Description of Work: Chaz installed a new toilet, repaired a door, replaced hardware on cabinets, replaced door knob, removed old caulk and re-caulked bath tub/shower, installed a door, and made and installed a cover for an opening to the crawl space under my house. He tried to install a new vanity top, but it didn't fit, so he had to re-install the old one. So, that took time with no result. Neither of us knew there were different depths of vanity tops. The only ones in stock are a standard depth, so that is what I purchased. He didn't have time to un-stick the window that won't open. But, he will do that another time, as there are other repairs needed soon. All in all it went well. I rated the price a B, because it seemed expensive, but then everything is expensive these days.

Description of Work: Chaz, of Multitask Handyman and Space Solutions, installed a new floor |and lighting in our kitchen. Back in April, he installed a new floor and lighting in our guest bathroom. He did excellent work for both jobs! I would highly recommend him and plan to use him again for future projects.

I have one more project to schedule however I needed to purchase replacement parts. Once I do I will call them back. And Chaz was kind enough to write down the SKU number I need to purchase. Description of Work: Sweet guy, patient, and does great work. Installed a new bathroom vanity and replaced a kitchen light. Also helped remove an old BBQ grill bolted into the driveway. The rusted bolts needed to be sawed off. Highly recommend. He is busy and worth wait.

Description of Work: Chaz was very nice on the phone but unable to help me. I needed flood light replacement and gutter cleaning and repair. He doesn't have the equipment to work on 2 story homes. I may call him in the future for other things that come up.

Description of Work: Chaz and Sheila visited my home almost two years ago to give me estimates on the complicated installation of a laundry utility tub. Chaz felt that various conditions made this job too complicated for him &, instead, required a umber & electrician. I appreciated their candor and honesty. I have just called them for the installation of cabinets in my dressing room and garage. I would give them all A's on timeliness, honesty, suggestions and ideas. I can't wait to begin my work with them.

Description of Work: Chaz an Shelia came to my house, looked over the work, gave me an estimate, told me what kind of flooring I should buy and what kind of toliet to buy. They were wonderful, friendly and caring. He put new floor in my bathroom, a new vanity, mirror/medicine cabinet, and storage cabinet. He also repaired a closet door. The next time he came he put in a new kitchen sink and a dog door. These are the most qualified and ethical people you will ever meet. I plan to continue to use them for more home improvement projects.

Description of Work: I was very pleased with both Sheila and Chaz. They were able to work me into their schedule early. I had an electrical problem that Chaz was able to solve in about 15 minutes. Sheila had called and told me in advance that they had a 2 hr. min. charge so I might want to look around for something else for Chaz to do. So I did. And he took care of another small elec. problem. With time to spare he also advised me on a couple of other projects I need to take care of. Sheila also referred me to a couple of other good contractors for other needs. These are just good people. The price was very reasonable. I am happy and will use them again.

Description of Work: Chaz said he cannot come to look at job because he is " so backed up and booking into septemeber" I asked if he could come and at least tell us where the problem is so I can tell insurance company and he said " NO I AM TOO BUSY " did not seem to want the work.

Description of Work: an electrical storm had disabled several electrical wallplugs and an appliance in our kitchen... telephone estimates from several electricians were very high...most were unresponsive. I consulted my Angies List and found Multitask Handyman....Chaz and Sheila were exceptionally helpful and were able to address the problem here within 3 days of my call. Chaz was very punctual, diagnosed our problem quickly, and professionally did the job. The quality of his work was quite high. His rates were very fair, and I soon realized that I'd saved considerable money. The range of services offered was extensive...I would never call anyone else but this friendly, professional man.
