We were cancelled on the night before the first cleaning was to halogen. Then, they rebooked us for 4 days later, saying the crew couldn’ t make the day or time, which was very inconvenient. So the day of rescheduled cleaning the font show , saying they could t find us. I texted my daughter was outside in parking lot waiting to give directions and I never even get a reply. I was still charged for a no show service- terrible!

Very well, the tech was in and out in 1 hour for 4 bedrooms and hallway.

Excellent workers, even cleaned the microwave and stove.

Wonderful/ very responsive and professional

I called a few carpet cleaners in the area. I explained to them that problem. That our dog Hatchi had a few urine accidents over the last 2 months, I needed the carpet cleaned and the odor neutralized. I also explained to each one of the other companies that it was a very small area that needs to be taken care of. the area is 3.5 by 3.5 feet. one company quoted me $109 and another $88. I thought to myself the is crazy. I logged on to Angie's list. it showed me a few cleaning companies. however when I read the reviews Xtreme clean inc. owned and operated Mr. Ronnie Johnson I dialed the number listed, Mr. Ronnie answered on the 2nd ring. I explained to him what I was in need of. He said that he could and would help me. The time was around 10:30 a.m. I told him that we had a few errands to run around the Bartlett area and to please call me when he is about 30 minutes from our home. at around 2 p.m. I got the call letting me know he was on his way. When Mr. Ronnie arrived he had his brother Kevin with him. they both came in accessed the situation and went right to work It literally took them 15 minutes to take care of everything they needed to do. my carpet that was once stained and had an extreme odor to. was now spotless and the smell was GONE!!! When I got my card out to take care of the payment, I mentioned that money was at the moment extremely tight. but that we knew we had to take care of the stain but most of all the odor. Mr. Ronnie worked out a special deal for our family. we are very grateful for Xtreme Clean Inc. I recommend Xtreme Clean Inc. to anyone needing a Christian, local, hard-working company. What an outstanding job perform on our 20 year old floors and carpet upstairs. Safety, professionals, friendly service RON, Lee treated our house like it was theirs, gave us excellent cleaning advice which was Free! My wife will and is Extremely happy so therefore I am happy!

I requested for my home two bedroom one bathroom home to be cleaned and sanitized. It didn't smell like cleaning products were used, the dishes in my dishwasher were left unclean and still in the dishwasher, and everything seemed to just have been stacked into closets instead of organized. I also requested that my mirrors be windexed and they were left untouched. The service while nice was not up to my expectations. It didn't feel really clean and didn't smell like it had been cleaned. After working for a total of 5 hours, I was expecting a much tidier and more professional result.

Awesome service!! Workers were spectacular. They worked fast!! They deep cleaned our master shower and tub and it looks like new!! Husband and I both are very pleased. Will most definitely call again!!

Mr. Ronnie performed his services in a timely and professional manner, And he was very proficient. At a more than reasonable price.

All I can say is WOW! My husband cut himself Tuesday morning and we tried to get it out all day Tuesday and Wednesday, Checked Angie's Thursday (this) morning for best rated and called Ronnie Johnson at Xtreme at 9 am. He arrived shortly after 3:30 pm and was done by 4:30. And so were the stains, He could not guarantee due to all I had tried but it came out spotless, So pleased with the results and the friendly professionalism of the provider.

I called to see if Xtreme Clean could clean my new house and carpets before I moved in, and they were able to come the very next day! The ladies came to clean first, followed by Ronnie for carpets. They were very professional and I would definitely use them again. I love being able to get both services done with one phone call!

Carpets smelled when completed. Did not neutralize pet urine and I ended up recleaning them myself.

Ronnie the owner answered personally on the first call, answered all my questions, and set up an appointment on somewhat short notice. On the day of the service he was punctual and professional and did an outstanding job. The day after he personally called to ensure I was happy with the work. Very pleased with Xtreme Clean.

