I called for an estimate and they were able to come out that day. The price was $1400 less than the quote from one of the bigger local companies. They were able to schedule me for Monday. They arrived and started right away. The job was finished in 4 1/2 hours. Our unit was original to our 36 yr old house so this was quite an upgrade.

Air Doctors is the best HVAC company I’ve seen in 35 years of home ownership, by far. My heating system had been slowly becoming less & less effective, then over a few days it stopped working entirely during a brutal cold snap. My house was 55 degrees, I’m disabled & ill, so it was urgent. Matt from Air Doctors arrived within an HOUR of my service request! He worked diligently through a myriad of issues with the equipment (which I knew had been improperly installed by a bad warranty contractor 7 years prior), communicating with me at each step. Once he’d solved all the issues, I was left with a system that functioned well & properly for the first time EVER, despite quite a few other good companies working on it in the past, and a very reasonable bill. To say that I’m pleased would be an understatement. I’m absolutely delighted, & I’d urge you to call Air Doctors any time you have HVAC issues. They’re very skilled, responsive, affordable, honest, & really care about their customers. Absolutely exceptional!

After my regular HVAC guy could not make it, I found Air Doctors on Angie's list, called them and they were able to come out within 2 hours as promised. The Tech explained the issue, fixed it and the cost was very reasonable. I would certainly call them again and recommend them to others.

While he charged up my air conditioner outside he and I had a long talk. He has built a company in order to help people and to build community. I have lived in Memphis 33 years and this was by far the best interaction I have had with an HVAC company. There was honesty, excellent response to my problem, and no pressure to up-sell or recommend products I did not need. Courteous, kind and professional. The installation of the HVAC system (furnace and AC) was beautifully configured and provided at a reasonable cost. (I have hair-raising stories concerning other companies in the area from my years of dealing with the 7 homes I have owned over the years.) I will stick with Air Doctors of Memphis from now on! When my air conditioning unit went out around the 1st of July, I went to social media and several other venues to see what companies were local. After talking with a few of the companies that pay the big bucks to advertise , a friend told me about Air Doctors of Memphis. I called and Matt Davis himself came out to my house at 8:00 that evening to check the issues I was having. He got me up and going so that my family would not have to sweat it out. He was back the next morning to do a full system swap out. His prices were comparable if not cheaper than the big advertisers . But what sold me on Air Doctors of Memphis was the care and thought fulness of Matt and his team. For him to stop what he was doing to come out to my house at 8pm, an to have the most professional and courteous staff I have ever met . He answered all of my questions and concerns . I even signed up for preventative maintenance package. That is a true value. All around A+++++.

Top Notch service, top notch guys, one of the best experiences I have had with a repair company. No one likes it when something on your house breaks or needs repairs and it’s always when you least need it to happen (summertime) ac work. Excellent. They were prompt and courteous, provided the information I needed to make a decision, all at a fair price. I would highly recommend Matt and his team at Air Doctors.

Matt offered to come out after hours on the same day I called since he would be in the area, otherwise he could be there the following day. After inspecting the system and performing some tests, he diagnosed it as a leaking valve. He repaired the valve, recharged the system, resealed the HVAC unit and was out the door in aprox 1 hour. He stated he would extend his warranty/guarantee for 60 days into the spring as it is so late in the season. He was friendly and professional and charged a fair price for the work. Would certainly hire again.

Everything was better than I expected. Tried Air Dr's for the first time after several having bad experiences from Company we bought ac from. Set a time to come out which was around 4-6 hours later. But because it was hot I said something like "if that's the best you can do"...... They have same day service which is good, but I got a call about 30 min to an hr later from a repairman saying he was in my area and was about to be there. Repairman found problem, replaced bad capacitor and called shop to check in as he prepared to leave, whoever he talked to reminded him to check and make sure contactor was in good shape as well because it could cause problems if not. After checking contactor he found 2 burned wires and showed me the damage. Replaced and rewired, and left me a very reasonable bill. Very impressed with these guys. I'll be calling on them again in the future.

Technician came out and quickly diagnosed the problem to be a bad relay. He replaced it, performed a thorough cleaning of my system, gave me tips on how to keep it clean, and checked the Freon. I will be calling them again this fall to get my furnace tuned up.

Matt came out and quickly diagnosed the issue. He replaced a small part and cleaned out the condenser. He was prompt, friendly and the price was extremely reasonable. We'll definitely hire them again!

I wasn't happy. It was difficult to get them to do the service. It took a while. I had to call and call and call to schedule. It didn't seem like they were really dedicated to service. Their approach was look at the units and create additional expenses. They were trying to lead me to higher cost services. I didn't like that kind of salesmanship. Price was fine.

I can't say enough about my experience with this company. I spoke with the owner, who said he would be at my home within two hours. He was. A check of the unit appeared to be a combination of things; filters that had been clogged by plaster dust from recent construction work within the home, and frozen lines caused by those clogged filters, and exacerbated by the power outage that forced the unit to work even harder to get the freon through the system. He suggested that we wait until the next morning to check the Freon levels when the lines had thawed. The next morning he sent a crew of three to check on things. As it turned out the unit didn't need Freon, and the change in filters, along with the other things they did to check things out, was all that was needed. I am so grateful that they responded so quickly on a record-setting 98 degree day, that they didn't just assume I needed Freon, and that the total charge was so very reasonable.

They guy that came out was really friendly. My air conditioner worked for 11 days. I called them to come back out, and the guy said lightning hit my air conditioner, and when I told him that was not true, because I would know if it did, and then said well then it had to hit the house. Which was not true as well. The owner was very rude to me and my husband, and said he did us a favor?? My air conditioner worked for 11 days, they over charged me for Freon. I finally hired a different company and they told me that two wires had touched that never should have in the first place and they never said anything about any lightning. All I want is my $220.00 back for the deal that I purchased and the service on the other unit.

Recent Fall service inspection of 30 year old Trane furnace revealed significant problems. Decided to replace whole system at once since condenser/coil also 30 years old. Sought four quotes, Air Doctors was lowest (highest quote was 2K higher). Install went smoothly, workmen courteous and punctual.
