We hired this company to paint an upstairs bedroom ceiling and walls. The ceiling work was shoddy at best. There were places where the existing paint was still showing and areas where you could still see paint streaks. He quited us 425 but when the charge appeared, it was 465. He has been contacted multiple times to come back and finish the job. Calls have gone unreturned. Very unprofessional.

Everything looks Great! Ceilings walls and his customers service was excellent. I would use this pro again . Thank you so much for making my home look brighter.

the job needs to be completed, we had an issue, the job was warrantied for 8 years, and now he is unresponsive, there is a very lack of communication.

DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN. This man is a con artist who does a lazy half job, takes the money, and disappears even though he offers 2 years warranty. His pressure washing broke off my concrete sidewalk, and his paver sealing left a huge white cast. I contacted him for 5 days with no response, then he replied and said he would come by the next day, and never did. I have contacted Angi to remove this mans page as he is a liar and cannot do any job properly. All of his 1-star reviews are the same and this is a problem. DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN.

He did not do the work that was promised and wont come back to fix the problem and does not answer calls or text messages.

He was late and did not call to say he would be late. Also a few spots were not fully completed. However, Mr. Townsley is very respectful and tries his best to satisfy the customer.

They were able to get to my repair very quickly before more rainfall.

John was prompt in coming to give an estimate. I liked his polite and can-do attitude as well as his price. He completed the project with quality in the time said he would. I would hire him again.

Gentleman does not return calls when the job is not completed correctly. he will take a payment and not show back up to complete the job that needs to be done correctly.

John responded immediately and came out the following day for an estimate. I liked his attitude and his promptness so I hired him then and there. He is respectful and very fair! He works hard and quickly and cleans up afterwards. He returned that same day to begin power washing a very neglected deck and patio. He did a lovely job washing and staining the deck, as well as washing and sealing our patio, and porches. I asked him to come back and do our driveway and front walkway, so he returned the day after finishing his initial job. I will be rehiring him for future outdoor projects,

Mr. Townsley is professional, completes job in short time and does a complete, clean, and great coverage in sealing my aggregate-porch, sidewalk, patio and driveway. Price is reasonable.
