Description of Work: They are a great team. Excellent work and design. Made the absolute most of the space in 2 closets! And measured everything(shoes, dresses, clothes, etc) to make sure the space worked for them. Look forward to working with them on my garage!!

Description of Work: I needed a variety of work done -- installation of a kitchen faucet, fixing a door handle that had become loose, dryer vent cleaning for 2 homes, installation of a curtain rod and fixing a blind valance that had begun to sag, install of new plantation shutter magnets, reinforcement of 3 ClosetMaid shelving units, replace electrical switch, etc. Another supreme job by Multitask Handyman!!

Description of Work: They provided a quote for a custom closet. We didn't use them because they only install wire closet systems and we felt for the price, we prefer custom wood. They were very punctual and detailed.

Description of Work: I contacted Multi Task Handyman concerning some work I needed on my front porch and my deck, as well as replacing outdoor lighting. I was surprised that on my first call they answered right away, as I have had trouble getting other contractors on the phone. Sheila talked me through some of the things I wanted them to do and made an appointment for her and Chaz to come out and give me an estimate. I wanted to replace the wood on my front porch, as several posts were rotting and really wasn't sure what I wanted to do. Sheila and Chaz gave me multiple options, some ideas I hadn't considered and explained exactly what type of materials and labor would be involved. Chaz even priced out the materials for me, so I had a good estimate before I agreed to start the work, which I appreciated very much. I love the design that they came up with on the front porch and the idea of the Verandi railing so that it would be maintenance free. I was looking for something that wouldn't require painting and I would not have to worry about weather proofing, was really tired of the wood. I love how they designed the railing system and using the solar post caps, the end result was just beautiful and will never require maintenance! I also needed repairs to my back deck and was interested in either screening it in or creating a 3 season room. Sheila met with me and went over the options, and made an appointment with the company they use for this so I could get an estimate. I ended up going with the screened in deck as that suited our needs better, and I am so happy with it. Chaz did all the prep work and got our deck ready for screening, and the contractor that did the actual screening did a fabulous job. I also had Chaz replace all of our outdoor lighting with LED flood lights, they suggested this type after talking to me about my needs and I had told them I had replaced all my indoor lighting with LED's. They always gave me options that would try to save me money but also give me exactly what I needed. I really have enjoyed working with Sheila and Chaz, they are wonderful people, very honest and hard working. They always showed up exactly when they said and they kept me updated on their schedule and when they could fit me in. Their charges are extremely reasonable, I couldn't find anyone else that could match their prices and frankly do quality work. Chaz and Sheila will not do anything if they can't do it right, their work is top notch and I'm so pleased with everything they have done. I have more projects that I plan on hiring them to do, as I wouldn't consider hiring anyone else as long as they are in business. I have really enjoyed meeting them and working with them, they are a wonderful couple and make a great team, just so great to work with. I have recommended them to family and friends, as I have every confidence in their work.

Description of Work: I called the company to inquire about repairing/rebuilding my deck, within 30 minutes they returned my call to say that they can provide the initial site visit right away. Mr Chaz and Miss Seila, gave provides some options when they visited and recommended a much more economically way to do the repairs. Thanks much Mr Chaz. I will definitely call on you if I need any work done in the future.

Description of Work: Above and beyond our expectations. We had about a 2 week wait because they are really busy in our area, but it was worth it. Sheila did an excellent job of getting us worked into their schedule (we only had a few small items requiring their services) and she made sure it worked for us. Chaz called an hour or so before the appt to say his first job of the day had finished early and ask if he could come to our home then. He came in and assessed our jobs and ask if we had something else for him to do because he didn't think his 2 hour minimum would be met. We ask him to look at a possible remodel on a bathroom. Since we are getting ready to sell the condo he advised against putting that kind of money into it unless we were planning to stay! Again, very professional, very courteous and work was well done.

Description of Work: Multitask Handyman replaced a toilet & hung a curtain for us. Everything was done perfectly. Very responsive, helpful & on time, will definitely use them again. Great people!

Description of Work: Repair of kitchen cabinet flooring and sides, replacement of plumbing shut off valves and lines and dishwasher installation.

Description of Work: All kinds of stuff. Replaced old front storm door with new, hung a bunch of heavy pictures and mirrors, graveled a yard area, added light to liv rm ceiling fan, removed/replaced old shelving, added fence extensions, fixed gate and gate post, unstuck all windows (had just moved in and most were painted shut), put in all existing screens and storm windows, etc.

Description of Work: Checked for water damage behind refrigerator area and wall behind it and sub-floor underneath. Sprayed and treated any areas for mold with clorox. Vacuumed coils and adjusted legs of refrigerator to level it. Brace boards under refrigerator area from below kitchen. Remove 4x4 post at base of outside front steps & replace with new after cutting out dry rot areas. Remove & repair dry rots areas on columns & railings of front porch and caulk as needed. I provided all materials which they give you a list to get upon 1st trip and then I painted front porch after he was finished with the job.

Description of Work: Chaz cleaned my gutters...repaired a hole in a wall...replaced a closet rack...and changed a flood light..and the light in my oven.

Description of Work: Major home remodel job. Exterior work: replaced water and termite damaged areas. Removed chimmney and replaced wall for siding. Replaced exterior doors. Inside work: Repaired and replaced damaged subflooring. Installed new flooring. Drywall repair work. Various other small projects.

Description of Work: Chaz removed 2 vanities and prepped them for plumbing work. He replaced at least 8 light fixtures, inside and out, and installed 2 ceiling fans. Sheila took me to Lowes in their truck to pick up new vanities and bathroom fixtures.

Description of Work: I had some facade work on the exterior of the house that needed done, and also replacement of a couple bad boards on my front porch. The facade work included 2nd story ladder access needed. I also asked about what ended up being fixing a couple shingles at the "point" of the roof. I was told what materials to buy and, as other people had commented, he came up with an idea of how to replace a bad part of a fence post that minimized time/expense.

Description of Work: Changed my flood lights, fixed connection in hallway lights...as well as my light fixture in bedroom(bulbs wouldn't stay lit). Also secured my mail box to it's pole.