I’m not pleased at all with the service provided by this company. I should’ve stopped and not booked them when I was given the wrong number from the owner via email when I originally emailed him from Angie’s list. The general cleaning requires at least a 2hr minimum regardless if you’re booking another service with it. For the services received its overpriced and not good quality work. The carpet cleaning service should be not offered via this company at all. This was a home recently rented two weeks prior. The home was not filthy and didn’t have build up but simply needed some tlc in a few areas. The women were given 7 things to do and it consisted of cleaning two bathrooms, cleaning baseboards throughout, clean two fridges(an empty refrigerator) clean and organize kitchen, (glasses were on the counter that needed to be washed and put in the cabinet) sweep and mop kitchen and restroom, and vacuum. The home was 3/4 empty so there was no build up or obstacles in the way to delay or prevent a good service being done. Before beginning the ladies stated that the list provided above that detailed what needed to be done weren’t general cleaning. As a result the lady supervising the job said “I’ve never been told to organized a kitchen before but I wiped the countertops off, cleaned the microwave, and made sure it was swept and mopped” So I honestly can’t tell what these women did for two hours. The microwave was already clean because it hadn’t been used yet, the stove still has the spray on it that was sprayed prior so that wasn’t wiped down either, she was told by my fiancé that she’d already cleaned the fridge so she didn’t have to worry about that. The cabinets weren’t wiped down and the glasses and bowls left on the counter and dishes in the sink were in the exact spot I left them when I returned home. This house only had two couches in the living room and part of a bed in another room. The things requested could’ve been done in less than an hour but the only services I can honestly say they did was clean both restrooms and sweep and mop along with cleaning baseboards in living room. (In which was witnessed via my fiancé before she left them inside to continue cleaning) The baseboards in the living room were done and look good but the main problem that was the floor boards in the kitchen look very similar to the way it did before they arrived. The carpet cleaning service is a total waste. There was no pressure or heat applied to this cleaning. There was a high traffic spot in the living room and one of the bedrooms that could easily be cleaned if done properly. It looks like someone took a regular vacuum and simply went across the floor with it to create the lines. The carpet isn’t cleaned. The carpet was wet in the living room where cleaning was attempted but poorly done. The rest of the carpet throughout wasn’t even damp twenty minutes after the cleaning was done. He was at the home for 45 minutes. 30 minutes at the most was used to clean the carpet. I was told it would take 1 hr and 30 minutes. The carpet guy came in the last 45 minutes of the women being there and was done before their 2 hrs expired. I have security cameras at my home so that’s how I’m able to give exact times on services received. The ladies arrived at the home prior to 3 pm but they didn’t enter into my home until after 3 and talked for 15 minutes before started the work requested. When asking for an invoice for the service I received an estimate receipt. I requested the estimate receipt prior to the service being done but it was never emailed. The statement received after payment clearly states on it that it’s an estimate. I had to contact the owner several times before receiving an invoice after service was completed. He finally sent the invoice after 8pm. We tried to call him back immediately after sending the invoice (that still reflected an amount due) to talk about the services rendered but we were informed when he answered that he was now closed. I requested a return call at the earliest convenience during the next business day. Today 5/29 My fiancé received the phone call at 7am. The owner pretty much called her a liar and that they believed their workers actually did in fact work the entire 2 hours allotted for cleaning. However she was informed that what I requested was a deep cleaning service. She was also told today that I could’ve called and they would’ve refunded me the hour not used. At the beginning of the conversation he stated he’d send them out complimentary for 45 mins. I offered to let them view the surveillance cameras but they declined. During this call the owner conferenced in the two ladies (three way call) so they could explain the work they supposedly did for 2. hours. First call (15 mins) in which my fiancé was barely able to get a word in because the gentleman keeps speaking over you when trying to speak and the second call (18mins) is when he conferenced the ladies in. Ultimately this is a lesson learned. During this call the owners wife also spoke. So it was an ongoing argument pretty much the entire time between the 4 people that represented x-treme cleaning and my fiancé. I chose to keep quiet and just listen at the phone call. There was no professionalism at all. We never once asked for a refund but they suggested that it’s how they wanted to fix the matter because of the poor service. So there was a refund issued for the $150 paid for cleaning services. This is by far the worst experience ever in my history of hiring people for our home rental services. I was really juggling the fact that if I should post this review but the way they handled the situation and spoke to my fiancé this morning is totally unacceptable and I wouldn’t be providing insight to people that need quality and professional work done that come to this site seeking it. I’m guessing that they’ve been able to avoid all of the honest reviews by trying to fix it with a partial or full refund. Well the money was never an issue but the lack of professionalism, punctually, and quality of work was simply not present during this transaction. This is a very unprofessional company. If you’re looking to do regular business with them please look elsewhere. I am now regretting that I paid cash. I would’ve disputed the charge if I used a card so that they’d be forced to give the quality of work deserved for $300 instead of ripping people off for the time allotted.

Ronnie and his crew did a first rate job on the dirtiest wall-to-wall carpeting you have ever seen in your life. We are getting ready to put this house on the market and I debated replacing them, but decided to try cleaning first. Good decision! I’m so happy that I found Xtreme on Angie’s List. I’ve already talked to him about doing my own house, so I would definitely hire them again.
