Chaz came initially to assess the problem/repair options when a previously improperly installed closet rod pulled out of the wall (along with the dry wall it was supposedly anchored to). He explained the options for what could be done, suggested the best option and went with me to purchase the supplies that would be needed to do the repair. When I asked about the estimated cost for the repair, he explained that the cost would be based on a per hour charge (which I found to be reasonable), with a minimum of two hours. He said that, since the repair would not use up the minimum time, I should identify some other repair needs that he would do after the closet was repaired that would use the rest of the time. I also asked him about the possibility of having his wife, Sheila, who is an experienced closet designer, look at another closet in my house to see what she could do about improving it, which he said she would be glad to do. Sheila was very responsive in calling me back to schedule a time for the repairs and her evaluation of the other closet. Chaz did a great job on repairing the closet rod and I have no doubt it has been done correctly. During the process, he stopped a couple of times for "consultations" on options/choices (e.g.., how high I wanted the top rod to be, etc.), instead of just proceeding without my input on which way to do something.....which I really appreciated. His attitude was "This is your closet....we can do it this way or that way......I would recommend this way......but I want to fix it in the way it works best for you. Chaz DID get done with time left over to hang a shelf for me and to reverse the dryer door. While Chaz was working, Sheila was assessing and measuring the other closet to see how she could improve it.....and is currently working on an estimate for that. I recommend Chaz and Sheila and will DEFINITELY use their services for other repair needs.

Chaz did great work on these projects at our house, and we are very happy with the quality of work provided. Both Chaz and Shelia made sure we were happy with the work done and had any of our questions answered. I will use them again for future work at our house, and highly recommend them to anyone need handyman type work done.

Chaz & Sheila responded to my request for estimate on repairs of my deck immediately. They were very professional and efficient, gave my deck, roof, gutters and chimney a thorough examination and discussed in detail their observations. It was evident that their concern was to make sure I understood their observations. They helped me to prioritize my repair needs which result in considerable less profit for their business. Chaz performed all work requested in an efficient and professional manner. He was particularly careful to explain what the was doing if it seemed to deviate from the norm in any way (e.g., the original owners had glued a decorative plate to the ceiling of our breakfast area which was incompatible with our light fixture. With some creativity, Chaz made it work. Regarding the ceiling fan, Chaz explained it was out of balance and he could spend several hours correcting it. However, given the fan's age, he offered it would be more efficient and cost efficient to simply replace the fan. Using wrought iron material he obtained from Lowe's, Chaz manufactured and installed a handrail for us, leading from the house down into our garage. We have found a capable, reliable handyman we will call for any future needs we may have -- Chaz Spampinato of Multitask Handyman.

Sheila and Chaz are priceless gems. In my screened-in patio, I had a door whose screen had become detached. A squirrel decided that my patio would make a great place to visit, and kept coming through the loose screen. Additionally, there was a hole in one of the screens, which I discovered one morning when there were three (!) birds in the patio. Sheila and Chaz came by (at the time they said they would) and looked at what needed to be done. Chaz also suggested that I let him install a couple of L-brackets on one of the screen doors, as the door was not closing properly (it was a handmade wood door, and not the best quality of construction). Chaz and Sheila also offered to use a piece of 2x4 to cover up a drill hole in one of the patio walls (made by the prior owner of the home), as well as reinforce the screen on the screen door to keep squirrels from getting back in. They provided me with a list of materials that was clear and precise, so I was able to get in and out of Lowes with exactly what I needed in <5 minutes. Chaz arrived on time to make the repairs, and was finished in less time than he'd estimated. The work was done perfectly, and I would definitely work with them again. Aside from the fact that the work was done correctly, on time, and under budget, Sheila and Chaz are super nice people.

Chaz and Shelia worked us into their busy schedule for our bathroom subfloor repairs. They were a joy to work with. Chaz was on time and very interested in doing the job right. My wife Karen and I really enjoyed working with Chaz and Shelia. The cost of the work was within the original estimate and we feel the price was reasonable for the work involved.

Chaz and Sheila were great. They took an hour explaining things to us in our estimate session, which was FREE. We have an older home, and are remodeling our kitchen. When the demo job turned out to be a bit more than we had expected, Chaz was able to squeeze us into his tight schedule. One great thing about Chaz is that he allows the client to help, and even taught me a few techniques. For an amateur DIYer, I really enjoyed that aspect.

Chaz arrived a bit early, which was fine. He took the time to listen to what was required and ask for any special preferences. Since the fan was operated by a remote, he took the time to check the remote frequency to the living room fan so we wouldn't turn both fans on with either one of the remotes. We were told that installing the fan wouldn't take two hours (their required minimum time), so we were asked in advance to look around the house for any other small jobs that Chaz could do to fill out the time for the minimum. We are very satisfied with the whole experience and will call him for any other work we might have.

Chaz & Sheila were great! We had several items on our list and they helped determine what to do with all. For instance, we wanted to build a deck for our hot tub, Chaz was straight forward and honest letting us know that the job was bigger than he normally takes on. And since he doesn't take on subcontractors, recommended a very good company to do the job. However Chaz & Sheila gave us estimates on the things they could do for us. Chaz installed the ceiling fans. Then later he and Sheila completed the redesign of our Master Bedroom walk-in closet. Sheila has experience with designing closets & had great ideas for providing us with much more space. All was completed within the time & price range quoted. And they are very reasonably priced! Love my efficient closet space and my newly installed ceiling fans!

