Air Doctor responded to my purchase on Angie's list in a timely manner. Arrived during the time period requested. Technician was professional and completed the inspection as described on Angie's list. Informed me of his findings, did not try to sell me a new HVAC or tell me it was getting old and needed to be replaced. Thanks Air Doctor.

They were great. We've used them 2 or 3 times. They were always available, whether it was one of their receptionists or the person that answers the phone and does most of the communicating, like a dispatcher, so it was convenient being able to get an answer quickly. They did the work in the timeframe they said it would take them and there were no issues.

Our heater was not working properly that it was cutting on and off and not providing any heat. I called Matt and he came over at the time he said he would be here. He looked at the heater and said that it was the filter that was dirty and it also was up against the unit. This was causing the unit to over heat and shut off. Matt changed the filter and looked at the unit to see if anything else might be causing the problem. Matt was very professional about the work and answered all my questions. Matt also has integrity, he did not charge me anything just to change a filter. I will call him the next time I have any trouble. Thanks Matt.

I shopped around thoroughly for this service, since my two-year free maintenance provided by another company when I purchased my Carrier AC/Heat package unit has now run out. Some companies charge fully twice as much as this company, so this Air Doctors wins the price comparison. In addition, Air Doctors? reviews on Angie?s List are very good, and with BBB also. Although one former customer complained, the company?s explanation was believable, namely that the customer had not asked for the service initially, but yet the customer complained afterward when the service he had not requested was not provided. I verified this company?s license. The owner?s wife who answers the phone and schedules services, and also the technician that came out to do the service both seemed good, honest people. The tech seemed knowledgeable. There was nothing to fix on my unit. This was merely maintenance. I?ll be using this company on-going.

Matt went over the next day and examined the unit, made necessary repairs and unit is now working. Not a bad job at all for $65. I would highly recommend this AC tech to anyone.

Matt and his team were excellent. Can't say enough about the work that they did. I got five estimates from other providers on Angie's list, and he had the best price, and I couldn't imagine better service. Will be using him on another job pretty soon. Highly recommend.

I am very pleased. The technician troubleshooted both of my outside units, asked me to describe any problems i was having, accessed the problems outside and in the attic and offered me my best options to fix the problem. Both of my units are leaking coolant in the attic because of corrosion and the units actually need to be replaced. He told me because my units were still holding a 125PSI that i could consider just charging the units with coolant for the season and make the decision to replace the units after receiving some comparison bids. He did tell me that the coolant he added could leak out in a week or last for the summer but it would leak out over time. I believed he was honest and didn't try and sell me or over charge me for the work he performed. I will cross my fingers and hope i have until fall before having to address replacing my units. When I make that decision Air Doctors will certainly one of the company i will accept a bid from.

It was a great experience for me Matt was extremely professional and I felt his price was fair. I have already set up an appointment to have Matt replace my old thermostat with a digital one that I can preset myself.

The job went great and he explained the problem, quoted the price and had it fixed within a hour. Thank you Matt for treating us with the up most respect and courtesy for showing up after hours on such a short notice.

We had a new 5 ton heating and air unit put in by these guys. They did a great job. I had several quotes and they were by far the cheapest. They were professional and did great work and even cleaned up after themselves.

Very well. He was very neat with his work, even removing shoes to protect white carpets. Gave me suggestions on a/c settings.
