Professional hired to powerwash entire residents including upper and lower deck followed by a stain seal treatment did not complete what job with the initial hiring but did honer his word to come back and comp0lete the project with nicer weather

Expand everything so you could understand the problem you have and what it took to fix it

John and his helper are good workers and honest been biding on jobs. It was a hot day when they stained my deck and it may have led to not doing as quality of a job as I would have liked. There are a few spots that probably need another coat and towards the end it was a little more sloppy work. But in general the deck looks nice.

Very nice and easy to work with and did a very nice job.

In hindsight, I would have him do more prep work, such as more sanding, grinding, etc.....still though I m happy with what I paid for.....the floor looks so much better‼️

His crew was professional and efficient. removed popcorn from my garage ceiling and applied knockdown. Painted the interior of the garage, including the shelves. Did a great job applying an epoxy floor covering. They ran out of epoxy product for the last 10 square feet or so, so I paid for another epoxy kit and ended up with a second coat! Looks great and the coating is performing excellent! I'd recommned John

John said his work was warranted for 2 years. After 2.5 weeks, my car tires were removing the protective coat and sealant from the garage floor. I called him twice on the weekend and he never called back and then blocked my calls. Completely useless and makes no effort to right the situation. DO NOT HIRE!!