Extremely satisfied! Chaz & Sheila came to my home and gave me an estimate to remove my rotten wood porch railing and replace with vinyl columns/railing. They gave me a precise written list of all the supplies (which was so helpful!) that I needed to order and when they returned I would only pay for the labor. On day of istallation, Chaz showed up on time and did a fantastic job! I will definitely use Multitask Handyman for future jobs.

I wanted to have my fence repaired and this vendor insisted that a feincing company do it. He wouldn't even look at the fence to see what type of shape it was in.

AMAZING! Chaz did an outstanding job, his estimates on the materials were right on target so we had little to no waste. This deck is SOLID! If you are looking for a great builder/carpenter and good christian, who will do the job right, Chaz is your guy.

On time. Discussed options. Chaz talked me out of more expensive work that he could have done, but told me I did not need. It's all been said on this forum before and it is true, you can't do better than Chaz and Sheila.

Chaz did a wonderful job! He was so professional and such a gentleman! I walked him through the house showing him the repairs we discussed on the phone. He promptly got started on the jobs. He worked quickly and efficiently. He easily replaced the ceiling fan, and the light fixtures. We asked if we could add two things to his list, and he graciously said yes. He then installed a new doorbell. Afterwards, we had him look at our deck steps, which we thought we needed replacing. However, he informed us the wood was still in good condition and only needed to be flipped and screwed in for stability. That solution saved us some money. Chaz performed quality work at an excellent price. We could not be more satisfied with his service. We asked him about several other possible future jobs, and he was honest in his opinions. It is great to find someone who has integrity and is proud of his work! We will definitely call him again for any work that is needed. And, we will make sure to refer him to all of our friends and family. Chaz and Sheila are truly a blessing! You can tell they have a servant's heart. Sheila called a couple of days prior to scheduled appointment to confirm. Chaz arrived promptly and went to work. We had a long list of handyman items and he completed as many as the two day schedule would allow. Chaz has installed laminate flooring for me previously. I had intended a family member to complete the trim but that did not happen. As he did the work, he kept me informed what he was doing and why. Chaz can take problem and quickly find a solution. He knew that I needed to get as much done in my two day schedule to fit into my budget. I have scheduled him for another day in June and July and we continue to work on my handyman list. Being a single mom, it's nice to have someone you can trust to complete the task and know that he backs up his work. I also love that he and Sheila are Christians. He is my handyman go to. OUTSTANDING !!!!!!!!!!! THE BEST EXPERIENCE IN YEARS!!!!! Chaz and Sheila gave me VERY fair estimates for the work to be done. We had to reschedule because I was called out of town in an emergency. Sheila kept in contact with us and worked us in at the first opening after we returned. Chaz was on time. He brought everything needed to do the jobs. He began with a prayer for the house and the work. IMPRESSIVE!! He was VERY Careful to cover the area he was working with the tarps he brought so there was no danger of anything getting on the furnishings or floor. As it looked like rain, he did the quick outside job first and then came inside for the other items. We had a remote controlled fan that no longer worked. It was the remote receiver in the ceiling that had failed. I was prepared to buy a new unit and ask Chaz to install it. Instead, he first verified that it was the remote receiver that had failed, then removed it and rewired the unit to work from the wall control. It works better than even when originally installed. I purchased an new 9 globe metal fixture for our eat-in area. It was just too heavy for me to install alone. It was not problem for Chaz. He installed it, verified that it was working and finished the job in a very short time. There was one job that was beyond his comfort zone to do well, and he told me so. That was impressive- a lot better than trying something that would not have gone well. As my wife said, it was a real pleasure to have Chaz in our home. I trust and respect him and the work he does. I have other work that needs to be done once I get the items necessary. I WILL call Chaz and Sheila at Multitask. I have given thier name to friends and can not recommend them highly enough.

Chaz told me that the type of work was too complex for him to be able to do, but he did tell me exactly what I would have to do. He basically said that he was too old to do it because it's a big fence. He also gave me some pointers. He told me that when I do get a guy to come out and do it this is what I need to make sure they do, so when the other company came by and explained what needed to be done he told me what Chaz had told me. He seemed like a really honest guy. It was just the explanations that he gave and how timely he was in coming out and telling me that he couldn't do the work. He was really informative in helping me out. If I had some small work I'd give it to him.

Our deck was looking pretty shabby, and I was afraid we would have to replace the entire deck. When Chaz and Sheila came to quote the job, Chaz assured me that our deck was in really good shape, that it only needed to replace a few boards, strip the old finish, pressure clean and refinish. I found Chaz to be the hardest working person I have been around in quite some time. He was very punctual and started working immediately upon arrival and only stopped for a very short lunch break and immediately back to work. It is always refreshing to employ someone with Chaz's work ethic. He did exactly as he said he would and finished the job on time and under budget. I don't think you would ever find anyone as honest as Chaz. He only charges the actual hours he worked on the project when he could have easily just charged the amount estimated. Also, his hourly rate is more than reasonable. I don't think anyone could find a better person to employ for handymen work.

The genteman was very professional and left me a voicemail asking that I call him again. He explained he was on a job site and didn't want to detract from working for a customer by answering a call which I appreciated.

It went very well. Eric returned our calls then worked with us to arrange a time for estimate & then actual work. He was prompt, courteous & cleaned up after himself. Will definitely call upon him again in the future as the need arises :)
