtesy. This is the second time we have used Chaz and Shelia's Multitask Handyman and Space Solutions services and continue to be impressed with the quality of work done, along with the level of courtesy and consideration they present. They are organized, precise, respectful, and reasonably priced. Sheila remembered us from our first project and was able to provide us with a time-slot that worked for our situation. Chaz arrived a few minutes before our scheduled time and called to let us know he was coming up to the door. This was extremely considerate of him as we have pets, and it allowed us to herd them into another room until he could get in the door with his equipment. After that, he was fine with two dogs running all around him as he worked. He spoke briefly with my father (81-years old, who was heading out the door for a doctor's appoint) to ensure he had everything covered on our "to-do list." Chaz offered to go purchase the additional supplies we would need in order to complete the task, so that I would not have to stop my work. We gave him the money, he left to purchase the items, my dad went on to his appointment, and me, well I went right back to work. I could not have asked for a better situation. I had a very heavy work-load that particular day (when I made the appointment that was not the case), but never skipped a beat. As a matter of fact, it went so well that I finished my work early and was able to get a jump start on a couple of other projects I was working on. As a freelance writer/editor having work done in my home usually means I won't get much of anything done on my own work...it would be a lost day. But not with "Multitask Handyman and Space Solutions," even the dogs are comfortable enough to lay down and be quiet. They trust him to come in and out of the house. I worked without any disturbances. He was in and out in no time at all. We discussed our future projects before Chaz left...we would never consider using anyone else for our work. At this rate, I suppose we may just have to give him a key to the house, as we trust he and Sheila like family.

This job came off without a single problem. Chaz was always on time. His estimate of how long it would take to finish the work was very accurate, although he actually finished several hours earlier than expected which lowered the cost by a few hundred dollars. We had the job scheduled for later in the month, but an opening came up and Sheila contacted us to see if we would like to have the work done earlier, which was nice. Chaz was professional, friendly and did very high quality work. It was very nice to hear him yell out "YAY!" whenever he got a "hard to fit" piece of the flooring installed. While he was here, he did a little bit of plumbing work for us as well.

We were very happy with our service! Chaz showed up on time...maybe even a few minutes early which is great. My husband showed him all the items to take care of and he got started right away. Everything was done very professionally and we enjoyed having him around all day. I would absolutely use them again for any handyman services we need in the future!!

I cannot express how thrilled I am to find Sheila and Chaz. I owe the reference to Angie's List. These folks are THE BEST. Punctual, professional and perfectionists. Maximized the space in 3 closets for me, as well as creating efficient storage space in a small, awkward laundry room. Chaz replaced 3 toilets-- professional plumbing work all the way. Rest assured I will be calling for more help in the near future. Thank you for all of your hard work!

1) The initial small handyman tasks were completed quickly and efficiently. 2) Shiela scheduled the product seller. They arrived on time and took measurements. Shiela helped with my design. 3) Shiela maintained contact with me and the seller to insure the product was delivered to me on time. I was always in the loop and knew what to expect and when. 4) Installation started on time and was completed quickly. It was beautifully done and the few concerns I had were taken care of immediately. All installation debris was removed. I love my new 3 season porch. All my house repairs or upgrades in the future will start with a call to Multitask Handyman.

Chaz did an amazing job. Sheila was great with communication and scheduling. Both were very professional. When Chaz arrived, promptly at 9:00 a.m., he was quick to assess both situations and explained the pricing of the job. He moved quickly, wasting no time getting the job done. He and dad had to make a quick trip to Home Depot to pick up a few odds and ends to complete the tasks, where once again, Chaz moved at a pace that was comfortable for my dad, yet, made haste in getting what he needed and returning to the house to complete the job. In addition to the work, he explained to my dad that the issue with lights flickering when using his weed-eater was most likely an issue with the weed-eater, rather than something amiss with the electrical wiring for the house. He offered his opinion on a good weed-eater that would be easy for dad to handle. Aside from the professional manner in which he and Sheila conducted themselves, Chaz was extremely respectful of my father (81 yrs old) who has been quite accustomed to handling these tasks on his own. He also managed to work around the extremely curious Basset Hound and Lab that believe all humans are their humans. The work is impeccable! This is my first dealings with Angie's List and we could not be more happy or satisfied. We highly recommend this service provider and intend to use them on other projects in the very near future.

We hired Chaz for an entire day of help to get the remaining items in our "punchlist" completed. He was so prompt in getting back to us and in making our appt. On the day he arrived, he was punctual, professional and such a pleasure to work with. It took the entire day to complete the items on our list and Chaz worked diligently the entire time. It is so hard to find reliable, competent and good help these days. We will always call Multitask when we need outside (additional) help with our projects. Couldn't be happier.

Very nice gentleman, seemed to do a good job, but I didn't go up the ladder and inspect the work. Had good equipment and was very professional. Would definitely use him again.

On schedule and completed to satisfaction. Our rental house needed a mix of fix and improve projects and we got it all done for a reasonable timing and price. We had work done by them before and can count on them to do quality work.

I have used Chaz and Shelia several times for multiple jobs and they never disappoint! Chaz is very prompt, very detailed and each job is completed to perfection. In this job, Chaz replaced a vanity and put in new lighting and fixtures in a half bath, he also installed 2 new lights in the kitchen, replaced 2 ceiling fans and put up cabinets for storage in a downstairs room. They are a great find and will continue to use them whenever I need work!

Chaz and Shelia are wonderful! I can't say enough about them, their work and their help to create the best design to fit the space. They came and did measurements, talked about how they could create more space/room and got input on what I was looking for in a redesign of the closet. They developed the design, went over the cost and set a time for completion. They came and were always on time, very neat and have exceptional quality with their work. The closet space was almost doubled with additional hanging space, shelves and an ability to store containers on the top. They do great work -- I love them!
