I paid for the service and nobody ever got in touch with me. I want a refund. I received carpet cleaning services elsewhere.

I called Xtreme Cleaning on a Saturday. Mr. Ronnie Johnson was able to schedule my carpet cleaning services within hours 9f calling. His crew Licious and Jerry arrived promptly. They were extremely friendly, pleasant and most importantly they did an excellent job cleaning the carpet! I would definitely recommend this company to any one again.

They arrived at 8:30 am and did not finish until almost 5:00 pm. My daughter has a big house and they cleaned every bit of it.

They scheduled quickly and were there less than 24 hours from the time of my call. I was late arriving and they patiently waited on me and were extremely pleasant when I arrived. They did their planned job (carpet cleaning) quickly, efficiently, and thoroughly. I invited suggestions regarding additional services that they could perform to help get my house ready to go on the market. While not trying to do some kink of "upsell" on me, they advised me of other things that they can do (like deep clean tile floors) that would really work well in my house. I had them do the tile and man, what a difference! They did an outstanding job for me and I could not be more pleased! As a matter of fact, I have Xtreme Clean booked tomorrow to to do a deep cleaning of everything else in my house. I just hope that their prices do not increase too much as more people find out about them and they get even busier. I'm glad I booked them now!

Things went very badly, not sure why the scheduling manager became so rude and insulting but I won't attempt to use them ever again, and I will be certain to let my neighbors and friends at both my homes and work know about my experience, that guy appeared to be working for the competitors for some odd reason.

The lady performing the job arrived and began work immediately. She didn't slow up until she was finished. The owner had told me that she could perform the job in 1.5 hours. She actually finished a little before the estimated time. She was very courteous and very professional and did an outstanding job. I am the world's pickiest when having someone perform work in my home, but I will definitely recommend Xtreme Clean to any and everyone that needs the kinds of services they offer and will call them again when I need their services. I would definitely give them AAA recommendation.

The fellow that came was recommened on Angie's List. He was great. He was reasonable. He came on time, he was good and personable. I think he did as good on the carpet that could be done. After he was done, he charged us less than what he had quoted us. He was easy to get to on the phone. He called me back quickly. I told him what it was and he sent me a quote. He came on time and was personable. He was just good and I'd recommend him.

Ronnie and his assistant "the Chef" arrived on time, did a wonderful job of cleaning our carpets, were very courteous and professional and even worked around a shortage of water due to a water main break at the end of the street. Ronnie really saved the day by coming out so fast to get the carpet cleaned in the home we were moving out of. Many thanks for a job well done!!! I will not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend Ronnie and his crew.

I sent an email to the address listed, and got a call back about 30 minutes later. The gentleman on the phone, owner Ronnie Johnson, was very polite and very professional. I told him that I needed a basic over all cleaning to prepare for company coming in town. He was able to schedule a time within 2 days. I was quoted a price of $65/hour, with a minimum of 2 hours. The two Hispanic women that showed up today (4/26/2013) hardly spoke any English and communication was very difficult. I attempted to make some chit-chat with one of them. I asked if she liked her job, and her response was "no, I don't". Not exactly a huge vote of confidence in what was to come. And one of them was walking around coughing the entire 2 1/2hrs they were here. Yuck! I explained that I mostly wanted the "high traffic" areas cleaned. They did a pretty good job on the bathrooms, the kitchen, and the guest room. BUT, whatever they used to mop my hardwood floors left a cloudy film everywhere. I had to go back over all the hardwood floors with the Bona cleaner to make them at least look clean again. I have no idea what they used to clean any part of the house...maybe just water. Except for the bathroom cleaner with bleach (!) that she was using on my baseboards and chair rail. After 2 1/2 hours, they were done, and obviously in a huge hurry to leave. The house did not have that freshly cleaned smell at all. It was a learning experience. They did a decent job, but I won't be calling them again, and certainly not make it a regular thing. I thought the $170 cost was a bit steep.

emailed the company on 3-3-13 through Angies List to get an estimate on monthly house cleaning. As of today, 3-10-13 I have not had a response. I would not recommend this company. Jerry Ray

