Description of Work: They cleaned the house from top to bottom including baseboards, countertops, and bathrooms and did an excellent job.

Description of Work: I do not feel they did a good job on the carpet. I called attention to a heavy traffic area in the area between the living room and kitchen door. The tech. stated it would look good when they finished, but it didn't. But by that time I was unhappy that they were so interested in the things in the house, especially on my walls. Questions such as the name of school where I went, where it was located, how come I moved to Memphis, and when? I didn't feel these things were necessary to clean my carpet. I did not file comments, because I have always felt that if you can't say only good things, don't say anything.

Description of Work: Cleaned my newly purchased house before I moved in. They did the whole house in 4 hours ! Floors, bathrooms, kitchen, stove, refrigerator, and more! Very couteous and efficient! I will use them again!!

Description of Work: They never responded to my calls, email or your "deal." I emailed earlier about general cleaning, saw your carpet cleaning deal for $119, which I bought, called and he never returned call or email. I assume this cleaning will still take place or you will credit the $119? A credit is what I prefer. Thanks!

Description of Work: Sent 2 messages to provider through Angies List with no response despite 48 hour guarantee. I was wanting work done prior to move-in to new home.

Description of Work: They cleaned carpets on 2 floors, including hallways and stairs and cleaned an upholstered chair. They re-treated a stain in the carpet when I requested and completely removed it. They did a good job. They worked quickly, and the carpets dried quickly. | |FYI for the service provider: I didn't receive a detailed invoice showing the date, the amount I paid, and what services were performed. I file all of my invoices in a "House Services" folder. Invoices are helpful for future reference to help me remember when it's time to clean the carpets again and who to call.

Description of Work: Cleaned carpet in 2 rooms

Description of Work: Cleaned the carpet in my living room, dining room, and master bedroom and bath. They worked quickly and seemed to know what they were doing. That day it looked very good although it took two days to dry. During the next week we began to see spots appearing on the carpet especially in the living room that were the same size and shape as the tool used to clean the carpet. Soon everywhere they sprayed the chemical spot remover began to look dark and dirty. I phoned them about this, but the person I spoke to said he didn't have time to talk to me and would call me the next week. I have never heard from them again. I have hesitated to report this, but this is my experience with this company. I hope I'm the only one not pleased.
