Chaz and Sheila were great to work with on my project. I had a list of multiple items that I needed completed and I spoke with them, we went through the list and Chaz quoted a price to do a number of ceiling fan and light replacements. He arrived on time, completed the job and even added an extra replacement light which he agreed to do. He also reviewed the remainder of projects, quoted the ones that he felt he could accomplish cost effectively and told me the ones which he wouldn't be cost effective on. He was very thorough, cleaned up everything and installed perfectly. I would definitely use them again for projects. They were great to work with, prompt, and did a wonderful job.

I called Chaz to have an estimate. He was friendly and answered all my questions. He then had me call his wife to schedule the estimate. He was on time for the estimate and again very friendly and knowledgeable. I had a door that was catching (inside bathroom door). He took a look and went ahead and fixed it while he was there for no charge. My son can now open and close the door easily! Thanks! After he left, we had a couple other estimates - one of which was OVER $400. Chaz had quoted us only $160. Needless to say, it was an easy choice. Given the time of the year, we knew getting the weather to cooperate was going to be an issue (would normally have had it done in early fall, but we just bought the house). Chaz and his wife worked with me and the weather and we were able to schedule a day fairly quickly. Chaz arrived on time, explained what would be done (I only had to provide bags for the waste from the gutters). He got right to work. He completed the job in a timely manner and came in right on his estimate! When finished, he cleaned up wonderfully - couldn't even tell any work had been done. We shook hands and he left. After couple days later we had rain. The next day Chaz called me to ask how my gutters were doing. I told him the truth - they are doing great! (Our downspouts were completely blocked before he cleaned them out with water and his snake tool.) Everything went perfectly and now when it rains, we don't have to worry! We will definitely be using their services again!

He was very professional. Arrived on time and got to work. He checked with me throughout his work to be sure it met my satisfaction. It did!

I would highly recommend Chaz for any handyman job...he is punctual, efficient, and very professional...It is a real joy to have found someone so dependable to do these things that need more expertise than what we have.

We would even leave him in our house by himself and give him a blank check for him to pay himself when he leaves and trust that he would be honest. And in today's world that is hard to find. I first contacted Multitask just before Christmas. Mr. Spampinato answered his phone, (even though he was on vacation at the time) and said they would return in January. I set up an appointment which had to be cancelled due to rain, so we rescheduled. Upon looking at the freezing temperatures forecasted for the rescheduled date, Mr. S. called and suggested he come out on the Sunday before, a day in which they normally do not work. This was very convenient for me. It would have been understandable if the Spampinatos had waited until the scheduled date and had to cancel due to freezing temperatures. I appreciated their looking ahead and accommodating me, even though it was my fault for waiting too late in the year to tend to my gutters! He was finished quicker than he'd projected, and Mrs. S. and I had a very nice visit while he worked. I hope they can keep up with all their business. They provide a great service, and I appreciate their doing this small job and driving out to Sumner County. I will call them again.

Projects went well and the owner did a GREAT job. Owner was professional, knowledgeable, gave great advice; prompt, thorough; we will use his service many times over in the future.

Another great experience with this handyman. He returned our phone call promptly. He arrived on time and did excellent work. We could not be more pleased. He even threw in a repair we had not requested. He noticed that our storm door did not close properly and repaired that too! He was very professional. This is the second time we have used Chaz and will use him again. Very fair price. Highly recommend him. Best handyman we have used in twenty years after using many different ones. We live in an old house and need a lot of help.

My husband and I recently moved to Nashville and needed some work our new home. We did not know anyone here so we relied on Angie's List for some guidance, this is where we found the wonderful husband and wife team...Chaz and Sheila of Mulittask Handyman and Space Solution. We also refer to them as the dynamic duo! Chaz and Sheila are professional but are also very kind people. They take the extra time to make sure that we understand the process and are happy with the solutions. They do not mind working evenings or on the weekends. They truly are customer driven, whatever it takes to make us happy. What they say, they will do. The quality of work is superb and they are always prompt. Nowadays, it is so difficult to find people who are honest and will do what they promise. Chaz and Sheila are honest, reliable, and irreplaceable. They have a tremendous amount of integrity and much pride in their workmanship. YOU WILL GET MORE THAN WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!!

Chaz is wonderful - this is a deal of the century. Not only is he honest, personable, efficient and kind - but he does super work. We will never look elsewhere for a handyman service - he values his work and does a great job. He is the first vendor that I can recall that left me a thank you note, thanking me for the opportunity. I scheduled Chaz about two weeks in advance. The task was to do a complete master bath tear-out. He arrived on the date scheduled and did a magnificent job from beginning to end. It took an extraordinary effort, but Chaz finished the project in two days, despite the fact that it required him to work until 10 pm the second day. It took far more effort than either of us anticipated because of the manner in which the tile areas had been constructed. It took an incredible commitment on Chaz's part to finish the job in two days and keep the project on schedule. My wife and I were amazed at his work ethic and commitment! He was an absolute joy to be around. We have already scheduled him for two more days and look forward to using him on a regular basis in the future. I hope Chaz is available to help us with a wide variety of home improvement projects in the future. We feel very fortunate to have met him.

Sheila and Chaz came to the house the same day I called and were able to quickly come up with ideas to fix the closet. They listened carefully to what I needed and develped a plan to fit. Their quote was very reasonable and we were able to schedule the job in a few weeks. They transported the materials to the house and as they worked on the closet, they continued to confirm that specific details met with my expectations. They completed the job in less time than they originally predicted and were lovely to work with. The new shelving tripled the amount of storage space and I couldn't be more pleased with the work.

It went great. Chaz was very honest about everything. He actually did the work ahead of regular scheduled date due to inclement weather. His prices are very reasonable. He was on time and worked hard until everything was finished. We will definitely use him and again and would recommed him to anyone.

Sheila and Chaz are two of the nicest people you'll ever meet. Sheila returned my call and got me on their schedule right away. I had told them there was an urgency to the installation. It so happened they got a cancellation the following day. So that helped out a lot. Chaz was quick and proficient. After installing the door, he cleaned up the area. In addition to the excellent service, I received a reimbursement check because Sheila had recalculated her trip fee and found that the trip cost was less than she had anticipated. I've never had a company do that before. I'm keeping their business card and sharing their numbers with all my friends.

It was very differcult to find handyman to repair or replace a mailbox post. Multitask Handyman from Angie's List was perfect!! They were prompt and even waited for us when no one answer our door. We expected them to call, but they forgot our phone number on the work order. Anyway, they got the job done soon.

It went great. Chaz is meticulous in his work, gives suggestions for things that should be replaced rather than repaired, things you can do yourself, etc.

Just days before I was to receive guests, two shelves in my pantry collapsed. I phoned Chaz and he and Sheila worked diligently to fit my job in between other jobs to get my pantry in order. I had food products lining my kitchen because of the disaster and Chaz fixed the broken shelves and reinforced the other 3 shelves so that I will never have a problem in the future. His willingness to help in an emergency situation is very much appreciated and reflects his dedication to customer service. He and Sheila are a pleasure to work with, I have found.

This is the second time I used Chaz for services and his work was quick and wholly satisfactory. When I mentioned a safety concern about removal of a lighting fixture with installation of a new lighting fixture at a later date, he quickly devised a solution to place a safety plate over the 6' high electrical outlet to prevent my child from access to the outlet, accessible by climbing on a sink. He didn't find my request silly or unreasonable. He has a can-do attitude and all of his work was of good quality.
