Description of Work: There was a mix-up with communication which caused the tech to show up without me hearing/knowing. I personally prefer a phone call but they were trying to contact me through the messaging function in the Angie's List app. The service went well, done quickly, no issues a couple months later. I just wasn't so sure about the cost to replace the blower motor... seemed high, but they assured me that an OEM replacement was worth the high cost.

Description of Work: They inspected all 3 of my units and determined that everything was working properly, but that they just needed a good cleaning on the exterior units. He suggested that I call my home warranty and pay the $60 to have the warranty clean them, since it would cost me less. I was pleased with his honesty and said that I didn't trust my home warranty company to do a half-decent job, so I asked him to perform the task at $65.00/unit.