Ronnie answered immediately every single phone call. I made three calls. I didn't have to leave a message and wait. We had a closing in 5 days on a 65-year-old home in Mid-Town. At the last minute, I needed to have the house cleaned by a closing deadline. I checked Angie's List and Xtreme Clean, Inc. was my very first choice. Ronnie scheduled me for the morning of the closing. His crew showed up 10 minutes early and started to clean a dirty house. The cleaners had to clean dust bunnies, grease, soap grime, and yukky conditions in both bathrooms. This also included 4 fans and dog nose prints on the french doors. They were wonderful. It took them 5 hours and they worked straight through until finished. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I highly recommend Xtreme Clean, Inc.. They "saved" us. ,

I liked Ronnie and the first time they did a great job. They then started not showing up or would call with an excuse. After about three Times it was just too much trouble.

Ronnie was in and out in 2 hrs. Did a great job at a fantastic price. Gave me the 15% Angie discount even though I didn't know about it. After the carpet dried a few wine stains resurfaced and Ronnie is coming back to give a second treatment. Great honest company will use again:)

They were excellent! Did a deep cleaning after a big tile remodel. Dust was everywhere and beyond that they were very thorough. We have taken them as our regular bi-weekly house cleaners! Well done!!!

We were looking for a company to clean our home before we moved in before Christmas. Upon searching Angie's List, we found Xtreme Clean. We contacted Ronnie Johnson and he was responsive to our inquiry and set up a mutual time that worked for both of us to have his team come in and clean our home. I can say that the team he sent was very good. They had a high attention to detail in cleaning inside the cabinets and drawers, window seals and especially the refrigerator. I was so happy with their service that I will continue to use them to keep our home cleaned. I highly recommend them as they were professional and highly detailed.

Great experience with this company! They did a wonderful job. Ronnie and his guys were very punctual! I had a very easy time scheduling the appointment to fit my schedule, too. They were very thorough and clean and got the job done when they said they would and for a reasonable price. The rugs look wonderful and the couch looks brand new! I will definitely be using them again for future cleanings.

they worked quickly and pre-sprayed the pet odor spots, then cleaned the entire carpet. work was fnished in less than an hour. they were friendly, efficient, and provided suggestions to keep the carpet in good shape with pets in the house. i was impressed with their work and would use them again.

.Once they got here they went to work and didn't quit till they were done. The manager/owner cleaned the windows and did an excellent job. He told me to let him know if a bird flew into the glass as that would indicate that even the birds wouldn't be able to see the glass because it was so clean. Just a joke mind you, but a good indicator. No birds yet... I would highly recommend this company and have hired them to come back every other week to do maintenance so that I can stay ahead of work needed on a regular basis. I feel comfortable enough with the personnel here that if I had to go out on an errand that I could do so without fear of being ripped off. The young ladies were very polite and didn't skimp on a hard job. I just wish that they could speak and understand English better. That was the only thing that bothered me the most. I couldn't communicate with them on some things that I needed done, so I had to demonstrate what needed to be done in order for them to understand what I was saying.

Very well Shortly after that purchase, I had roof problems, and needed to delay the cleaning until all the roof related trafic and dirt was done. This was past the expiration date of the deal/ The owner was very kind and readily agreed to delay for several months. The crew was courteous and efficient and cleaned the carpets well. They were very good at calling and making arrangements too. A very easy company to work with.

Ronnie Johnson with Extreme Clean just left our house. We have lived here for 9 years and NEVER had the carpets cleaned. He did a phenomenal job! We look like we live in a brand new house. He did the rooms that the Angie's list coupon covered and we scheduled him to come back next week to do our entire upstairs AND to come back in April to do our entire house again. He explained that a house with a dog and people with allergies should be done twice a year - and his price was so good, we are setting ourselves up for twice a year cleaning. They showed up on time, they were courteous, explained the difference between their kind of cleaning and others, were fast and delivered better than what we expected. This is your carpet cleaning guy!
