It went really well and I am happy with the results!

As normal Chaz arrived 10 minutes. The old Cabinet and Vent hood was taken down and the new cabinet was installed,and we had to take a quick trip to Home Depot for a conjuction box,and some supplies to rewire for the microwave. Chaz had to repostion the motor inside the microwave,and then mount it up under the cabinet. Trust me this job was not easy at all,but he finish it in a timely matter,and then replaced two hallway lights as well. I'm saving up for the next project as we speak. Thanks Chaz

Very pleased with the work. Chaz arrived on time. He probably saved our lives. I has asked him to replace an electrical plug and he discovered a major problem with our entire electrical system. We have had numerous workers in the past who did electrical work incorrectly creating a fire hazard. Fixing the problem will require an electrician. Chaz diagnosed a problem that many other professionasl missed or were in too much of a hurry to care. He did all other work and did an excellent job. Will use him again. Really nice guy. Honest!

We called the number given in the Angie's List listing and worked with Sheila to get the work scheduled. Chaz arrived on time and got right to work. He completed the work in the time limit projected and was pleasant and professional throughout.

Chaz is honest. He will not do any work beyond his expertise. He will steer you in right direction saving you time & money.

They were excellent. He was great. He was so honest with us and he told us that he could not do the job for us to benefit from. He got us in contact with someone he has worked with. We are going to use him to do some other things. He and his wife came out on a Sunday and she has come out to do some follow ups. I was really impressed that he referred me to someone else. They were very quick in getting back with us, very responsible about checking up and they were here when they said they would be.

Chaz and Sheila came to my home to review what needed done. They arrived promptly and gave me an estimate of the amount of time it would take to perform everything that I needed done. I hired them and Chaz performed the work over two days. He arrived promptly as scheduled and worked continuously until the jobs were finished. I had a problem obtaining replacement hinges for my kitchen cabinets as they are 15 years old. He put me in touch with someone to help me find suitable replacements and everything went smoothly. I was extremely pleased with the quality of his work, the price, his work ethic and his customer service skills. There is a reason that Chaz gets high ratings on Angie's List -- he responds and he gets the job done.

Husband and wife team responded to initial contact very quickly, made an appointment for an estimate within a week, were punctual for meeting and provided an estimate which proved to be reliable. They estimate on the high side of the hours needed, and in my case the work came in a few hours short of the estimate (a nice direction for me). Two days were scheduled about 4 weeks out, and they kept to the schedule just as planned. Chaz was punctual, the quality of the work was excellent, time used efficiently, responsiveness to my expectations was very congenial and clean-up was above excellent. The finished quality of the work was excellent. I would definitely use them again. Charges are per hour plus a trip fee. Price is reasonable for the market. They are more than willing to recommend work that the client can do themselves to save money. The client gets the materials and has them at the job site.

Chaz and Sheila are great. They responded very quickly to my call and scheduled an appointment for the following day. Chaz showed up exactly when promised; unfortunately, we had the wrong sized downrod for the ceiling fan installation, and he wasn't able to complete it that day, but he offered to do other jobs around our house to use up the two-hour minimum service charge. After we got the right downrod, he came back to complete the installation and charged only for the time he was here, less than the two-hour minimum. He was friendly, professional, neat, and did a great job.

Excellent work! I plan to use Multitask Handyman services for all of my home repair needs in the future.

He came out right away. He fixed my window right on the spot. He is very honest and down to earth. He gave great suggestion. Although he was very helpful he suggested that I get a roofer or someone else to work on my chimney.

Chaz did an amazing job. I can't express how wonderful it is to have someone you can depend on to do all manner of home repairs. The windows look like new, the light fixture is a huge improvement, and together they really make a difference for the curb appeal of my house (and have saved me from having to get new windows, for quite a while at least). And the unclogged drain I am so thankful for - I rent a room in my house and have had four girls live there (besides myself) in the past 2 years, so no doubt it was a disaster. Chaz truly keeps my house in working order and I am so thankful to have him to depend on.

Chaz's confident approach and uninterrupted work flow left me and my wife feeling exceptionally happy that we hired such a highly qualified and skilled handyman. Our kitchen and bathroom floors look great! He even returned to perform work that we'd planned to do ourselves but felt overwhelmed by once we'd started. Once again, his services were exceptional! We will use Multitask Handyman and Space Solutions for all of our future home remodeling needs. This is a family operation that treats you like family--only far less messy than the average Christmas:) We are thoroughly pleased with the work performed and highly recommend this business.

Chaz did an amazing job - over the course of several days he repaired the boardwalk, pressure-washed the boardwalk and front porch (as well as a small front sidewalk) until they looked like new. He removed the old paint on the porch, patched up the cracks, primed and painted it. The entire thing looks amazing, and the front of my house finally looks welcoming and brand new. He did an incredible job and is my go-to person for all of my home improvements.

We discovered that we had wind damage to our fence on Friday night. I called Chaz and he said he could stop by Sunday afternoon to make a free estimate. Chaz and his wife showed up exactly when they said they would. They surveyed the damage and gave me an unbeatable estimate. They explained all of the repairs needed and made sure I was comfortable with the estimate. Since our home is for sale they understood the urgency to get our fence repaired. He was able to come repair the fence the next day. Chaz showed up right on time and met with my husband. He explained the repairs to my husband and then got to work. He worked all day and even let our dogs out while we were away from the house. When I got home he walked me around and showed me the fixes. The work was expertly done and exceeded my expectations for how our fence could look! I will highly recommend Chaz to all of my friends in need of repairs. He is honest and that is sadly hard to find these days. Chaz takes pride in a job well done and is great at what he does.

Chas did the work and did a wonderful job. I had a hired a different company to clean the gutters and they didnt do a very good job. I am hiring Multitask again to remove ceramic tile bathroom floors and toilets and sinks. I would recommend them!

I called Mr. Chaz and he was able to come out the next day to see what needed to be done. Mr. Chaz and his wife came out and looked things over and Mrs. Chaz actually found where a leak was coming from below my upstairs bathtub! The leak was coming from the actual bathtub not the plumbing and I have had several other "Handyman" service personnel at my house and they did not see that. They also told me how I could save money by doing some of the repairs myself which was great. After I was given the estimate we set up a time later in the week to meet at the home improvement location to buy all of the material and this made things much easier. I was expecting him to start maybe a week or two later but he started that week which made me very happy. It took him a total of five days to finish all of the work he could do until the flooring and painting is done and once that is done, I will be calling him back to finish the additional work. Overall, the work is excellent and the customer service has also been great. I highly recommend him!!

We are new members and this was our first Angie's List "hire" experience. We couldn't be happier! Chaz and Sheila are sweet as can be and were quick, thorough, and a joy to work with. We will definitely be using them again!

Overall went as expected. He communicated well prior to coming, went with me to pick out the necessary stuff to buy at the hardware store, had everything installed in a timely manner and called afterwards to follow up on how everything turned out. I would definitely consider calling him again if I need help repairing something.

Fantastic, as always - this is my third or fourth time calling upon Chaz's extensive experience, and he is a true professional who can handle the troubleshooting that seems to inevitable arise in home repair/renovation. After several bad experiences with handymen and contractors in the Nashville area it is such a relief to be able to trust and rely on someone, and I will not use anyone other than Multitask Handyman.
