Multitask Handyman & Space Solutions

Everything went fine. I sent Multitask Handyman & Space Solutions an e-mail about the work, and they responded back to me within a day. Their schedule was pretty booked, but we were able to find a day to do the work within a reasonable timeframe for me. A few days before the work was scheduled, I received a call confirming the appointment. On the day of the work, Chaz Spampinato showed up at the appointed time and was ready to work. It happened to be raining on that day, but he was ok to do the work in the rain. After arriving, he reviewed the fence, and we talked about the repair work. Multitask Handyman & Space Solutions does not provide any materials, so Chaz told me what he needed, and I made a quick trip to Lowe's to get it. After I returned, he started on the work and finished in about 2 hours. I reviewed the work afterward, and everything looked fine to me. I thought that the fee was reasonable for the work performed.

Chaz and Sheila were referred to me by a coworker. They were very punctual and very helpful with the estimate. They were very honest about price and suggested cheaper and more practical options. Chaz does not install granite countertops anymore, but was very helpful with my cabinetry and deck installation questions. Even though they cannot help me with my current projects, I will definitely call them in the future!

He did great work. It was really comfortable having him here.

They charged $35 per hour. He was a good person to work with and he was willing to work with me. He was pleasant, honest and skilled.

chaz showed up on time, even a little early and went to home depot with me to help me pick out some fixtures for our home. he was very knowledgable about any and everything having to do with home hardware/ supplies. he spent most of the day at our home doing the many repairs. he was quick, efficient and very thorough with each job. i was also impressed how sweet he was with our 2-yr. old daughter who was at times, following around asking him questions about what he was doing. not only was he tolerant, but also would explain what he was doing as he worked. i think she was fascinated by him. i should also mention that prior to his work day, he and his wife came out to the house to go over each of the "repairs" i had on my list, to give me an estimate. a good number of the jobs that i needed to be done were things i or my husband could easily do ourselves, they explained to me which could save us a good amount of money. i was so impressed with their integrity and thoughtfulness. they were the farthest thing from "money hungry" which was refreshing. i now have a new list of chores that i'd love for chaz to do next month, when his schedule allows. i recommend these guys for any jobs you have.

Chaz showed up as agreed and worked 10+ hour every day in the HOT sun, and did a great job. He completed the project on time and within budget. This is the second time that I have used Multi Task Handyman & Space Solutions, and both Chaz and Sheila are reliable, professional and personable. I highly recommend this company and plan to use them for future projects.

Chaz replaced the entire deck surface and stairs for a 900 sq ft deck in my back yard. He worked with us on design, start and completion date. The project was completed on time and budget. I provided materials and did some of the demo my self. Chaz showed up when he said he would, worked 10+ hour days and did a SUPER job completing the project on time. It exceeded my wife and my expectations. This is the seconf time that I have used Chaz and Multi Task Handyman and Space Solutions and would use them again and HIGHLY recommend them.

I had to wait over a month to have Chaz out to our house. My decision to wait and not hire another company was definitely the right decision! He was very professional and took a lot of pride in his work. I am very grateful to have found someone I can trust and highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a reliable and honest handyman that has a strong work ethic and a great attention to detail.

We've been very pleased with the work he's done. He came up with some ideas that saved us money. He was creative in coming up with the solutions to the gaps in the screen porch that were allowing the bugs in. When he came out to repair the screens after the storms this past winter, we thought he would have to replace the screening, but he was able to remove the molding and restretch the existing screens. He is professional, polite and personable. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again, in fact I've got some things in mind as soon as the budget allows. His estimates are realistic. He is honest to a fault about his time and charges. I would highly recommend his services.

He did what he said he would do. He was on time. I didn’t have to clean up after him. The price was fair. I would recommend him.

I was in desperation to have the facing repair prior to rain, and Chaz was able to work me in his schedule without hesitation. I requested a bid to replace the existing exterior lighting, garbage disposal and deck finishing. He and Sheila came a few days later and provided a reasonable bid, so the exterior lights and garbage disposal were replaced. The deck repair/strip/finishing is scheduled for June. Chaz is prompt, knowledgable, does an excellent job, and both he and Sheila are a pleasure to work with.

Great to work with. Punctual, knowledgeable and talented in any number of areas. Pricing was very fair. Work done to high quality. Will definitely use again and again.

Was on time each day. Meet us at Home Depot and Lowes and hand-picked each piece of lumber to be used. The deck can out better than excepted. Will use their services from now on-already had him look at our next projects.

Chaz & Sheilah are wonderful people, they met me at Home Depot to help me select my new flooring for both my bathrooms & kitchen. Chaz arrived each day on time, and was quite meticulous and thorough, finishing the job earlier than expected. He called me at one point to ask about using leftover pieces from the kitchen to finish the master bathroom linen closet because he hated to open another box for one piece of flooring. He wanted me to get some money back if I could! I was thrilled that he had considered this for me, and even though he didn't like mixing patterns, I told him "Go for it, it's just the closet floor, who's gonna see or care?" FYI, the kitchen pattern actually blended well with the bathroom pattern, and so far, no one I've shown my new floors to has even noticed the difference unless I pointed it out! I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a professional and conscientious job done in their home. Oh, did I mention his hourly rate was also a big bonus, especially compared to others that bid on the job?

The company was very punctual and also called back to remind me that it was time to do the service. He removed the gutter guards, removed the debris & replaced the guards. I have recommended him to family and friends. I also have other work to be done and I can safely say he is now my official handyman. Also, his wife is very knowledgable in decorating and organizing.

Chaz and Sheila were great to work with...kind, professional and knowledgeable. Chaz not only worked fast and clean on the job but he and Sheila recommended ways to save money during the estimate appt. It is a pleasure to work with Chaz and Sheila. They are very courteous, attentive to detail, and always looking for ways to save money for me (e.g., Chaz made it a point to set aside excess materials so that I could return them). Also, once on the job, he is very focused and takes minimal breaks. I was extremely satisfied with the results and look forward to working with them on the next project (deck treatment).

Chaz is extremely professional, friendly, and offers exceptional service for an affordable price. He is easy to get a hold of and if you leave a message, he or his wife are quick to respond. He also offered some great advice to my husband and I to prepare our house to be listed in a couple of weeks. Chaz and Sheila are a wonderful couple and I would use them again for other small projects. They showed up after my late work hours to do the estimate when others would have come during the day and made me stop work. Chaz stayed as late as he needed to finish the job on time and the final hourly total ended up being right on what he estimated prior to starting. Overall, I'm very pleased with both the work & the price that was done and would recommend them to anyone.

I don’t recall what the price I was last paid. I continue to use him because they are always very punctual and if there is something he can’t do he will tell me. He just takes his time and he is very thorough.
